   Money Waster. Please don’t waste your time with this app, IT’S A SCAM!!! It’s truly not worth the cancellation hassle… There are NO REMINDERS of upcoming charges and the subscription is not linked to your Apple account, so even after you delete the app you will still be charged $50 every 180 days unless you redownload the app and cancel through there. The last time I was charged, I fully believed I had gone in and finally cancelled the subscription… only to be charged AGAIN 180 days later. After reaching out to their customer support team for a refund, I was met with screenshots of me accepting the original subscription policy, and a “there’s nothing we can do”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IT’S A STRATEGICALLY DESIGNED SCAM!

   I hate this app. I hate this app so much. I never knew that this app was a waste of your money this app when it’s literally a $19 trial per year charged me $50 for what $50 for what tell me that they’re you need for the money and also it’s such a bad quality. I thought that this was supposed to be like a workout thing. and it does work out the work out. I can’t even find how to do it like if this is supposed to track you it’s not track me. I don’t know if anyone else has experience this so much bad glitches. I hate it so much because this is just so bad and I’ve never seen anything else like this. I’ve never this has this has to be like one of the worst scam habit trackers that I’ve actually tried. This is actually worse than the ones that I download so I just hate it.

   $88 and still no refund. I have adhd and this app was extremely unforgiving when I emailed them within minutes of being charged $59.99 for the year subscription. I had the app for a day when I realized I did not enjoy the app. It was very difficult to use and it did not sync up to my calendar. It was very confusing and had nothing I would actually use on it. I was also chill enough to buy one of the workbooks for $29 upon downloading the app in hopes of using it and I didn’t use either. After I asked for the $59.99 refund I mentioned that I didn’t use the app and I payed for $29 for the unused workbook and asked if I could at at least get a partial refund and nothing. So there goes $88 on wasted space in my phone as I will not be using their very difficult to use app. Customer service sounds like an AI bot and there are no humans to talk to. No number to call. Just automated messages. Do not download.

   AWFUL APP. SCAM APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD, they will begin charging you every month even if you cancel your subscription and send them multiple emails. They will continue to take money from you until you get a new card.

   Refused a refund!. I downloaded this app and to try the full features I had to pay for a subscription which I did. After trying the app for a couple days it wasn’t at all what I needed. I wasn’t going to use the app and asked Habio for a partial refund since there was only an option to pay for a whole year. After a week they responded they cannot refund any of my money and to just cancel the subscription so it doesn’t renew. Wasted $25 on an app I won’t use. Lesson learned.

   Cancel. The app is hard to understand and navigate. I have been attempting to cancel since July and I am still being charge because I did not appreciate being charge twice in July 29.99 then the 39.00 every month when I canceled not good business ethics

    DO NOT DO IT. This app is a huge scam. I was charged for MONTHS after cancellation and received absolutely no help. Customer service is non existent. UPDATE: The company has refused to respond to my request for help or refund despite their “helpful” response to this review. APPLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS ALP FROM STORE.

    Absolute scam. Somehow they’ve charged me $70 multiple times when I have never even ever had the app or logged in. Fighting these charges isn’t getting anywhere so just stay away.

    App is a scam!. This app is definitely a scam. I signed up for the $1 trial- attempted to cancel it through multiple channels but it will not cancel. They keep attempting to charge me $49.99 every couple of months. I can’t make it stop- now I’m going to have to cancel the card that Habio keeps trying to charge. Do not download this app. Their response below to my review is a scam too they are responding the same way to every scam review- I have tried their suggestions and it is all lies- no response, no cancelling of the charges, no refunds. Habio if you want to make this right then give me a refund and quit charging me over and over again. I can’t respond to their response so I’m editing my initial response so no one else gets stuck in this mess! They are trying the same response again!! PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP- Had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop. They are stealing people’s money!

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Do not download this app! I have tried cancelling multiple times and they still keep charging me!! I am going to have to contact my credit card company to get them to stop because no matter how many times I have cancelled through the app and it is no longer even in my subscriptions they STILL KEEP CHARGING ME!! It’s awful!

    Fraudulent overcharging. The app developer charged my account multiple times per day…either $16 USD or $30 USD…until I discovered their scam and cancelled. In just one day alone, they charged $75.97 on my card.

