   Diese App ist Betrug.. Ich habe die Bestellung nie erhalten, obwohl sie als zugestellt markiert wurde, das Restaurant geht nicht ans Telefon, und der Kundenservice hält mich nur hin. Sie haben mein Geld gestohlen und mein Essen nicht geliefert.

   The worst food delivery app. Multiple occasions food says delivered but not there, and guess what, no way to contact anyone. Absolutely never download this disgusting scam of an app if I could give 0 stars I would I hope one day they go out of business so nobody has to interact with this abysmal failure of a company.

   If you get your food is kind of up to chance. I ordered food waited for an hour they said they were on their way and gave it away to someone else when I tried to file for a refund they said there was nothing they could do so I wouldn’t recommend

   Nonexistent customer service. The restaurant I ordered from hadn’t even acknowledged the order one hour after I ordered. It was clearly not responding, but Lieferando’s customer service “AI” just repeated that cancellation is not possible and there’s nothing they can do. With this kind of garbage service, this company is not going to survive. Absolute BS.

   App is Stealing people money. I have orderd via this app in Vienna, But money was deducted from my card 33 Euro and products were never delivered, order # J3V4MY, tried to reach to customer service but AI never connect you to people and I raised a request but never responded

    Fraudulent. Honestly at this point, Lieferando is a scam and I have reported the company to German consumer protection authorities (Verbraucherzentrale) and encourage others with terrible experiences to do the same. There is no actual customer service of any kind, when you get an email from support they will either do nothing, repeat the misinformation that led you to contact support in the first place and incorrectly announce (in their very first email, with zero input from you) that your issue has been resolved. Or they just cancel your order, again without asking you, then keep a chunk of the fees. The app claims that orders are delivered literally over an hour before they actually are. All of the estimated wait times should be at least doubled. You don’t receive a full refund because a chunk of the fees are not returned to you. At this point I’m shocked that they are still operating but it won’t be long.

    The worst app. If anything goes wrong with your order their chat service is absolutely trash. I never can get help. It just repeats the same thing over and over again. Everytime I order something goes wrong with the delivery as well. Never ordering off this app again.

    2 counts of no refunds in 1 week. Genuinely zero support exists for this platform. No one cares if your order arrived or someone else took it. Have been using this service for a long time but only faced problems with two orders not being delivered. Reached out and found out there is no support to answer the emails and no refunds either.     Customer service inexistent. This app doesn’t check the restaurants on the ratings allowing bad restaurants to take the money and don’t let you cancel the order if it passed the close of business, i have a ticket open and until the restaurant close it i cannot process the refund! And there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASSIST! It’s a bott to manage the chat!

    Unusable - not payment method available. I've been using this app no problem with my Apple Pay but suddenly today I am getting an error message when I go to check out - "sorry this payment method is not available, please try another". However none of the other payment methods work either.

    Horrendous. Their delivery person did not deliver what I ordered. After contacting the company and telling them that every front desk employee stated the delivery did not arrived, they refused to refund the order. Once you give them your credit card information and pay, don’t expect them to show up. I would at minimum advise no American to trust them.

    They allow stores to steal money.. I had 3 different restaurants fail to deliver food. They said they needed more money or will not deliver. I tried to get a refund or credit. Lieferando said they could or give me a refund or credit, nor did they make the restaurant deliver the food. I lost money and food. Lieferando allows restaurants to scam you. DO NOT USE!!!!

    Worst Delivery Service Ever. I ordered from a restaurant in Berlin. It was very delayed not great but it happens. The food was ready but Lieferando never dispatched a courier. I tried to reach out to support but it's just an ai bot with the same 3 responses. I was in limbo for 90 minutes until the system finally cancelled. I will never use this again. Stay away.

    Really bad bug with timezone. If you try to remotely schedule food delivery for your family who may be in a different time zone, Lieferando totally messes it up. They don’t use the time where the food is located but use YOUR local time. Worse yet, there’s no indication whatsoever. My family is starving because of this.

    DO NOT USE. The app will not tell you when something is delivered. It will sit on the being delivered stage. There is absolutely ZERO customer service or information given. Very clunky app and honestly not worth the hassle. Update: developer responded to my comment here, but not the multiple requests placed on the app. And the response in here was to blame the restaurant. It’s seems the terrible customer service is a natural talent of this company lol.

    Terrible delivery system. I’ve done food delivery in multiple countries around the world and this has been the worst one so far. First night I waited an hour for my delivery then it was canceled. Second night they never updated her my order was out for delivery, so I was unaware when they arrived. There is no way for them to message within the app which is crazy. Only via phone and my phone is an international number so I could not be reached in time. I was still charged. I would likely be using this most nights over the month. Unless they make it right, I am completely done with this service.

    Lieferando is no help with the wrong order. Lieferando adds on service charges to handle your order, but when something is delivered incorrectly they’re no help and tell you to contact the restaurant directly. Save the time and skip the middleman, don’t let Lieferando cover for bad restaurants.
