   Too much locked down. I have a bike and a motorcycle guys. Beeline won’t slow motorcycle route to be shown on the Velo or bike routes to be shown on the Moto. They seriously expect you to buy two devices. Nope. Trash.

   something is wrong. EVERY route starting at my house first routes to the tennis courts around the corner. It makes no sense.

   Broken. Wanted to try this out before I go further and whenever I click on Route Mode it gives me an unexpected error. Tried everything I could think of but seems to be broken.

   Pointless in the city. I tried to contact support from app, moved me to website and there only instructions not contact option. I’m esting Velo 2 two days now and I must say is useless in London. Straight route from High Street Kensington to Hammersmith device told me to turn left for unknown reason. Second time the same route before I set the route I check on app (all fast/moderste/silent) if there is any suggestion to turn left and I saw just to go straight, during the ride again in the same place suggest me to turn left.. (maybe just to ride around the garden and go back to the same road?) Today I pick a big store on the map in the app, I arrived but device still showing me some meters, as there is no option to turn it off on device I done my all shopping went out and I have a sound to turn and displayed distance. Finally speaking about the sound I couldn’t find a option to keep it on device, sound go over programs what I’m listening while cycling and it’s very annoying because it’s louder and silencing whatever plays on my earbuds, will be better to keep it on device only at least give us a option..

   Ruined by update. This app was great with the beeline moto, but since the update I can no longer input a destination

   iPad app does not allow routes to be saved. I like the Beeline app on my iPhone and it is very good. Unfortunately the iPad app just does not work you cannot save a planned route a fundamental issue for a route planning tool. If you try the app will just lock up. I look forward to this being fixed soon so I can use the app on my iPad.

    Just pull it off or fix it. I can't count the number of times this product put me in a dangerous situation. I've never had a ride without miscalculations and even showing wrong exit number at a roundabout. I'm going to stick to phone and quadlock

    Update frozen. I have held the power button down, restart the device with the cloud showing over 10 times confirmed no Bluetooth connection exist in Bluetooth settings at the phone and on the app brand new out the box will not allow the device to update. This device is now as a plastic puc😥

    I had rated 5 stars but downgraded due to them introducing £4 per month charge for features. After forking out a lot of money for what is a little plastic blob, I was disappointed that they’ve decided to start charging for ‘plus’ features. I wouldn’t have bought one if I had known. They should lower the price of the devices if they’re going to try and monetise this way.

    Useless. Bad routing and the display simply doesn’t have enough info to avoid missing turns. Particularly bad when it comes to 2 turns in a row, really slow to update. Re-routing is also slow. Better than nothing, but only just.

    Wrong way. Literally 30 seconds using this app it planned the roughy wrong way over one way road. This is solid 1 star, you are supposed to be able to rely on it

    Getting worse by the day.. I previously wrote a review about this app and the beeline Moto rating it as two stars because despite the hardware being excellent, the maps were awfully out of date and in dire need of an upgrade. Recent changes seem to have made the app even worse for motorcyclists as the proposed routes it is trying to take me down are exclusively for cyclists (nevermind the issues I previously highlighted about maps being out and date and trying to navigate down roads that are one way systems or restricted to certain traffic types e.g. buses). The speed at which the beeline device updates now is also much slower than it has been, and as a result I find it doesn’t update quickly enough to keep with the pace of a motorbike and I frequently miss turn offs etc. Lastly auto-rerouting is even slower taking up to 10-20 seconds which is making this device almost unusable. I have a feeling that the team are focussing exclusively on the cycling experience now and have forgotten about their previous push to break into the motorcycle market. I am a few bad journeys away from getting rid of this device and looking for alternatives.

    Didn’t even make it to the bike. Really disappointed, was expecting so much more. The unit I received would only switch on when connected to the USB charger. After a few minutes being removed from the charger (just after you get all your gear on) the beeline turned off and refused to switch on again until it was reconnected to the charger. Battery indicator claimed to be fully charged, so clearly a faulty unit. Frustratingly, beeline we’re unable to offer direct support as wasn’t purchased direct from their website (pretty sure that’s not how most manufacturer warranties work). Device itself feels cheap considering the price, buttons have a horrible gameboy feel to them and the charge unit doesn’t align well (I think you’d be replacing it regularly) From the software side, it’s really well thought out and from the point of view of a biker. Takes seconds to plot routes via waypoints along more twisty roads (something Google, TomTom and Garmin all fail miserably at).

    Worst app and gadget ever. Nothing worked on it. It doesn’t tell you what direction to go or what exit to take at the junction until you’re perfectly in line. Which doesn’t work very well when you’re going 70mph and blow past your junction cause it doesn’t tell you wether to go left or right. Absolute garbage, massive waste of money. Probably works in a bicycle, if you’re on a motorbike, forget about it. It’s so bad it’s actually laughable. It’ll leave you 30 miles away from your destination and not tell you how to get back

    Disappointed. Having received a Beeline for Christmas I was excited to have a play. Downloaded, everything fine and paired ok. But the app constantly crashes before I can select a location. Have deleted and downloaded multiple times but with no joy. Just a shame.

    Rubbish. This must be a joke Sends up one way streets, cannot handle simple junctions. Sends you in different direction to planned route. It’s actually dangerous to use.

    Disappointed.. The very first hurdle I tried to overcome was the age old internet problem. It refused to accept my login details, that one always annoys me, because it's such a waste of time and completely unnecessary. Also I couldn't discover a way of changing the units, from Kilometres to my favourite, Miles. This is a very basic compass, but to complete, and get the most from the system you need a £100 device for your bike. I'm sorry but I don't think so there are much cheaper options out there, and they're nowhere near as basic.

    This is just a £100 compass.... Imagine: you want to cycle from A to B. Beeline will give you a *straight line* (through buildings, buy roads and anything that may lie in between) from A to B and then just point in the direction of the destination. i.e. No routing, no safety just a straight line. You might as well buy a compass or use the stars to navigate because this is extremely unsafe and has no knowledge of the road. Just a straight line to your destination!

    GPS en déroute constante. L’application de façon générale fonctionne assez bien. Cependant, Suite à l’achat j’ai installé le plus récent Firmware sur le GPS et version de l’App OSX. Or à la configuration d’une destination près de Montréal et l’activation de la route le module Beeline se met à pointer dans tous les sens. Lorsqu’il fonctionne de façon sporadique il est imprécis de façon importante sur les distances de plusieurs centaines de mètres. Un peu déçu de ne pas trouver de support sur ces éléments dans le site Web. L’expérience client est décevante dans les premières utilisations… j’espère pouvoir identifier la source du problème sinon j’envisage un retour de l’appareil. Michael

    Product did not meet expectations. Rerouting capability is a complete failure. Compass is not accurate. What’s the point of a navigation tool that you can’t rely on? Just mount your phone to your bike and be done with it and never worry about it again. Completely regret purchasing this product.

    3.4.3003 - Voice change. Oh my goodness - what have the developers done to the audio voice? Previously the audio voice was (or sounded like) English Karen and now it sounds like Darth Vader has moved in! Follow-up: Issue fixed within a few days - thanks!