    Attention ADHD Community! Scam Alert!!!. It’s no wonder that the Habio app gets a “1 Star” rating. The app itself is clumsy and not helpful for those struggling with ADHD because you can get better results with a whiteboard and post it notes. There are countless reviews confirming my experience when trying to cancel the subscription - they charged me $39.99 before my 7 day trial was over (which also was not even free) and then they refused to refund me saying I agreed to their terms which is false - I agreed to pay for the services used - not pay for services in advance before my trial period was up. Habio is a scam and there are plenty of people online sharing their stories. Trust me - I will be joining the masses to share my story of their predatory tactics and illegal methods of robbing unsuspecting people too!

    ISSUES TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. The app is good I guess but when I tried to cancel my subscription the page NEVER load… so basically it took $15 of my 3 weeks I never use just because cancel is not that simple.

    PREDATORY APP STOP. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL!!!! AWFUL STAY!!! Started “trial” and cancelled in app and on my apple settings subscription. GOT CHANGED ANY. I’ve emailed several times to their “ HELP team”. I’m still being charged $39.99/month for this GROSS APP, it does NOTHING to help you stay organized or focused.

    Habio is a scam. It’s clear that Habio employs deceptive and predatory billing practices to trap users into unwanted subscription charges. They deny refunds for cancellation made within their money back guarantee policies Do not download I ended up getting charged over $100 in a week. Paid 7 day trial 5.49 2 PDFs I didn’t request for $29.99 each And the monthly subscription of $39.99 That’s outrageous.

    Do not download this app. I’m hugely disappointed in my experience. They make it impossible for you to cancel. I haven’t been able to access my account on the app. When they debit from your account the name on the transaction isn’t traceable to their company name for the app. Even if you use your Apple account to sign up you can’t manage your subscription through your Apple account figure out how to unsubscribe is not straightforward at all. I even tried to canceling my debit card and they were still able to get my money using my Apple wallet but I was not able to cancel my subscription using my Apple ID account.

    Don’t download.. read the real reviews :(. I downloaded this and then didnt even get to use the app and was charged, they refused refund even tho i have never used the app and reached out to them the day of. Scam company Pretty sure all their good reviews are fake. Its not easy to cancel at all. They also charged me on day two, not after 3 days!

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR DO TRIAL. The app does not actually help you. It’s a melting pot of apps already on your phone like tasks, notes, and news. They reuse a bunch of articles that are already online and are very random “cycling for weight loss” was on there today. They charge $79.99 every three months which is an absolutely absurd price. Do not download it has almost zero utility.

    HABIO IS A SCAM!!!!. Downloaded the $1 free trial, on the next page I tapped a button to look at their handbook and instead of being more information, it automatically purchased the handbook for $40! Then it charged me for the full $30 subscription! I emailed support and they sent me screenshots of all of the loopholes they have to not give you your money back. I do not have $71 to spare and I am completely stressed. I also tried to log into the app to see if there is a way to resolve the issue there, and it wouldn't let me login with my Apple account, which is what it used to automatically charge me. So then I go to their Instagram account to comment or DM them, and what do you know, all of their comments are turned off on their recent Instagram posts. This means that this is happening time and time again with people, and they don't want unassuming potential scammies to know by reading comments from people like me who this has happened to! Horrible. I have ADHD and I was looking for something to help with my daily habits, so this was a sponsored ad on Instagram, and I feel totally taken advantage of.

    Another Fraudulent Charge Complaint. I’m another person who had the rug pulled out from under them with their billing practices. I signed up for a 14-Day free trial and about three days in found it wasn’t for me. Upon sign up, you’re told that you’ll receive a reminder email before your trial is up that you’ll be moved to a paid subscription. The day before my trial ended, they took the money and THEN emailed me and said my trial was up the following day. I wrote support and asked for my money back for the reasons I detailed here. They responded six days later telling me my subscription was cancelled (which I had already done at this point) and that I won’t be charged anymore. I responded and thanked them for that and inquired about the refund and no response. This was going on three weeks ago. I encourage folks who have had a similar experience to let the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and econsumer dot gov know. No matter the efficacy of an app like this, taking money from people actively trying to improve their capacity for executive function is incredibly sinister. It’s preying on the very thing people using this app are seeking help with. EDIT: I’ve been told that their Money-Back Policy does not cover my request…
