   Unreasonable ads…. I want to preface by saying: I understand a free app might have some ads, but this is excessive. I downloaded this with the hope of using it as a chromatic tuner, since my clip on tuner doesn’t have that option. In the free version, during 1 tuning session, I had to watch through 2 ads (one when I opened the app, and another after I tuned maybe 2 strings). Then there’s the flashing ads right in the middle of the screen that are conveniently located right where you might accidentally tap them. My tune never sounded quite perfect, so I clipped on my regular tuner and realized that E was almost a half step flat, and D was sharp. So not only is it frustrating to use, but it can’t even be accurate?? I’m not sure how this app ended up with such great reviews, maybe the older versions were better. But the 2026 version is horrific, and I used it 1 time before deleting.

   Great Tuner. The free version is not professional. Imagine you are doing a live gig and you need a tutor in a hurry. This tuner will block you with a full page ad and offer no escape unless you dump and reload the app. Furthermore, the paid version is a subscription model! How absurd is that?

    made me mad. my lettuce tuner is better, this app can’t even pick up my A string only my D and low E string putting it right next to my amp and still can’t pick it up

    BAD AFTER 3-4 YEARS. I’ve had this app for 3-4 years now on my iPhone, was real great, now showing D or D# on tuned 1-6 strings (Standard Guitar & Standard Tuning).

    No longer worth it. This app was totally free. Now the app forces you to watch a 30 second ad to use. But sometimes after watching the ad, the tuner screen goes black. It’s not worth the exorbitant cost to buy when there are so many other free options available on the internet. Im uninstalling this app. Not worth it.

    Yet another great app consumed by developer greed. This app was the best, Ive been using it for years and just the large selection of tunings *mwah* What’s changed? Well they locked everything besides E Standard behind a paywall. With the amount of tuning apps doing this nowadays you’re better off buying an actual tuner.

    Loved this app until…. Thus was my favorite tuner until iOS 18 update. Now the app opens and closes right back out. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Looking for another good tuner.

    Needs work. I bought this tuner with the hope of it being a good tuner. It is useless on a 5 string banjo. It cannot tune the B string. It cannot even hear the B string. The other 4 strings are sketchy. Banjo pickers save your money b

    Premium price change. I used to pay .99 a month for this app and this month it’s forcing me to pay 9.99. Also won’t restore my account purchase even though I just paid for it. I’ve been with this app for 6 years for it to act like I’ve never had an account.

    Mr Gautsch. Ok, so the standard guitar tuner works well. But trying to upgrade to the next level is impossible. A million ads and inescapable exasperation to attempt to PAY THEM MONEY has sent me back to the app store.

    Inaudible even after tweaking iPhonne. Impossible to use… sound so low you cannot distinguish tune. I even tried connecting it to a Bluetooth external speaker with no luck at all - uninstalling.

    Didn’t work at all for me. Seems to just read sounds at random, or else it’s reading through the mic instead of my interface. Either way it’s useless to me.

    Had to delete it. This app worked great for a year. Now it takes to another web site to watch adds before I can use it. I had to finally delete. I think the price to buy it is steep.
