   Lies. I was trying to update my Ghost trolling motor. I had some hesitation because I didn’t want to pay $15 to update my motor. The app says you get a free trial period. Well the app would not connect to my trolling motor and they lied about the free trial period. So I paid $15 for software that didn’t work. Not happy.

   App. Been a paying customer for multiple years. Cancelled subscription recently because I cannot get app to work on my phone! Cannot get it figured out can’t find out how to get any help !

   Cannot connect ghost trolling motor to the app. I’ve tried everything I’ve been told so far. When I go to the Lowrance app to add my ghost it just gets stuck on the loading screen. When I try to pair the trolling motor directly to my phone it doesn’t show up (yes I put the pedal into configuration and enter Bluetooth pairing mode) I’ve spent 5 hours on this and lost my entire Labor Day weekend of fishing. Absolute bummer from a 3+ thousand dollar unit

   Not fixed yet keep working!. Trying to update my ghost trolling motor. Will not let me add trolling motor just buffers. Putting second heading sensor in less than 6 months. Poor quality Lowrance!!

   Barely works. Won’t display scanned charts, stuck with the built in inaccurate ones. Can’t open settings. Can’t even file a help request because “an unknown error” occurs when you try. -Garbage!

    HDS 12 Gen3. This app won’t allow me to add my HDS 12 Gen3 in order to sync. Extremely disappointing!

    Trash app. Where to start but to say it is VERY buggy. Switches from satellite to ‘cartoon’ view on its own. You can’t assign different colors to different depths without a major cussing. Overall it sucks beyond words. Lowrance, fix your app or remove it from existence.

    Stopped Working!!!. This app….oh man. Not good!!!!! Too much to type, but after everything that has failed to work on this app….now I’m assuming your company just recently did an auto update and absolutely nothing works now!!!! I mean nothing. No one foot contours, hell no 5’ contours. Nothing. Blank lakes. Nothing. My subscription ends in less than 30 days. Thank the Lord!!! PS….the offline mapping never worked, ever. Also, your gps coordinates never worked either. Going back to Navionics!!!

    Immediate Boot From App. I’ve paid $14.99 for the year and can’t even use the app. As soon as I open the app, it boots me off immediately. What a waste of money.

    Constant crashing. Paid for the premium version and can’t even use it regularly because the app will crash on startup and get stuck in this loop. Tried reinstalling, clearing caches, and nothing. When the app does load, the units are off, the map types get switched around, etc. Way too many issues, especially for a paid app.

    Pretty awful. Downloaded the app, primarily for product registration and software update. You can download the software updates, but you can’t transfer the data to your machine. It requires a proprietary lowrance wi-fi connection, which won’t connect you to your machine, and prevents you from accessing the internet via cellular data. Overall this product is pretty useless.

    Looks like child’s drawing. No detail. I have enabled HBC and adjusted every available setting and it makes no change to the map detail. Has 2 or 3 contours for the whole river. Absolute garbage. I bought because I have Lowrance HDS Live units and wanted to look for fishing spots on my phone but this app is worthless. DO NOT BUY.

    Waypoints are deleted be careful. I have tried several ways to save places and each time I open the app or sync my charts to the app waypoints are deleted. Map study using the app and syncing to device will delete waypoints. Be Careful!!!!!!!
