   Messed Up App. The app itself has been messed up since the last update. It won’t let you even go to check out because you have to scroll down too far and it bounces back up. It cycles around when you try to add food.

    sign up process broken. yeah the sign up process and ordering are straight up broken i cant place an order on the app, it just keeps erroring. I try to sign in/up on another device, and that wont work either, its stuck in a loading loop. Garbage app and sign up.

    Gift card not saved. Disgusting vile abominiation of an app didn't save my $20 gift card. I threw my card away assuming I shouldn't need it anymore, since it had saved in the app. I try placing an order, and the supposedly "saved" card wasn't there. Garbage app design

    Bad experience using this app for delivery. I placed an order through the Panda Express app and was charged, but I never received my food. I tried calling the store multiple times, and no one answered. Since I couldn’t get any information, I drove to the store in person to find out what happened to my order. Unfortunately, the staff could not tell me where my order was, what happened to it, or provide any immediate solution. Eventually, I was told that a refund would be issued. While I appreciate receiving my money back, that does not change the fact that I spent my time, gas, and effort driving to the store, only to leave without the meal I paid for. What concerns me most is not that a mistake happened—mistakes can happen anywhere. The real issue was the complete lack of communication and accountability. The order disappeared, no one answered the phone, and the store was unable to explain what happened or offer a meaningful solution when I arrived. Customers should be able to expect better when ordering directly through a company’s official app. I hope management reviews the processes at this location so other customers do not have the same experience.

    Stop using the small bags for plates. The small paper bag is super easy to be broken when a plate is put inside. The liquid of dishes will spill out and soak the small bag. The small bag will then be soggy and broken, and the liquid will be everywhere and disgusting. The food deliverer will also be confused when a small bag is used and they will tend to put the bag in the way that the liquid is more easy to spill.

    Fix app. As a long time, panda express diner. I loved ordering from the app, but recently it has become inoperable as soon as I select a plate or anything really nothing comes up for options. Sadly, I will have to just wait until Panda Express fixes their app.

    Rewards!!. Voy a dar una estrella porque no me deja darle 0, estuve acumulando mis puntos de modo muy elevado y cuando fui a usarlos resulta que la página no me dejó usarlos y me pedía que refrescara la información, esto nunca pasó y perdi mis puntos para Family Meal, pero esto no sucedió una vez sino 3 veces, hablas con el soporte de la aplicación y nunca resolvieron el problema, solo lo desbloquearon y me dejaron en 0 puntos, En conclusión!!! Nunca pude usar mis puntos en tres intentos !! Son unos estafadores
