   Notifications. This app will notify me when my order will be delivered every 90 seconds from the time my order is placed until after it is delivered. I don’t need a time update for when my order will be delivered every 90 seconds from the time my order is placed until after it is delivered. Please stop updating me every 90 seconds about when my order will be delivered from the time my order is placed to after my order is delivered. I don’t mind updates for things, say something like an item is needing my attention because it’s out of stock, or only one is available for a BOGO. Instead of telling me the shopper needs my attention on something it sends me a notification about when my order will be delivered every 90 seconds from the time my order is placed to after it is delivered. More useful notification would be nice. Please fix this problem, I will stop shopping with instacart and Publix completely if it doesn’t change.

   Horrible Update. Am now limited to purchase replacements, meaning I cannot communicate what items I want dismissed or replaced and this effects delivery fees across multiple platforms. Hellmann’s Mayo: Replacement link provided. Cilantro: No replacement link provided. Grillo’s Pickles: Nothing.

   Bad service. I had paid for Instacart in July. The website wanted to update. The update never worked because they said my phone was to old. They would Not refund my money. Instacart said I could order on Publix.com but that doesn’t work anymore either I’m disabled and need the service even though they charge extra money on purchases and service fee with every order. Publix claims to have no way to fix this for me. Sad

   Ridiculous. Horrible there are fees and stuff that they don’t tell you about or show proof just stealing money refuse to give your money back, I will never use the app again I’ll just go to the store

   Worst Grocery APP EVER. Do you remember the Tootsie Roll Pop commercial of yesteryear? Well, Mr. Owl, how many steps will it take to simply click on a coupon then add it to my list next look it up in the store then cross my fingers that it can be added to my cart for pick-up or will I be routed to expensive Mafia prices InstaCart and on and on and on... Publix is my store of choice and they have prices that are higher than most with stores throughout the world(ever watch Below Deck)so why can I not simply use their APP to buy my groceries in the store and pick them up in the parking lot without 18,000 useless steps and 18 wasted hours!!!

    Needs updates. The app won’t save my replacement instructions so it defaults to whatever it was before. The app also says I can add items to an order after I place it, but I can’t. There’s literally no way to do it. I talked to support and they said “Oh you can’t add items for order ahead”…isn’t the entire point of Instacart order ahead???

    Dogsh*t AI customer service. Got the order completely wrong. Somebody else’s order. Just wanted to credit me so I could resubmit it & try again the next day. Really needed this food & they won’t even cover the priority fee to get it earlier tomorrow. Such a trash app

    SO BAD. WHY IS THIS APP SO GLITCHY AND BUGGY AND MESSSSSYYYYYY? It has LITERALLY never worked once since I downloaded it and I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still no luck. Right now it’s saying everything in my cart is BOGO 😂😂😂

    App glitch. You are unable to make replacement preferences right now, and any old ones you previously used are automatically applied and you are unable to change them. I just cancelled a 235 dollar order because of this issue. Fix it.

    Unable to use for EBT. I was very saddened by the fact you cannot utilize this if your primary payment is EBT. The app makes you think you can use EBT but with all the fees you have to use a debit card and then when you try to check out—despite having more than the amount being charged to EBT it continues to say insufficient balance because it reverts back to the debit card. Publix produce is the best in ANY state, and any other company but unfortunately if you have no vehicle and need delivery you’re just S.O.O.L

I order one singular item and pay extra for priority and go out of my way to leave a nice tip just to still get my delivery 2 hours later. this is something that happens CONSISTENTLY. why are you giving MULTIPLE orders in one “order” for the shopper when people are paying for priority.

    Super buggy. Super buggy and inconsistent app. Used to be able to select replacements, now if you click the button to select a replacement or to just say don’t replace if item isn’t available the button does nothing. Also can’t add items to cart anymore after placing an order even if the order is scheduled hours in advance and the shopper hasn’t started shopping yet. Also the button to say you’re here doesn’t work or there is a huge delay most of the time. I usually have to call the store to tell them I have arrived.

    What happened?!. This app used to be great but has so many bugs now. I can’t select replacements for items, I can’t edit my order before the shopper starts on it, I can’t do anything to the order once I’ve placed it. Worst part? It tells me I can do all these things whenever I try to do them but then just fails. What happened to the working version of this app? Bring it back! You’ve made it horrible!

    This app is AWFUL. This app tells me my order is complete before I receive my items. Today it told me “nobody is available to bring you your items, come in and get them” and so I did just that. Public customer service told me that we’re not supposed to go inside to get our items and that the app is all sort of screwed up. What if I had my kids in the car? This app is ALWAYS messing up.

    Price gouging. $5.09 for 8oz of Philadelphia when it’s $2.98 at Walmart. Just one of many examples. But if you live in Florida, what choice do you realistically have? Walmart or Publix? Both awful choices.

    Can’t make changes to orders placed. App won’t let you make changes to an order I placed (even the night before the shopper started), it won’t save my substitution preferences, or let me remove items. I tied to contact support but that isn’t working either. I send three messages and waited 20 minutes but no one responded. I hope App Support or IT sees this and fixes the problem. I don’t know what else to do.
