   Server error can’t login. The content of the app is awesome but as an app it failed. I can’t login with gmail facebook or anything. Its just keep showing me login failed and server error

   Can’t progress. This app is generally great and would be worth a 5 star review if it would save my progress. I’ve gone through deck 5 of the common word pack several times now but whenever I reopen the app, my progress isn’t saved. Please please fix. This app is amazing otherwise!

   Great material, failed app. The vocabulary is very helpful. However, as an app, it has so many failures and shortcomings it’s almost impossible to use anymore. Not once, but twice it has completely lost hundreds of cards of progress that I had to go back and spend forever redoing. If you accidentally answer wrong or tap past a word you don’t actually know, there is no going back and you have to wait until that card pops up again randomly (and if you know it but answered wrong once, you have to answer it right 3+ times for it to register that you know it). You have no control over the order of the words or any options to view the word lists; you get them randomly, one at a time. If you want to go back and review a few words from a set, you have to also go through the 47 words you know 3+ times each to find those few words you want. I’m seriously considering just taking the time to manually enter these words into a quizlet set so that I can get the vocabulary words with an actually good digital flash card system.

    Where’d my progress go??. A few days ago the app dumped all of my hard earned progress from my most recent level. Then today I open the app and ALL of my progress is gone and the app says I have learned zero words. Not cool, Magoosh! I can’t find a way to backup/restore anything, either.

    Could be better. There are some features that are missing, like for example the ability to manually change the status of a word from Mastered to Learning. I accidentally clicked mastered on a word I hadn’t known, and now I can’t change it and hence it wont appear in the list of words I need to study.

    Horrible experience. Why this app is getting refreshed again and again and keep loosing the data of my learned word. I guess it’s a bug in this app.

    It deletes me progress. I like the words, but I’m every two days or so I go back in and it says I have done nothing and have reviewed no words, and I can’t remember which set I need to work on next.

    Words aren’t becoming “Mastered”. I love the accessibility of this app and how I can take my studying with me anywhere. However, I think there must be a bug with the app because none of my words are moving to “mastered”. I’ve been reviewing the same words over and over and over and over and I can’t get it to give me new words or move the ones in “review” to master. Not sure why this is happening.

    Great content but too bas in sync. Hello, can the dev team make a small button to sync back from mobile to the server please? I lost my progress each time I connect to Internet and the only way we can sync is to download from the server ignoring the progress offline.

    great app but needs some design updates. please please fix the random word generator so that repeat words don’t pop up until all the words in a list have been studied. please also add a function to see all the words in the list.

    Great app- but frustrating to use. I am so appreciative of this app but like other reviewers, it is frustrating to use. I would love the feature of having a list of only the words I don’t know…similarly, if I don’t know a word once, showing it to me twenty more times precludes me from getting to other words. I think this is a large flaw in the design.

    Okay Flashcard app; could be improved. This flashcard app isn’t bad, but it definitely could do with some commonsense improvements. To go through the positives and negatives: 1. Vocabulary range/depth seems solid: I typically know the majority of words in each deck, but in some of the harder decks I benefit from (don’t fully know) about 20-30% of the cards. 2. ***The inability to ignore/skip cards I know or star/flag cards I want to focus on is quite bad.*** This seems like a commonsense function of a flashcard app; it can be done on AnkiApp, for example. The result is that I have to occasionally mark things as “missed” even if I got them right or else they will be lost to the “mastered” deck, where I’ll have to sift through tens of cards I already know to find it again. 3. As others have pointed out, the inability to view the overall deck and choose cards is just dumb. (Or, if this is a feature and I just missed it, the app needs better UI) 4. It’s nice that this app technically has a tiered mastery system with which it prioritizes cards you haven’t learned, however it is not a very good system in comparison to something like AnkiApp: you instantly go from the lowest level (red) to reviewing (yellow), and after just a few reviews it gets lost to the mastered deck. There are other points, but those are some of the biggest things.

    Needs improvement. Its a good app however it should be improved. Not all words have relatable meanings and sentences. A picture or some more meanings and sentences would be more helpful.

    Deletes my progress. The past several times I go in it deletes my progress. I was in the advanced stages and I went in to practice my words and it deletes everything from the basic, common, and advanced section.

    Problems good, app annoying. Having to continuously go through words I’ve “mastered” toward the end of the pile just to go back over one I had trouble with gets incredibly frustrating. Reviewing specific words is impossible. It’s a flash card app, come on y’all.

    Poor coding. I gave it a 5-star rating initially when I was learning words. But I’m changing it to 3 now that I am going through the flashcards I’ve already memorized. It’s extremely frustrating to go back to the words I’ve already learned because it takes literally hundreds of clicks before I go through a single stack. For example, when I’m going over Common Words I, which has 51 words, it takes me 400+ clicks before I actually see all of them. There must be some kind of an error in coding because it shouldn’t take me this long to review a single set of words. Please fix his problem!! This one issue ruins the entire app!

    Great app but one minor issue. The app is great and covers all the vocabulary that is necessary for the verbal section on the GRE. The issue is the reset deck option does not seem to work after I’m done with all the words. I would like to reset the deck after I finish all the words.
