   Can’t use my points. When the time came to redeem my points it keep erroring out on the check out wasted so much time. When I finally removed the offer then it went through just fine. So it works fine when I’m paying for it but it doesn’t work when I’m redeeming my benefits.

   Garbage app. This is by far one of the worst food ordering apps to exist. Anytime I’ve tried to use it there’s a glitch and I can’t order, it will throw random codes like “error validating basket” but never specify. The online deals never work and when I have been able to add points to my account when I log out and log back in they are gone. It also does not have options for certain vegetables my store offers and I always have to add the notes at the end of the order, if the order would ever go through. Insanely frustrating.

   App issue with applying Coupon. Coupon applied and when i went to check out charged me full price. Contacted support and the store and they couldn’t cancel or refund me.

   Bad User Interface when logging into account. The website and app have to be one of the most infuriating experiences. When attempting to log in it send you an email to verify, what’s the purpose of having a username and password then? Logging into to your email to order a pizza is so needless. If i could rate this any lower i would.

    Pi day coupon. Was given a coupon for BOGO on the app during pi day, when I tried to use it a week later and order using the app the app said I couldn’t order at the location because there was too much orders. Came and wasted money on pi day for nothing!

    Ordering online. I placed an order online and it forced me to tip them. There was no option to remove the tip so either way I had to tip them just because I placed an order online to go pick up. I find that completely unfair. It’d be different if they were delivering it to me, but I’m literally going and picking it up myself!

    Horrible app. This is one of the worse apps I’ve ever used. Some coding error was preventing me from entering the correct address. Even though I was literally at a blaze store (not the default one it had when I downloaded the app). If you want order a large pizza it’s wrapped way down the navigation strip at the top. I guess they want people to order personal size which is prominent.

    Stuck in create account screen. To be honest, I’m not sure how well the app functions after all the recent updates, mostly because it had been impossible to sign in. I’ve had an account for a while, and I worked fine back when I was able to log in. After an update, I accidentally clicked “create new account” instead of “sign in,” and now it is impossible to sign in. There is no back arrow, so the app is locked on the “create account” screen, asking me to input my name and phone number. I do not want to make a second account. Please fix the app and add a back button to the create account page. Will update my review if this issue is resolved

    Rewards Program. I shouldn’t have to save a card to the app in order to get rewards. I didn’t receive a receipt with either of my orders so I can’t manually enter the receipt to get any rewards.

    User unfriendly. This app was build so stupidly that I’m shock this place is doing business thru it. Why would you have to go to a whole different section to choose a large pizza? Also, it does not have a button to continue after you enter your card, you HAVE TO take a picture of it to make it work? Why? So you can have access to the camera now? First and last time I order at this place.
