   No $10 Tackle Credit. Signed up for a free trial because it said I’d get a $10 tackle credit. I’ve yet to receive said credit.

   Disfunctional. You know I really like this app and want it to work. However, after days of struggling to get the app or developer to take my money, there is no way for me to pay for the product and get it to function. Even after calling today and asking for help and following the steps I was given I’m still listed as a pro member though I have no member functionality nor have been charged. And as such I can’t really get much use of it. Therefore, I will move onto another product. Thank you, Omni pro fishing and buyer beware.

   Auto renew scandal. I can’t believe it’s so hard to find the auto renew option, to be able to turn it off. I’ve searched both the webpage and the app and have found nothing. It is quite alarming that you can’t even change the card used, let alone find the auto-renew to turn off. What I thought was a good app at first, was not good at all, and the only thing I did on it was order baits.

    Will not sign in. I had paid for the Omnia Pro membership via the app store. The app now will not allow me to sign in. It does not recognize any of my email addresses and I receive an error message when I try to restore the purchase.

    Basically your phones map app with little icons on lakes (even ones you can’t fish at). App does nothing without a $50/year subscription. All data is from user input but most lakes only seem to have one or two notes from the last several years. Might as well use your Maps app to find water. Just as up to date and has the same information.

    Awful. This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used!! I tried giving the app some time to fix the bugs but it goes through bug fixes every other day and only gets worse. The price is ridiculous for an app that doesn’t have one area of content that is accurate or even works correctly. Most of the time it just spins trying to load and I just close it out and give up.

    Always wrong water temp. So I am giving a 1 star review because the water temp they list is always way off what the water really is. Rather then rely on people leaving reports they seem to make it up on the fly. I have seen the water temp wrong on lake Tapps for over 2 months now ( and actually not even close) please don’t list the water temp if your just gonna guess. It’s currently wrong by at least 7 degrees.

    App doesn’t work on my phone.. That would really be no big deal but what’s worse is that I can’t get anyone at Omnia to give me a refund (I requested one less than an hour into my free trial). So it looks like I’m paying $49 dollars a year for NOTHING.

    Best Place to Buy Tackle. Omnia has gone downhill since the merger with Thorne Brothers. Discounts declined, stock hasn’t gotten any better and the company has gotten more difficult to deal with on a customer service level. Wish they kept it to a small business As it was better before.

    Shop Items Out of Stock. There have been items in the shop that have been out of stock for months now. When I have placed orders, there are often items that are removed from my order at the last moment before the order ships.

    AI usage everywhere. App is cluttered everywhere with ai everywhere, can't disable it, missed the 7 day trial ending by a day, now stuck with a year subscription. Spams you with daily emails. Lits of products are always out of stock on the storefront.

    Mega bass Uoze Swimmer. I recently ordered this from Omnia and promptly fished it when it arrived. While I did have some success with it, the blade came off on the first day after the 3rd fish at the point where the wire met the jig. Very disappointing, especially for the price. Fish catching waned after the blade disappeared. I recommend an Owner Flashy Swimmer instead. I continue to be disappointed in the Megabass products given their price. Their jerk bait hooks bend easily and their plastic baits seem to rip apart after only a few fish. Don’t bother with this one, not worth the price.
