   Beware will steal your money. This app scammed me out almost $500 in one year time on a card I don’t have connected to Apple. Don’t know how they got it nor did I agree to a subscription or any charges nor are there any proof of charges through my Apple account. Not sure how they got my information but beware this app will steal from you!

   Fake. I hate this app I was already happy I found a key to mg problem after signing up I was beginning to enjoy the app until I was told to pay money why? Helping and guiding someone to God now requires money 😭💔I will rather stick to my KJV every morning and night devotion thank you

   I got the app in March for a year then in June I got charged again.. I was using the app then all of the sudden I had trouble where the app didn’t not want to notify my email. In my subscriptions now this app is not there. The app took my money twice. I still can not get into the app! It wants to charge my account. Please help! I have proof that the money was taken out of my account.

    Disappointed. I thought anything about the Bible should be free. I don’t appreciate answering 50 questions just to land on subscription page to access the app. That should be the first thing we read.

    Quickly uninstalled. I expected to use this, but it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for it. This is meant to be for everyone, especially new believers. Personally, I wouldn’t pay even if I had the money. I don’t want to complain any further. In short, this app will definitely help a lot of people who can’t afford the plans.

    This is a money grab.. I wouldn’t be surprised if the 5 star reviews are paid and not legit. The cancelation of the “trial period” is scammy even after reaching out to support email. I don’t want this happening to anyone else. Sad they use Christ in this way. YouVersion App is great alternative!

    Wow! The cost is out of my budget!. Unfortunately I haven’t experienced the whole app, however I kept seeing it on line and was interested in experiencing a deeper experience with God. Times are hard and $89 is too much for my budget, why so expensive for something that’s supposed to be free? ( Getting closer to God)

    Liars. They are liars. It says that it’s supposed to be $6.99 a month and will be billed monthly but they charge my card $96 and some change and I tried to dispute it. Can all I wanna do is cancel the app and get my money back. I’m not interested in paying $100 for an app.. But I can’t find any contact information anywhere to for a refund.

    Disheartened. I signed up for this app and am totally disheartened. I read these devotions that have nothing to do with me. It has nothing related to my character and apparently read me as Ruth! I came here to go deeper into the Bible. I paid for something and feel I wasted money. How do we get to customer support?

    Don’t do it. You don’t get to keep the studies you paid for. I thought this would be a really nice app.?The studies are great, but the pricing structure is a scam. If you’re paying $20 for a month, $40 for three months, and $70 for a year you should have something to show for it. You don’t get to keep anything that you’ve already paid for or completed.

    Plan pricing and differences are ridiculous for a Bible app. I pay an annual fee and my husband pays monthly. Annual fee 67 for me and monthly is 46 a month when he tried to convert it you told him he can only get a 3 month fee for 86 that is a rip off and this is a Bible app. Your community need to know what you are doing. I would have easily donated to your app if you had not been trying games in pricing.

    Ok but…. It’s ok but I don’t believe in reading someone else’s prayer. Prayer is a personal conversation with God. The sermons, though enlightening quote some other Bible version and I am King James only. The Bible verses don’t flow very smoothly in my mind. I’m able to ace the quizzes without even reading the material so I must not need this app.

    Stole my money. I enjoyed using the app but due to a medical issue and financial issues I canceled the service. I paid through Klarna. They canceled my subscription but then charged me through Klarna for the service again. I have proved to them that it was cancelled yet they refuse to give me my money back. I wonder how many others have been charged fraudulently making the proprietors rich off those of us trying to add to our lives.

    Not a good Bible study!. I purchased this app because they said that you could skip different things and go back-and-forth and really do a deep steady. You cannot! If you want to do a deep study and listen to it while you’re driving as they advertise, you must another part after you’ve already paid $70 for a year then they want $20 a month! False advertising! Plus, they are using some sort of version of the Bible that I have never or read or They are rewarding it in their own words and changing some things up. I’ve studied the Bible long enough. Know the difference and yes, I have several versions of the Bible. I deleted it waste of $70. I’m just glad I didn’t fall for the extra $20 a month.

    Please Don’t Blur Scripture and Tradition. I have genuinely enjoyed many of Duomo’s Bible studies. They are thoughtful, engaging, and have encouraged me to spend more time in Scripture. However, I was surprised to find “Rosary Prayers” included in what is presented as a Bible study app. I understand that the opening words of the Hail Mary come from Luke’s Gospel, but the prayer continues with, “Holy Mary… pray for us sinners,” which is part of Catholic tradition and is not taught as a Christian prayer in the New Testament. My concern is not about criticizing any Christian tradition. My concern is about clarity. A Bible study app should clearly distinguish between what is taught in Scripture and what belongs to a particular church tradition. Many Christians download an app like this because they are looking for Bible-based teaching. When Scripture and tradition are presented together without a clear distinction, it can create confusion and cause users like me to question the app’s doctrinal foundation. I hope the Duomo team will consider making that distinction more explicit. Greater transparency would build trust and help users study God’s Word with confidence.

    Adverts are MISLEADING. It seems to be a fairly good app from what i have seen so far but the ADVERTS like MOST OF THESE SUBSCRIPTION APPS ads ARE VERY misleading - didn’t see any free trial. The Initial charge for the 4 week “trial period” if you opt for the 4 week option is $20, if you opt for 12 weeks trial it’s $40. And that’s just to READ!!! If you want to LISTEN TO THE CONTENT (which the ad implies is a built in capability) - there’s an ADDITIONAL $49.99 charge. And after those 12 weeks it will renew at the full subscription price of $86.40 every 12 weeks. And it doesn’t do anything like the one ad suggested - ie: reading / explaining the books of the bible to you with context etc. nor the list shown in the one video advert - Day 1 - Creation, Day 2 ……etc. I installed it yesterday and paid the $39.99 subs for 12 weeks and then the $50 to be able to listen - started this morning - forget about day 1 or any sort of selection of a sequence or starting point - it just seemed to start with some random reflection, prayer, lesson. so the idea that in a few months you would have a much better understanding of the bible as a whole seems pretty far fetched.

    My review. This app is extremely focused on creating the devotional that address your needs. The platform reinforces the lesson plan through Q and A, which I love.
