   once the app logs You out, it deletes everything and You can’t order.. again watch out with the app because now I can’t even order on the app. I’ll just go to another place at this point. I just saw a comment on the reviews and it mention to screw around with the settings and that’s where my line draws. I’m not going out of my way for someone half job. the application was good, I don’t know why they had to scares around with it.

   Boho. “I placed my order first and then realized I had a Buy One Famous Star, Get One Free coupon. I asked if the order could be adjusted so I could use the coupon, but I was told Erma it wasn’t possible. I was just hoping to apply the coupon after realizing I had it.” Very inconvenient, so disappointing

   Cannot log in to account, stuck on CPATCHAless verification screen loop.. Force logged out of my account and can’t log back in or create a new account. Keeps saying “verification failed. Please try again.”

   Trashsablishment. They use AI robots instead of real people answering at the drive thru. I couldn’t pick my ice cream flavor

   Where is the vegetarian option?. This app used to have an option for vegetarians to remove the patty and replace with fried zucchini for no additional charge. Now this option has simply vanished, even though they still sell fried zucchini. Many people have emailed and asked what happened and they usually don’t even respond. The app also overcharges you in some circumstances.

   Can’t mobile order after 11pm. All the restaurants I select won’t let me put an order late night even though they’re all 24 hours and I’m selecting drive thru. Just says “cannot find any available times”

   Can’t Create Account. Installed the app. Filled in all the questions, accepted all the checkboxes, and yet the button to create a new account is still grayed out. It shouldn’t be this difficult. App deleted.

    I finally had a reward and now the app will not let me sign on. Try over and over to sign on. Doesn’t happen. I work right next to a Carl’s Jr and I will drive find real food to take to work

    App is very finicky. Didn’t work at the drive through when I tried to use a reward. Now it keeps giving me an error when I try to sign in.

    Payment Glitch. I will change the rating on this as soon as this glitch is fixed. More often than not, I have to keep putting in the same payment method. Even though when i look in my account profile, the card is there. Please fix this.

    Link problem. When you advertise a special the email should send you directly to that special in the app and allow you to either order on line or in the restaurant. Most people HATE app ordering.

    Bad marketing. The app isn't the best but it works: unfortunately as is the case with many other apps.. the app is super slow and most times it won't work if I'm at the restaurant.. but the moment I drive away it works perfectly.. many have been sued for this marketing technique And it's sad to see it with this app too. I confirmed with other ppl before posting this review And I tried re installing app multiple times.

    Difficult to delete acct. I created an account, it’s easy to use and order. However, I was logged out somehow before picking up the order and couldn’t get logged back in because the app kept looping through rewards and then back to login. The store gave me my order luckily and now that I am trying to delete my information and cancel my account I have to fill out additional forms and submit for it. HORRIBLE!

    So dumb. Which brainless developer decided it was a good idea to connect phone numbers to profiles but not let me login with my phone number instead of having to go through 10 steps on Facebook

    Rewards Broken. I cannot use any of my rewards points or offers in the app. I have even tried doing it through the website but it just directs me to the app. Please investigate.

    Hacked. My Carl’s Jr account got hacked. They changed the address and placed a delivery order. I searched and it looks like a wrong address altogether. Suspect the delivery driver took off with it. Do not save credit card on the app.

    Stolen Rewards Points. I had 500 rewards points a few days ago. I was waiting until today to redeem them for a free burger. Today I go to use them and now I only have 450. What a joke.

    Can’t Order. I’m trying to place an order in the app and I’m getting a message telling me that I can’t place an order 30 minutes before closing. Yet, the location I’m choosing is open 24 hours. I tried changing it to another 24-hour location and got the same message.
