   Cant redeem multiple gift cards. You cant redeem a gift card unless you place an order, and you cant redeem multiple gift cards. I tried to redeem my $50 gift card and a $25, and when i did my $50 gift card disappeared. If it made my $50 gift card unusable I will be so mad. Why cant the app just sum up the balances like every other logical app would??? Also can u stop trying to sell me unrelated garbage every time i place an order?

   2 hrs wait for delivery. I place an order. Im new to the area, yes, i should have google the distance but i was helping a costumer, so i order, waited 2 hrs, no eta no nothing, wish we could get an eta but i gad to call store, ask for an eta they said another 45 minutes witch meant my order was going to be delivered close to 3 hrs of the actual time i place my order. I called to cancel my order since i was 6 minutes from the actual place, then magically someone appeared and my order was delivered within the next 10 minutes… JJ you need better employees

   Payment is unsuccessful when trying to redeem free sandwich. The app conveniently cannot process a rewarded free sandwich transaction but works for all other orders. What a scam

   Ads After Ordering. I used to like the app, but I noticed today that they’re showing “special offers” after placing an order. Just another clickbait ad. Disappointed with JJ’s for implementing this, absolutely disgusting.

   App is annoying. 1. App said I had 1250 points. I “converted” 1100 or 1200 (can’t recall) for a free side abd free dessert. It then told me to go “claim” them. I added them to my cart at full charge. Couldn’t see how to apply any reward points. Annoying. Was in a hurry so just let it go. Now I’m out of reward points and paying for two items I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten. 2. I had a cc saved in the app that I’ve used many times to pay. I selected that card to make my payment. The system rejected my card. I then went to “add” a “new card”, added the EXACT same card with all the same info and it took the card. Again….annoying. If you’re going offer customers an app for “convenience” make it USER-FRIENDLY. Very poor overall experience

   Worst apps ever. You get emails throughout the week on all these different deals that you can use and then you go into the app and you’re not able to use the deal and then when you go to check out, it doesn’t give you the discount so ultimately everything that the app says it’s supposed to do it does not do and then if it’s a matter of, it’s not using the coupon the correct way it doesn’t explain that to you in any sort of way at all

   Your delivery fees are why I deleted app and don’t order anymore. I live less than a mile from the store and I’m comfortable with a $2 delivery fee but I’m not paying an extra $4 for adding one sandwich. At that point I might as well use a third party delivery service and order from somewhere else.

    False Advertisement Rewards. This is the second time the app has done this, as I am checking out it will say I have a reward for a free sandwich. I check to claim reward yet it never gets added to my order and no one in store knows what happened to it. I have no history of it when I try to go back. This is deceptive practices and there is no contact for support. I’ll screen shot it next time but shouldn’t have to.

    Took away cash option. With the latest update, cash pay is not an option anymore which is really unfortunate because when I don’t have money on my card, I liked using cash. I’m sure the frequency I order now will decrease.

    Poor design. Jimmy John’s gives a lot of rewards points but good luck using them! They either disappear or don’t get applied when you’re at the register. You have to click through a whole lot to complete the same order you always use and customizing anything is difficult. For a restaurant that is fast and easy using the app and the rewards is the opposite

    Default location bad. It always defaults to a location not closest to me. I have accidentally selected the wrong location multiple Times because of this. The stores will not do anything to help and makes me pay for another order when this happens. Very frustrating. I wish I could set the default location.

    Terrible navigation. Ordering is ok but when i tried to add a reward it added it. then it told me the reward isn’t valid. app doesn’t give you a way to remove the reward. You have to start all over again. Lame!! having to recustomize and entire order because your design is flawed is really bad

    Change store location. The stupid thing about this app is that if you enter a pick-up location and then go to your order history to reorder a sandwich you have ordered previously, it changes the pick-up location to the location where you ordered that sandwich. Also, you can’t change the location from the cart. So if the location changes based upon “re-ordering” a previous sandwich, you lose your whole order in the cart because you can’t change the location. Also, I hate all the stupid ads once the order is place.

    App totally sucks.. This app totally sucks. They clearly didn’t think through it to accommodate the customer. For example, Subway’s promotions are identified on the location map, so that you know which locations are participating in that promotion… not JJ’s. With JJ’s, you have to keep selecting locations until one FINALLY / HOPEFULLY is participating. EVERY time you select a wrong location, you have to click “Start Over,” then exit the app, and reopen it… and continue this pain in the butt process until you finally find a participating location. Btw, Subway’s also gives you the option to “show only participating locations.” That’s just the beginning of the issues with this app.

    App Not Letting Me Change My Old Address. I tried changing my address to a current one, and ordered my food. It came to an unfortunate surprise that the food was delivered to the old address. Upon this frustrating surprise, I went back to check on the current address, and the app refused to allow me to change it. Never ordering from Jimmy John’s again!

    Rebate scam. I used the app to order my sandwiches on 6/2/2026 And after I completed my purchase, a pop up came up and asked if I wanted to sign up for a rebate service and get $20 off my order. Once I said yes it asked me for my card number that I just used. Thinking it was so they could put the $20 back on my card, I put the info in. As soon as I did that it charged my account $24. I have been trying to get the charged revered, to no avail. This is a scam!!!! Be aware of that possibly happening to you. 😡

    Location system is ridiculous. I have had multiple instances of my order getting rerouted to a store on the other side of the city. If there is ever a connection issue during the order, it will change the location back to the first place ever ordered from when it reconnects. Until they fix this and allow previously used stores to be removed from the queue or allow a location to be selected as a default, then I will not use this app. I am done with this ridiculous error costing me money and my entire lunch break while I am at work. Figure it out.

    Ads for gambling. Degenerate gambling promotions upon checkout. Absolutely disgusting. Update, the sandwich app is still trying to get me to gamble. It even pushed a popup to ask if I saw the availability of the gambling and if I was going to gamble. Real degeneracy.

    Free Sandwich Promo is a false advertisement. The app said you’d get a free sandwich after your first order. It does not say a minimum in the email that was sent nor in the app. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again because of the misleading promo.

    Poor Online App for Orders/Signon. Very irritated with failure to sign on to order online meal. Further was offered a Birthday sandwich but online description was so narrow in description of what was allowed. I gave up. Guess my trip to Jersey Mike will not be so bad.
