   DO NOT PURCHASE IN APP! Lost access to in app purchase. purchased in 2020. Log in issues, no support, no way to reset password. The password reset emails never come.

   No support. I purchased the notes. Got signed out and tried to sign back but it wouldn’t let me. Then I tried to reset password with the “forgot password” and have not received any emails to change it. And there is no way to contact support for help. So paid for nothing?

   🙈. Kept logging me out. So finally after so much pain I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now I’m locked out. Lost my paid subscription. Asked for help, no response? Can’t login. Tried to get a new Password, said it would email me. Nothing. Wow, I don’t know what has happened to the apps these past years, but man, hope you guys can fix this. I used it everyday! 😞

   Hard to navigate. Keeps charging for the in app purchase study notes and I can’t cancel it.

   Force close. Upon opening the app, there is a dialog that reads “Loading Bible” at the top, where the Old and New Testament selections are located. This dialog remains for about 3-5 seconds and then the app quits. iOS 26.3.1(a) on tablet. iPhone does not have the same issue.

   Extremely Slow. This used to be my favorite bible app. It has now become unusable with the last so-called upgrade. Deleting and reinstalling has no effect. Now after multiple years of having this app, it keeps kicking me out after 3 seconds. It accepts my sign in and then I have to reinstall the app time after time. Enough of this nonsense!

   No resources. Cannot get resources anymore (we’re purchase)cannot sign in keeps asking for password even after I have entered it . Loved it when it worked but not now.

   Can’t log in 🤦🏾‍♂️ very disappointed!!!. I’m shocked this app has even 1 star. The information and J-Mac get 10 stars. The app function and log in process get a zero. I really really like this app but I can’t log in. Please fix! I emailed the church and they told me to email the app developer. No response from anyone. I’m considering moving to a different app. 😞

    Worse than ever. Edit* one year later after not using the app for several months I tried again. Fifth review -Still not working. This is, I think, the fourth review I’ve written because after approximately four years this app has not been fixed. I tried to go on it this morning and within 30 seconds the app froze. When I went on it yesterday it flipped to Revelation 22 which is the MO of this app for me.(or Genesis 1) When I contacted GTY they said they were aware and it was being worked on. This was probably a couple years ago. I can’t believe this app continues to get good ratings. I’m not the only one with this problem. I usually quit using it for several months at a time and then try again thinking oh maybe it’s changed! Big NOPE!

    Terrible App. I can’t say much about the actual program because the app is awful. It says I need to log in but there is no link to a login page. I tried all the links given. No login option. One option given is to contact support. That means you ‘get support’ via text, chat, email or phone. No. Not on this app. You get FAQs. That is not support! I may be wrong here but I believe the app was issued and/or updated FIVE YEARS AGO. I’ll keep trying for a while if there’s something I’m missing but my patience has an endpoint.

    Bought by accident, no refund, unable to use. I wish I could like this app, but I accidentally purchased the pro study version and immediately tried to get a refund, which Apple refused. Now I can’t even use it after paying for the lifetime upgrade. It says I’m not logged in, and when I try to it takes me to the website where you just go round in circles trying to get a code to reset your password ( which is never sent). All my passwords are saved in the PW app, but this has two (one for website and one for app) and neither will let you reset or login. So I paid for an app I didn’t want, then was refused a refund yet have never been able to use it. That’s a shame. All I can do is read a version I already have on multiple other platforms and in hardcover, but no access to the features I paid for. It’s never worked. Not sure if this is Apple’s fault or the developer.

    Not able to log in. I purchased this app a few years ago , but am no longer able to log in. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help . This was a good app.

    Log in issues.. Multiple times when I go to read the Bible the app has logged me out. Then I try to log back in and when I do it logs me in but won’t let me go to the Bible app but says invalid email. So I sign out at try again and always have to find contact info to Grace To You for help which says we have been getting a lot of emails lately. So it may be a while before we get to you. I did purchase their upgrade to the app and when it works I do like it.

    Doesn’t work and is complicated. So I paid for this so that I get the study notes and everytime I go to settings it says my login is invalid and makes me sign in then I’m stuck on one screen can’t get out without closing by swiping away from background then it makes me sign in again and then it’s a repeated then I tried to restore my purchase and can’t find it I feel like this needs alot of improvement also not being able to select all the books to go through individually only genesis psalms and Matthew then have to manually go through them to the next book very inconvenient I would like to get my money back but it’s prolly gone forever now

    Can’t log in. Won’t allow me to register, says I already am. Tells me to go ahead and sign in, won’t allow me to sign in because it says it’s the wrong password. I already paid to get the study notes as well.

    Wish I had read the reviews before upgrading. This app hasn’t been touched by the developers in years and there are glaring bugs that prevent users from accessing the content they’ve paid for. It’s got a major login bug so you can’t access paid content (and you don’t find that out until after you buy the content). It crashes frequently. Really disappointing it’s still here not functioning after all the reviews calling out the same issues.

    Doesn’t work properly. I registered my email because I wanted to make a purchase . The app. The app keeps signing me out. After I sign in it says please sign in with a valid email. If I try and register my email it says this email is already registered. Well I tried. Seems like they would have this thing working properly.

    Good when it works. Great app when it works correctly. Every time I click on a resource it says my credentials are no longer valid and need to log back in. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, and there is absolutely no customer support. Wish I could get a refund.

    Can no longer sign in. I love this app, it’s my favorite electronic Bible, but idk what’s been going on lately. I purchased the study notes in the past and it’s been so helpful and convenient. Lately however I can’t sign in. I’ve tried changing my password, reregistering, and reinstalling. The old password would log me in but then I couldn’t leave the settings/profile screen, I would try closing the app and reopening, and it would tell me my login credentials are no longer valid - please sign in. Next I tried resetting my password, but then it would tell me the new password was invalid while the old one would still work, but again I’d be locked in the setting/profile screen. ThenI tried reregistering, it would tell me I’m already registered. I tried reinstalling and the same issues. Please fix this otherwise wonderful app!

    Can’t Log In. Love the app, but can’t log in. Continually freezes at sign on and tells me that it’s invalid. Wish I hadn’t spend t the money on tools I can’t use.

    Technical difficulties. I really like this app when it used to work. After a recent update, I lost all my highlights, notes and login information. Moreover, I’m no longer able to login even though I purchased the app.
