   Unscrupulous company. [update] Swiggy support reached out with refund of Rs 100 for a Rs. 412 item. Requested account deletion. If I don’t get my money back, at least I refuse to make their own money. Using Zomato now. Much better customer experience. Placed an order and the driver got into an accident. Food got delayed but delivered. 5 stars for effort to the driver. However some food got spoiled due to spillage. Customer support just kept sending me in circles. Kept disconnecting when it came to the refund of the item. Finally the just sent me to the email support. Email support told me to go complain to the government agencies FSSAI. The problem was during delivery. It is just an unscrupulous company that charged me hundreds for an item only to not deliver it properly and not give me a refund.

   Lack of responsibility!. Be careful, they collect payment but dont take any responsibility of restaurants not fulfilling your order completely. Even when you contact customer service, they just wash their hands off and suggest customers to leave bad feedback for the reataurant as a resolution!

    Only use Zomato right now. Swiggy is by far the worst delivery service I have ever used. It should be given 0 stars. Their customer service is abysmal and their delivery partners don’t communicate. I waited for 2 hours for my food (we hadn’t eaten in almost 24 hours so we were starving), and the food never showed up. When I contacted swiggy about it, I had to message with them for over one hour, and they still only kept trying to contact the delivery driver. Why would they keep wasting my time, trying to contact him, when he clearly had taken my food and not bothered delivering it. The only way for Swiggy to have made this right was the resend the order, and then refund the money for this inconvenience, which they refused to do. From now on I urge everyone to only use Zomato, and not use Swiggy until they get better customer service. I would have understood if they had just send a replacement order, but they have no common decency it seems…. On top of all of this, the app is terrible. The app kept telling me the food was only 1 min away, but then it would again add 13 min. This cycle went on 6-7 times (about 80 min)

    Overkill with Animations! STOP. The app feels increasingly distracting to use. There are too many animations happening at once, and instead of making the experience feel premium or engaging, it makes the UI feel noisy and unfocused. Things like the scratch card popping up from the bottom-right, random promotional animations appearing in the middle of the screen, and constant motion across the interface break the flow of using the app. The tab design also feels outdated compared to where modern app design is heading. Current UI trends are moving toward cleaner, more fluid, glass-like interfaces, but parts of this app feel visually behind. Please ask the URU/design team to revisit the product experience. Right now it feels over-designed in the wrong places, and the overall UX quality has noticeably dropped.

    The support sucks. Ordered full Mexican burrito bowl from HRX. Got the mini bowl. Delivered wrong order and no one is accountable. Support wasted time and did nothing. What a pathetic people.

    Worse than being mugged. This app is designed to checkout fast, without even showing what I have ordered and providing no support. They charged me 1.5x delivery fee of what the product cost and gave no option to abandon. This is a product made with dark UX patterns designed to prey on people. Avoid at all costs.

    Worst app experience. One of the worst experience. Just 800mts away restaurant and they did not deliver it for 1hr 45 mins. Tried 8times calling the customers care no one picks the call. The agent is not moving and called him too. He does not attend the call as well. One of the worst app experience and failed system. And they boast so much on IPL season calling them self the fastest food delivery service.

    Horrible and Misleading. What the promise during placing the order and post order the delivery time changes by 30mins. The worst part is they charge extra for direct delivery and I paid for it but still they suck. The best part is the customer support on the call never resolves the problem other than saying “I apologize” I was told to apply for refund after delivery but in their app there is no option to apply for refund post delivery.

    Extremely disappointed. The service is getting worse and worse day by day. The delivery time shows does not get updated. The order doesn’t get picked up and even get canceled saved after more than 45 minutes of wait partners and Customer Service keep on telling it’s about to and keeps the customer waiting and eventually cancel the order, leaving the customer with no choice, don’t pay ahead because they don’t refund as well. It takes forever to process the refund. Highly encourage everyone not to use this service . Specially in high density areas like Delhi-NCR, mumbai or Bangalore.
