   ANNOYING. Like I understand that who ever made this app wants our money but dang… how many times is the premium ad going to pop up for no reason, like if I wanted to pay for it I would have the first 20 times that it popped up, it’s very annoying and let’s be honest everyone can track their habits on a piece of paper DO BETTER and find a better layout.😐

   READ REVIEWS!!. Zero stars if I could. I used this app (and paid) for over a year and one day I hopped on like regular and all my data, all my tracking- GONE. It wouldn’t sting so bad if maybe the devs fixed it or even issued an apology/refund just SOMETHING. This used to be my go to app, now I tell everyone to just steer clear. Can’t trust it anymore.

   All my data is gone. Scam app. I paid for premium a few months ago and now all of a sudden all my habits have disappeared. I was also charged $20 for premium when the app said there was a sale for $10

   All data GONE. DO NOT USE THIS APP!. All data has vanished. I have now tried to contact six different times with zero response. So I have paid for basically nothing since my data has disappeared and now there’s absolutely no way to cancel because there are no options to cancel and they will not respond.

   It’s gone downhill. I used to recommend this app to everyone because it was so intuitive and easy to use. Now, the app is totally useless. As someone else said, my data is gone too. I started again, and that data is also gone! So the app just isn’t being invested in and as a result it doesn’t work. I also emailed support and never heard back. This app was great but should be taken off the App Store at this point

    Deleted Years of Data. Like many other recent reviews, I was very happy with this app until recently when I opened it and it had deleted over four years worth of data. I tried updating to premium and it didn’t restore anything. Could not restore from icloud. Will not be using this app moving forward.

    Misleading and lost data. All my data is lost, I assume they made some upgrades and lost everyone’s info in the process. Now they want you to pay to use the app for more than 3 goals. It’s advertised as free for 1 year, however they still charged me $20 despite it clearly saying there would be no charge until March 2026.

    deleted everything. I went to open the app after a week on vacation and all of my habits had disappeared all of the data I had input over the last month had disappeared effectively making this useless.

    All data deleted. I used this app for years because it was simple and straightforward, even though it was kinda buggy and aggressively nagged you to buy a subscription (that was extremely overpriced considering the basic feature set and total lack of updates). Now they finally push an update, apparently without testing it, and somehow manage to wipe everyone’s data. There has been no communication whatever about this disaster. Time to uninstall and find an alternative.

    Disappointed. Used for years- paid for premium. All my info is recently wiped. Still not fixed after their “update.” No one bothered responding to the message I sent. Really bummed I lost all this data. Am going to give it a couple more days to see if it’s restored, but will probably just delete for good. This left a bad taste in my mouth and no communication from them is lame 😞 What did I bother paying for??

    My progress is gone. I had reached almost 50% in certain habits like exercise, diet and few more and now its all gone. The page is blank and says add new habit. All these work of tracking and now nothing. Super disappointing 😞

    All data gone, support not responding. I’ll be happy to update this review once the issue is resolved, but for now all of my data is gone. I’ve emailed support twice, no response. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app, no luck. I was very happy with the app and upgraded to Premium based on great user experience, but now everything is gone. The version history claims the issue has been fixed, which isn’t true in my case. Really would like some answers, and a swift refund if this isn’t resolved soon.

    Please, return my data :(. used this since 2020 and i was proud I got this long… Now when everything was deleted I got a premium just because for a moment I thought it’s a glitch on my end. This week I put all my habits in order, started to track them, but today everything zeroed again. So disappointed…

    Everything has deleted immediately after I subscribed to premium. Backed up to iCloud, still lost 4 months. Now the app deletes everything when I hit a new check mark.

    Unreliable. Like others have mentioned, my instance of Habit updated recently, erasing all of my progress in the process. I’m frustrated as I was very nearly at 100% in a few areas and seeing how far I came helped on difficult days. I’ll likely uninstall even if this issue is corrected.

    Loved this app until…. I loved this app UNTIL I opened it one day and all of my history was deleted as well as my habits. I paid for the lifetime version. I’d been using it for a couple months and was really proud of my progress. I emailed the company and haven’t received a response. If I hear back and they fix it I will update the review. It apparently has the option to back up to the cloud but 1. I’m not paying extra for iCloud storage. I maxed that out years ago. And 2. Am I supposed to back it up every day in case something like this happens? That’s useless. and 3. At no point in time did they mention users needed to do this. If I pay for something, I at the very least expect it to not wipe out all my data.

    DATA GONE! Still not fixed!. Version 1.42.1 did NOT FIX the total wiping of my multi-year Habit history. Worked well so far until the previous update. This fix did not fix it.
