   They Deleted my account and I lost all my points. Used the app pretty regularly and was saving up a bunch of points for free pizza, and after update my account no longer exsists.

Una puta mierda les cuento mi historia hoy yo pedi una orden vino un señor muy mal educado y digo esto de manera enojada porque tanto el señor osea el empleado como la mánager se estaban siendo injustos. Vino el empleado a dejarme la orden no tenía cambio exacto dije que esperara un segundo que hiba por el cambio y se fue y no me entregó la comida perdi una hora de tiempo y hable con la mánager quería resolver el problema y no se pudo se enojo dijo que era mi culpa por no tener cambio exacto pero ellos también se suponen que pueden esperar y no lo hizo y la manager se enojo que triste enserio que la humanidad de hoy sea asi

    Pizza Hut app. Horrible. I used this app to purchase pizzas for customers and could not get it to work correctly. So I called the Pizza Hut location in Denton, TX. to place my order and I asked if any order has been placed by me. They said no so I ordered 6 pizzas and paid over the phone. So they delivered the pizzas and while we were eating our pizzas another person showed up with 6 more pizzas from Pizza Hut in Denton, TX. so I couldn’t refuse them since I already paid for them. But what’s weird is the PH app kept refusing my payment and I had to start over so that is why I called my order in. I called to explain the circumstances and person was courteous, but couldn’t do anything about it. Pizza Hut pizzas are good but not the app.

    Terrible app lately!. I have been ordering Pizza Hut with this app for years but here lately it always asks me to resign-in. When I take the prompted steps it says there’s already an account with this email address. Frustrating!!

    Horrible App!!!!. Pizza delivery tracker LITERALLY doesn't track your order at all!!!! Your order NEVER progresses past "Received." You will NEVER know when your order is being made or out for delivery when using the Pizza Hut iOS App. This has been a problem for more than 1 year.

    Completely bugged. This app is a mess - been a Pizza Hut rewards member for years, but impossible to log into the app - can only order as a guest. The Hello Fresh add that pops up after ordering cannot be declined. You guys need to hire someone to oversee app development.

    Order ahead. Scheduling an order for later never works! I had to call and cancel the order and repay over the phone, was an extra $10 and no rewards. This has happened twice now.

    Does not allow you to sign in. I created an account on the app, received a welcome to rewards program email, and ordered a pizza. The next time I ordered a pizza I had to do it all over again. Then it said my account already existed, but I have absolutely no way to get to it in the app. It does not have an option to sign in.

    Dissatisfied. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. They will cheat you. I ordered one large pizza and the charged me for at least twice that. I had 2 charges on my bank account and they were both for more than the pizza cost.

We always pay using the same card. We can’t even change it to pay in the store because it won’t allow us past that next step.
