   Cannot claim points and app keeps crashing. I tried many times to claim my points but app won’t let me submit. I tried to submit a ticket but the app kept crashing. Waste of time.

   Can’t redeem rewards in-store. It’s already 2026 and this app doesn’t allow you to redeem rewards in-store. You have to order through the app. Definitely Jollibee trying to keep trend but they’re behind their competitors when it comes to redeeming rewards. With competitors, I don’f have to order through the app, they just either scan my profile or I input a code. I was excited about this only to be disappointed.

   Region segmented makes it useless. Poor decision to region lock separate apps means I can't use my US phone to order Jollibee in Philippines. It says there are no Jollibee in Philippines, and won't even explain why. App support cannot be contacted.

    Bad Experience. As much as I love the spicy chicken here, the app sucked. Every time we put the order in something happens. Sometime it gets canceled, sometimes the store does not get the ticket. I have faced this multiple times. Rather use door dash to order from jollibee, that is more reliable.

    Reward-less. The app tells me I can claim my reward using points but when I did it, it deducted the points but was invalid when I tried to use it. Now I lost 600 points and got nothing.

    Ordering Issus. Not sure if the developers are seeing this or if anyone else has this issue. When I select any item that includes burger steak, it always gives me an alert saying, “Please make a selection for ‘Burgersteak’” when there is nothing to select. Please fix this problem.

    Don’t use push notifications for marketing. I wish Apple would enforce its own guidelines. This app uses push notifications for marketing. App Store rules forbid that.

    ASAP means 40 min. Put in my order. Clicked ASAP. It originally said it’d be ready in 5 minutes. Then it said it’d be ready in forty!? When I got there they said they hadn’t received the ticket yet even though the app said they had. What a friggin mess. Why do these stores encourage you to use these apps so much but then they are 10x worse than just using the drive thru like normal?!

    No Apple Pay and credit card information takes super long to load. After the update it surfaces an option to use Apple Pay but it was unusable, there’s a loading screen and it just times out. Please test before pushing to prod.
