   Didn’t reimburse me, stole 400 dollars from me. My Instacart card expired (less that 18 months after getting it) so I had to pay for an order myself. I submitted the reimbursement request with clear pictures of the receipt. They then ignored it and whenever I messaged customer service they told me to they had up to 30 days to reimburse me. It’s day 31 and still no reimbursement.

   Horrible.. The app keeps denying my ID for no reason, i have no suspensions, im over the age of 18, absolutely nothing wrong with it. I try to contact them to figure out how to move foward atleast 7 times. The first 5 they state that they will submit the conversation and email me. They never do. I just talked to this one girl named “Himashu” Who kept telling me that my email was “email glitch” for the paperwork when i wouldn’t receive any because it wouldnt verify my id? She then left the chat. Horrible customer service. I have been trying for two weeks and none of the reps can actually assist.

   Latest update has a massive bug. App notifications tell you an app is available. Then you look at the batch screen and it says batch unavailable. Happens since this latest update. Fix it asap

    Wasted my time. I reactivated my account today after years of not using it so I ordered a new physical card and added the shopper card to my Apple wallet to use. I was pushed a batch order for Kroger and I spent 30 minutes shopping everything. I get to checkout and the instructions in the app were to pay by “debit”;however, Krogers Apple Pay defaults the digital card to credit. There’s no way to change it. I asked the managers if they could do anything, but they couldn’t it’s the machine, and they said when insta cart shoppers come in and it says “debit” the only way it works is with a physical card. Physical cards literally have to be activated in order to be used. Why would I be pushed a batch that requires a physical card when the company knows that my account doesn’t have a physical card activated? And support sucked and refused to reimburse anything after wasting my time and they said it would affect my completion rate for canceling when I had no other choice.

    Scam scam scam. This app is such a scam. Four shops and deliveries for $20 30 miles in total. Screw this greedy company I can’t wait until they get sued again. I’d give them negative five stars don’t use this service

    Pay needs improvement. Doesn’t not pay enough per batch, IC be giving 5 stars shoppers orders like (2 drop offs, 53 items to be shopped, only paying $14 & getting delivered 9 miles) I’ll see a $50 order w/ 6 items, go across my screen & it’s gone before I can even read the store! Give shoppers time read, & accept orders! I almost crashed my car trying to accept a $200 order from target & of course I seen it & didn’t get it. Imagine crashing your car trying to accept an order & don’t get it smh! I’m a 5 star shopper but it feel like I’m a 2 or 3 star shopper! There’s no benefits for DOING A GOOD JOB. If someone complain about you, shopper they’ll take the customer side without even talking to you, even with 5 stars. The app is ran by AI & automated services! It could be a great job, side hustle, gig app but like most apps they miss the assignment. No way a 5 star shopper should ever see a 50 item batch paying $14 & 3 drop offs. Thats a smokers batch, id rather be broke, then drive 9/10 mins, risking a car accident for $14 & you won’t get a THANK YOU! 100 5 stars & one 3 star rating with ruin your ratings smh!

    Extremely frustrating!!. As a shopper, It’s so frustrating trying to go online and it wants to verify my identity, but it is just stuck scanning my face and won’t go past it! The only thing that works is restarting my phone & it’s frustrating having to do that every time. Even when I have accepted an order and trying to start the order, It wants me to take a selfie first, but then it gets stuck again & I have to restart my phone again!! Please fix this!!!!

    Promo scam - they throttle your orders. Scam promotion tactics. I signed up for their promotion and sat online for 6 hours only to receive 2 orders. They clearly ** throttled my orders** on purpose so I couldn't qualify for the bonus. The very next day, when the promo ended, I got 3 orders in just 1 hour. They rigged the system to get free driver coverage without paying up.

    Horrible Help Center. I have had an issue my the app for a month. Every time I ask for someone to fix the technical issue they say to wait for the app to fix it. That’s not going to help fix the problem. I completed all training but the batch eligibility will not update. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, refreshed, updated and nothing fixes it

    Confusing app. After finally being able to signup. I found out my account was deactivated when i opened the app. It tells me to check my email but i got no email explaining. I’ve talked to shopper support but they literally are unable to solve anything they just read from a basic troubleshooting script. Theres nothing in my email. Theres nothing in my shopper messages. Infact im still getting emails to activate my card but its not letting me because my account is deactivated. The day after my background check was finished i was deactivated. But i looked at my background chekc and it had came back clear! No criminal charges! Nothing! So i guess im not working for yall just because yall dont feel like letting me

    Expired card. I couldn’t pay for a shop because my card was expired no customer service number. I hadn’t shopped in months. And my card was expired. Called customer service no one answered. Had to text customer about situation. Told them to call customer service. You have to have support for shoppers. I ordered another card.

The stupidest software.customers can post fraudulent information and false complaints,the company fails to resolve these issues ,instead leaving delivery personnel to bear the full burden .even in cases of obvious error .staff never address these false or fraudulent claims.
