   App isn’t up to par. I’ve been using GT for a decade at least. I’ve learned so much and the instructors are fantastic. The website is good but the app is almost not worth having. The app should be better than the website at this point. The interface is terrible. This review isn’t for GT in general, that would get 10 stars! Please make the app useful. I tried it once and never went back.

   YouTube much better than this. Seriously? The beginning lesson says just use the c over g with a bar chord and it’s easy. There is no way anyone intermediate or lower can follow this and there is no help or explanation.

   Weak App. It’s difficult to navigate, not everything is available on the app that’s available on the website. I have to close the app to see the homepage with the new videos and previously seen videos. It’s disappointing that removed hundreds of song tutorials.

    Crashes on Apple TV every single time. This app crashes on Apple TV and it is impossible to login.

    Frequent app crashes. Although the app content works fine (when it works) the app keeps crashing very frequently ,especially when we pause a lesson and return to resume. The app crashes. The app hangs if a lesson is paused to access another app. When I return, the lesson hangs and then crashes. I have to restart the app, locate the lesson I was in and then resume which is very inconvenient. Please look into this and release an update to address this issue. No other app in my devices behaves in this manner.

    Missing stuff. Your app used to have scales, chords and other reference materials, now nothing that I can find. I bought another membership so I could have access to the materials and feel like I got ripped off because these have been removed.

    Glitch on subscription. Im furious when I downloaded the app within 15 minutes I subscribed to the monthly option after a week out of no where it wouldn’t let me access the lesson I was on and it said upgrade membership I go to my account I click restore purchase and nothing changes I try to re subscribe even tho I had already paid once and it wouldn’t allow me Because it stated I already had a membership I deleted the app reinstalled restored my purchases and still the same issue persist I don’t understand how this could even be an issue I’ve never in all my Years of downloading apps and becoming a member to them have had this issue

    Hard to find where you are when you come back. its hard to navigate. You will not know where you are during the lessons. Poorly designed. I am always lost when I try to log in and continue with my lessons. Its a dumb app. Expensive.

    Don’t know what they even teach. I thought the trial would want me to upgrade, but I can learn more for free from YouTube!!! Your site claims it’s all you need but I don’t even know what you teach because the free stuff doesn’t even give you a clue on what you teach other than them talking. I know how to talk already. I’ll move on. Thanks but no thanks

    Blackface. I opened the app for the first time and browsed to the “artists” page. There I found Al Jolson, the most famous blackface performer. I don’t tolerate content connected to racism.

    Their try for free is really one 1:30 second video. No real free trial, if you lie to me I am not really interested in learning more about your product

    No loop function. Need to have the loop function to repeat sections of song when learning them. I’ll be deleting my account for this one reason. I can listen to any song at full speed. But without slowing it down and looping complicated sections it’s no better than learning of the radio.

    App Very Poor. The website is great but the app fails in all the ways that the web interface succeeds. I just want to see my last lesson but I’m stuck interminably in Fundamentals I.

    I was not able to learn at all because you HAVE to pay. It’s a good app for people willing to pay but I’m not able to pay for the subscription so even if I go onto a lesson it won’t teach me anything so I can’t learn so I’m just going to go find some other free app that works

    This app was awful. I don’t want to pay for a whole membership to play so I want to do the basics but they give you songs that you can learn only if you have the membership it was a 1 minute video explaining what would be done but I didn’t even get to play I’m highly disappointed

    Crash. On iPad mini most recent iOS app demo runs allows login then closes. On a restart of app and iPad it just starts and closes. Really disappointed since I just bought premium service. Please fix the app or I’ll be going back to Yousician.

    Clunky. App loads and allows login but when making a selection it promptly exits. Also, the display does not orient itself when rotating iPad. I’ll continue to use the online site.

    App will not update. Despite multiple download and re-installs on my iPad Pro, I am unable to use the new app because it reverts to the old design every time. I am on a second gen IPad Pro with the latest iOS so I should not be having problems updating the app. Will change my score if I’m ever able to use the app I pay $200 a year to access.
