   Save yourself. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company. They send stuff even if you don’t want it and charge you for it. Then it’s a huge hassle to cancel.

   Scam. I was looking into this meal plan service. I logged in and created an account. The website made me enter my credit card info to look through the plans so I did. After deciding to use their service I cancelled my account. Remind you this all happened during the first login. A couple of days later I get charged for an order so I call the company. I find out that I cancelled my account but did not cancel the order, that was in a separate area of their webpage, but the order went through. I called to discuss with them but customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked them to fully delete my account with them and they said they would but it would take 45-90 days! I kid you not. Total scam!!!!

   Missing Chicken!!!. If I’m going to be paying 86 dollars every time I order a box, I better have all the ingredients. The first box I ordered was missing chicken and that was an entire meal that I couldn’t make. I only got 4.26 dollars back in credit. Which is not helpful because I still don’t have what I need to make the meal. Now I have to go to the store and spend more money on getting chicken that I should have already received because I paid for it. I will be cancelling my subscription.

   Ditch the app. To be honest the app is useless. It used to work great and now you can’t view “my menu” which allows you to select your meals. Have to use a browser, just says “technical error” and its been like this for months. No update fixes it. Contacted CS about it and they said its a known issue. Ditch the app, use the browser. The service is okay. More new meals come out ar a higher price than the “free” ones you get with your plans so its usually the same stuff every month. Some weeks are great, others not so much. Still cheaper than groceries.

   App Does Not Work!!. The App has not worked in several days, 3-4 at least. I am unable to sign on WHICH MEANS I CANNOT PICK MY MEALS. Love spending $50+ to get random meals that I didn’t ask for…will be canceling at the end of the month if the app is not fixed.

   The app is pointless. For months now the app is just a waste of space on my phone. I HAVE to use the website itself to do anything. What's even the point?? I can't edit my meals from the app, it just says "oops we encountered a problem please retry!" Which does nothing. Super annoyed because the website is clunky to me.

   Waste of time. Everytime I’ve ordered, it has been delayed. Making my plans messed up for the whole week. They offer a $5 credit, and said it is unusual for this to happen. I’ve had ordered now twice, and same excuses are given. I am sick of this company and I will NEVER use it ever again. DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY AND TIME

   Fake Meat Bad Veggies. I’ve been with EveryPlate for a few years they HAD great quality in the beginning they changed meat suppliers and the food became questionable mushy, greasy, weird texture look and taste! I let them know then they started sending me rotten veggies! Just Nasty

    Huge disappointment. This is a sad surprise. You will get a box of completely raw miniature veggies, tiny season packets and processed tiny meat, nothing is chopped and it’s the same thing as going to a grocery store, except tiny. Ugh.

    SCAM DO NOT ORDER. I have ordered from hellofresh quite a few times and so I thought this would be a trust worthy company since they’re owned by hellofresh, but after ordering I was NOT sent a confirmation email NOR an order number but was still charged!! Called customer service and they told me they couldn’t find any transaction for that amount with the last 4 digits of my card after send them screenshots of the transaction from my Apple wallet and banking app. Horrible customer service and just a bunch of lying thieving greedy corporate scum bags!! They told me to call my bank and dispute it and I had to get a new debit card which disrupts all my online banking that all my bills are attached to. Horrible company, even worse customer service. Save your time, money and sanity and stay away!!!

    Nasty looking BEEF. I just got my order in and unpacked and in the box were two packages of ground beef. One of them was 8 ounces one of them was 10 ounces. Both of them are 80/20. The 10 oz portion looks more like a fat slurry. Wish I could post a picture of both packages side by side. I sure hope they make my order right.

    Trash customer service. We’ve been a customer with EveryPlate for over two years now today we called because all of our meats were missing for our meal and they wanted to credit us $26 for the missing meats instead of creating us the whole box because our weekly meal plans now have to be sought elsewhere. Customer service rep was unhelpful would not transfer us to a supervisor so we have now canceled our EveryPlate subscription and would recommend people going elsewhere

    Stay away. It’s impossible to close an account. Can’t close it on the app, nor the website, not the phone call. I’m holding after trying for weeks to cancel. I will probably have to cancel my credit card. I don’t care how good the product is. Thieves and liars.

    Terrible delivery. The company refuses to follow my delivery instructions. I’ve called and reached out to the online chat multiple times and they keep delivering at my neighbors door behind my house. I have no clue what’s the matter and after being advised to change days for delivery they still do it. Now I know it’s intentional.

    Dishonest in calories.. Your recipes are sad. Your recipe for “creamy Dijon chicken” is originally a French style dish. Reading the instructions to your recipe of I were to follow it I would be left with a greasy bland mess. “Italian seasonings salt and pepper” that’s it? No. 1 clove of garlic for 2 servings? What is that supposed to do against sour cream, Dijon mustard and chicken stock? Poor garlic is fighting for its life. Why would you tell people to wash the pan out after cooking the chicken? You WANT the fond it’s what holds most of the flavor. This recipe claims is calorie smart but 5 out 6 steps says to “add a drizzle of oil” let’s do the math. Roughly 119 calories per 1 tablespoon of olive oil x 5= 595 calories. That’s assuming you use 1 tablespoon in the first instructions you say to use a “large drizzle” of oil and end the recipe with butter. Your calorie count per serving is WAY off and I don’t like that. Traditionally this recipe is meant to be a light sauce that lets the mustard and white wine flavors shine instead you said to use sour cream and water okay, that’s not gonna deglaze. It will however be very heavy and cling to the palate. You’ve provided no instructions or ingredients to cut through the heaviness of the “sauce” you’ve created, no ingredients to round out the flavor. It would be cheaper and taste better for me to just cook it myself thank yew

    Terrible app. Purposely hides deals. The promotion I signed up for offers one dollar stakes every week, but you have to search the app for it constantly and it’s never in the same spot. Also it doesn’t give you the option to opt out of certain items if this keeps going on, I’m quitting

    Waste of money. They simply shared uncooked groceries that too limited whose actual price would be less than $20 with no cooking instructions video for someone to understand. Just written instructions and half of the supplied things are missing and not clear. Rather than saving time it increases more headaches to make those bu using your own personal Items.     Do yourself a favor: cancel.. The worst meal kit service I’ve ever tried. I’d rate zero stars if I could. At first, it was great and I had no issues. Then the $1 steak that had been advertised disappeared. They hid it through loops and holes on the website. Then my “free lunch item for life” disappeared after a few boxes. Then I stopped receiving boxes I’d paid for repeatedly. I was being fully charged or partially charged for boxes just to have them canceled with no refund until I contacted them over and over. I will not be using this service again.

    Worst app and customer service ever.. Tried to cancel subscription and they billed me and shipped a box anyway. Now it’s taking a month to get my refund and I’ve had to talk to a new agent every week that’s gone by because I still have no refund.

    Don’t trust. Fake app. I ordered Pre cooked meal preps, but they have sent me raw vegetables, ingredients, sauces instead of meal preps. I lost my money in this app for ingredients and raw materials which are easily available at markets for a cheaper price

    Late and No Deliverid. I keep getting late deliveries and canceled weeks from EveryPlate and HelloFresh. It’s gotten worse over the years. You get a refund, but you plan on using a service that gets cancelled. So now you need to last minute run to the grocery store for the week.
