All these programs are nothing more than a way for financial industry to take your money, put it towards their financial gain, all well pretending to help you and make transfer of money easier the fact they limit it. Any transactions shows the truth behind what this really is away for them and the government to track your money.

   Ughhh. I loved using cash it’s very convenient but they closed my account saying because it went against their terms and conditions and I’ve appealed and automatically get denied with no explanation for why the account went against their terms. My son account got closed and he barely as using it. I explained to them I used Cash App for work related stuff, like charging my work truck. What’s upsetting is I wasted 25.00 on the mini card just for them to close my account days before the card arrived. Cash App is great until your account is closed without explaining why. Customer service is no help when you explain what’s going on and it’s like there’s no care in the world about the issue.

   Cash App deactivated my account for no reason. Cash App seems to be deactivating random accounts without reason nor will they give a reason. I opened my app today to realize my account was deactivated without warning or a reason. I called support and the representative said they could not tell me why and asked if I would like to appeal. I agreed to appeal. Just got an email that I violated the terms and services agreement and the account will stay closed. Still no reason. After researching for a bit, I’ve found that thousands of other people have had the same thing happen to them. I only send/receive money to my family and friends. I have no idea what I could’ve possibly done wrong and Cash App is refusing to tell me how I violated the terms.

   Withdrawal. I’ve been using Cash App for years and have never had a problem until now. Every time I use the standard 1–3 business day withdrawal, my money is always in my bank account by the third business day. This time, it’s been 5 business days, and my money is still nowhere to be found. I contacted my bank multiple times and even provided them with the trace number that Cash App gave me. My bank told me the transfer was nowhere in their system and advised me to contact Cash App because they couldn’t locate the funds. When I called Cash App Support, an AI bot answered instead of a real person. No matter what I said, it just kept repeating the same scripted responses over and over. After finally asking to be transferred to a live representative, the person I spoke with sounded extremely unprofessional and honestly made me question if I was even speaking to a legitimate Cash App employee. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a decent amount of money missing with no real answers, no accountability, and no way to get meaningful help. For a company that handles people’s money, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve lost a lot of trust in Cash App because of this experience and will seriously reconsider using it in the future.

   Horrible customer service. I got banned for apparently violating some Terms. It was fine the night before, and I woke up and I was banned. I appealed and the reason they gave me was crazy! I have never used my cash app account for what was stated on the email. This is the only app everyone around me use, and now I can’t even use it with another email either. I reached out to try and fix it and how what they stated wasn’t true and they didn’t listen. Just banned me. Horrible customer service.. horrible app in general.

    cash unvailable net work issues. i opened cashapp today and it said cash unavailable. network issues, “sign out” or “try again later”. i never had this issue ever, my network issues is fine on wifi and mobile data. i’ve turned my phone off and back on. forced closed the app and keep reopening. nothing is working and i have money on there. please tell me how can i fix this.

    No refund. Everyone should know that If for any reason you need a refund you will not get it. I have been calling back and forth with the person I sent 200.00 to. I sent him 200 .He can’t access . Even with his consent, they said there’s no way to refund the money.

Been using on my old iPhone for years now all of a sudden it REQUIRES iOS 17.0 or later and now I have to go BUY a computer or a new phone because I can’t use the app without updating to ios 17 which isn’t possible on my old phone. 😂😂😂 so now my funds are completely locked away, every cent of it. Don’t use, I’m switching to zelle

    trash of an app. I used to love Cash App but a few years ago They banned me for “violating their terms of services” even tho I hardly used the app and won’t tell u which terms I violated when u try to fix the problem. I’ve asked them why they banned me if I only used the app for sending money to family members or using it as a backup bank account when I’m purchasing things when I don’t wanna use my main bank like I didn’t do anything wrong on the app the only thing ik is not using it as much as I needed too but that’s no reason to banned someone. Unless they can actually tell me what I violated they don’t work with u I did an appeal and yet have no evidence to why they banned me. Absolutely worst app ever!!!

    Horrible Product. Constant problems from canceled payments and closing accounts with no explanation. I will be deleting Cash App after months of problems and continue using PayPal/Venmo. I’ve had those 2 apps the same amount of time and have had no issues with them at all.

    Horrible CS. My account was hacked today! I tried changing my security info and it would not let me! I reached out to Customer Service due to the fact that $85 was stolen from me and they were constantly telling me it had to be reviewed. Not only that they said that they could not close my account the account that had been hacked due to the fact that I had an over due loan. Why would I pay off a loan if my account is hacked and the person is just going to take the money? The customer service support was 0 help. They tried to make me answer questions. I am out of money for needed and personal expenses! I would not recommend this app to anybody unless it’s their last resort !

    Horrible Customer Service. “Regarding the card order, We're unable to cancel or refund completed Cash App Card orders.” I submitted a cancel request right after I accidentally made one. Then they stalled me with A.I. and no real response for days, then they shipped the card, and told me this nonsense that they would not refund me.

    False Closure. This app is horrible they falsely closed my account saying I “Violated Terms of Service” which I know for a fact I’ve never done. They will not give a reason as to what TOS I broke or will even let me fight for my account back and I can’t even make a new account to keep using it.

    Banned for no reason. I used to use this app all the time until one day I logged on and it said I was banned for violating their terms of service. I didn’t do anything wrong and they gave me no chance to dispute the claims that they made against me at all. The appeal I made was immediately rejected and I am now banned from ever using Cash App again. So disrespectful to not even provide your users with a real reason as to why they are banned from your app. Worst money app I have ever used.

    Try to have this app. This app says is not available in Puerto Rico. My husband and I downloaded at the same time. He could open the account with Cash App and his phone number is like mine start with area code (787) but the app tell me that is not available in my region. My husband could have it and I’m discriminated?? I just don’t understand, is illogical.
