   Unable to place order. What’s the point of having a mobile app if I’m unable to place the order. I’m 3 minutes away from the location trying to order from a hospital and the location doesn’t close until 10:30. What is the whole point of having a mobile app service if you’re unable to provide said service. Ridiculous

   Can’t change bun. The app is utterly useless as there is no customization option for the bun. Unknown if it’s unique to the store I was trying to order from, not that it matters because it should always be an option.

   Fix your app!!. The app requires you to make a pick up time. And it won’t allow you to choose a time there’s no icon to choose a time so you cannot submit your order!!! Also there is not any good rewards.

   Didn’t Get MyFree Birthday Char. Was ordering dinner online and tried to redeem my free birthday charburger. It put it in my bag, but wouldn’t let me customize. Then I go to checkout and says it’s an invalid offer. I can’t checkout until I remove it. I’ve never had an issue with ordering before, 5-stars always. But this order gets 1 star😔

   Single sign on doesn’t work. Single sign on through Google or Apple don’t work. Once I have to submit my name and zip code I can’t click on the submit button.

    Worthless. This app is completely worthless! Habit has randomly decided that some customizations can be made for certain burgers but not others. Why can I only add ketchup to select burgers?? I can't have ketchup on my chicken sandwich?!? You can change the bread for some burgers and sandwiches but randomly not others, so I can never actually order what I really want. It doesn't make any sense!!! This was horribly designed all around!

    Broken. Latest update completely broke the app. I shouldn’t have updated. Now when I open it, it says, “an unexpected error has occurred. Please press the button below to try again.” I press it, and I just keep getting the same screen.

    Free Charburger with drink didn’t apply to order.. Thought I’d get a free charburger with a drink planned for 3 burgers for the family, check the meal it applied a discount instead of burger… frustrating, have to order another burger and wait 20 minutes while the rest of my meal melts/goes cold. Thanks.

    Login Issues. Ever since the Habit changed their app to the Habit Burger & Grill I have not been able to login their app with my password. When I try to reset my password, they don’t send the reset link to my email address as they indicate they will. I’m unable to open a new account because it notifies me that I already have an account under my email address. In their website there is no appropriate contact information provided to ask for assistance with password issues. I tried contacting them through their website that is printed on their receipts about my password issue, to www.habitlistens.com. I included my email address. I have not received a reply. Very frustrating!

    Waste of time. False advertising. Downloaded the app for the “free Charburger with a meal and drink” promo — it wasn’t honored. The app barely works. Input fields won’t dismiss, registration failed multiple times, then it claimed I was already registered but wouldn’t let me sign in. Endless email and text verifications for nothing. Total waste of time.

    Credit proceeding errors. Wtf! Why can’t your system just use credit cards properly? No other app has these issues with any cards, yet yours kicks out most??? And to make it worse, I know the store in thousand oaks will get my order egregiously wrong as usual.. just make the easy stuff work…

    Lacks basic customization. The UI is clunky and unintuitive. Customization options for sandwiches are incomplete or just completely missing. For example there is no option to remove a tomato from a sandwich. There is no option for a single patty on a SB char.

    Bad customer service. I was charged for 2 little containers of ranch 1.32 then I asked to get the salad size which was 1.10 then the cashier ask if I want change difference from the 1.32 I don’t understand why would she ask if I want the difference she should had just had given me the change and that’s it

    Hate this app. It doesn’t let you edit the orders even minutes after you place it or add on to it having to create a new order and spend more money! I also had two coupons and you can’t use it even on different orders saying it’s “too soon” . Confusing when it comes to coupon add ons too

    .. Disappointed with my pick up order. It’s wasn’t complicated so I trusted the order would be completed. I paid extra for cheese on my son’s burger, there was no cheese on his burger. I paid extra for sauces. The sauces I paid extra for were not in the bag. Also the lady at the counter was rude to top it off. I tasted my son’s burger because it looked off and it also tasted off. Worst experience I’ve had at one of these.

    Didnt get complete order. Got home to no sweet potato fries. I guess I need to pull all five burgers out all fries and onion rings on the counter to be sure I get what I order. They should do better.
