   Not worth monthly subscription. The treadmill was not cheap let alone to have to pay a monthly subscription for it to sync to my phone or Apple Watch what a bunch of bs and your data is collected for their own purposes no thanks.

   No data. The cycling data almost never shows up. The app is very wonky. Won’t connect with an Apple Watch. No way to connect with the bike Bluetooth unless you start a spin class. Rarely gives you the option to connect the bike when you select freestyle ride. This is after I’ve tried every single fix I could find. We have a sport connect and use an iPad.

   No music on workouts and unreliable.. No music on workouts (not the first time, apparently), freestyles don't save, and the latest update took away good classes and offer none longer than 20 min. Saving workouts hasn't functioned in the past year (meh). Doesn't integrate with Wahoo app. Not going to subscribe to use vibe-coded nonsense.

   Doesn’t even let you sign up to try it.. Bought an echelon cycle and the only way the screen turns on is with the app which isn’t free. lol. Nah I’m good thanks.

    Bring back scenic ride or free ride. I just want to cycling and the only reason i need to use your app is that i cannot control resistance otherwise and now you are removing those options too. I already paid 1000 bucks for the device, so stop forcing your stupid class to everyone

    App features. With every update this company removes default and standard features that are part of the app making it less and less useful and therefore the bike becomes useless. Their app is inferior to peloton yet more expensive. How do you wish to be competitive? SKIP THIS PRODUCT 100% Regret buying it. More features removed.

    Awful. Ever since they sent the bike updates last year the app has been losing Bluetooth connection repeatedly. I had NO issues with my third party app. This is just a peloton knock off - they can’t even use original instructors. They have one who dresses like Robin from Peloton. My echelon bike was great until they got greedy

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Ever since the latest firmware update, your device is totally dependent on echelon servers. This means no connectivity with (much better) third party apps and if echelon ever decides to stop supporting your bike. It will stop working forever, and there is nothing you can do.

    Cannot buy and use Used Equipment!. Horrible company only allowing new equipment to be used and you have to pay monthly to use said equipment. Total waste of money on this product because it is 100% unusable!

    Freestyle?. Where did the freestyle option go? I used to be able to do freestyle and listen to what I liked. Now all I have are scenic rides and old classes. I don’t want the instructors classes. Major disappointment

    Another Peloton Scam. Just another company trying to collect users and then force them into a paid subscription. This app previously allowed free usage with their bikes but that didn’t provide enough profit margins for them so now you can’t use it without paying. They also locked down the firmware on their bikes to prevent you from using 3rd party or open-source software. Anti-consumer companies do not deserve their customers.

    Garbage Software. The system they use picks and chooses when it lets you on. I get to ride my bike once a month because it’s never able to log me in…..will be selling this piece of garbage.

    Software in bike is TRASH!!. If you have one of their bikes, you k ow what I’m talking about. Software doesn’t let you save passwords! So you have to log into WiFi ALL the time…also makes you log into the bike multiple times. Makes you log into multiple apps ALL the time!! And have NO integration into mobile app, so you have to type on the bike screen keyboard which is sooooo slow! You have to plan in about 15-20 minutes for log into multiple time in the bike before your workout….just unacceptable for the amount of money you send on the bike. Trust me, spend the extra to get a peleton….their stuff just works!!

    Needs true free style mode. I’ve had my bike for years, and the crummy tablet that originally came with it stopped working years ago. So that means I need to use the app on my phone to ride. When I ride, I’d like to listen to my own music, audiobook, or podcast, however, the echelon app overrides my other audio with their crummy background sounds. I’m not interested in classes, and I don’t care about “scenic” rides. I just want to be able to control the bike while listening to an audiobook, but this dumb app won’t let me.

    Rip Off. I hope you’re prepared to spend $33 a month if you want to track your cycling progress. After spending hundreds of $$ on the bike I am very upset that the app is garbage for free users. Do not buy an Echelon!!!

    it’s terrible now. they made the app terrible. they used to allow an open-ended, freestyle ride that just showed your stats and resistance settings for the bike. now the only option is to do one of their scenic “freestyle” rides, which kicks you out after the duration of the ride and all are short (max is 35 minutes) so if you want to go longer you must start over. i absolutely and wholeheartedly regret purchasing an echelon bike and i strongly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase one to look elsewhere. it’s just a subscription trap.

    No easy way to cancel. Understand once you start, there’s no easy way to cancel. I’m still trying and will probably have to get another credit card and cancel my old number.

    They seem to hate their customers. The most recent update to their bikes made it so that you can’t even use the bike unless you are online. Don’t use them unless you are prepared to spend a significant amount on monthly subscriptions. And if you’re going to do that, give your money to a better company.

    Error message. What is happening with this new error message that says “Session Fetch Error Pleas try again” I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone and nothing works.
