   Asset Stealing Bugs. The Onchain wallet is a terribly buggy product and will steal your money. I had a bug log me into another users Bitcoin wallet, locking me out of my own, and leaving me without my crypto. To make matters worse, the CS team is terrible and will do nothing to report the bug and work on a fix. Use this bug ridden product at your own risk.

I don’t understand why they have frozen my account simply because I attempted to withdraw money from it - granted it’s not a huge amount but it’s lot for me - and now the “ai support” says I must “sync” my account with a deposit equal to the balance in the account- I think it’s theft - but everyone seems to think it’s business as usual - hmm And I guess I should clarify this is the OnChain Wallet that has frozen my funds - not Cryoto.com

    Pig Butchering Scam!!!!!!!!. Lost lot of money as they continue to ask for payment to release fund and create fake accts to cause re-verification. Defi platform no control over onchain accts. Always ck your transaction and make sure it is not fake website show fake amount where they already parsed out your funds. No need to tell me to report to authority, already did. Need to control on chain accts for fake and scammers

    Impossible to Withdraw your $$$. I have tried repeatedly to withdraw my money from this app. I have re-sent my photo ID multiple times. The 2FA does NOT work. Support says the issue is on their end and they don’t know when it will be fixed. I just want my money OUT! It’s my money! Other apps are way easier to use.

    Failed to login. I transferred some cryptos to this wallet but somehow some of them it didn’t shown in the wallet. Tried to contact the team support, they recommended me to delete and reinstall it those missing cryptos will appear in my wallet and I did but since then I am unable to restore my wallet with original word’s phrases, at first one word phrase shown as wrong but now two word phrases are wrong. Very disappointed and frustrated I don’t know what to do, I know I have all correct words phrases because I had logged out the app once in previous before the incident happened as I mentioned above.     Scam. I deposited money into this app back in November. Trading went good but the problem came when I tried to withdraw funds. My withdrawal request didn’t go through and customer service said I needed to pay a withdrawal fee before they could release the funds, so I paid the fee and tried to withdraw again. Didn’t go through again. Customer service then said I had to pay a 25% withholding tax fee. 25% of my total balance What a scam I doubt I’ll get anything back

    Use at your own risk. Do no use, there is no support or any form of help should anything go sides ways. They will tell you contact local law enforcement. Just had my entire bag stolen. That’s what I was told. No support not even willing to talk to me. There reason. “Self custody.” They claim no responsibility. That Being said, use at your own risk. I do not suspect I’ll ever see a cent of what was stolen or any communication from crypto.com trying to help me.
