   IWatch. After four years of data collection, my watch ceased synchronization. Consequently, I deleted the application and restarted it, resulting in the loss of all data. Currently, the application will not operate on the watch at all, which is my primary device for using the app. I regret to inform you that this device no longer functions as intended, which is disappointing.

   Lacks features. There is no way to exclude days with partial logged info from the long-term stats (like daily stats for a month or bigger timeframes). So if I forgot to log for example sleep on some days then it shows wrong average for a week or for a month. There should be a user setting to exclude days with less than XX hours logged total.

   Bad Trial. Was very interested to do the trial, but was met immediately by a pornographic ad in my first minute of being in free mode. Very embarrassing.

Monthly subscription is utter waste of money , there are way better alternatives if you’re willing to pay monthly.

   New update crash. The new update with the tags is a great feature, but my app crashes every time I try to open it and can no longer track my daily activities from my phone. I can control it from my Apple Watch, but can’t use the app at all! Please fix!

   Doesn't connect app to web. How is it that if you purchased the web version you have to purchase the app too???? Seems like a major flaw. Or feature for the company to double bill.

   Can’t remove Data or App - Beware before you download. I have tried looking for everywhere to remove the app and remove my data but there is nothing online to show how to delete the app. The only link available has an error after you try to submit a request to delete the app.The app is way too expensive for what it offers. If anyone finds a way to remove, please post. The companies are bulllies for data and it seems the only way to get support is to leave a bad review.

    Rendering of data is rudimentary. I wanted to see the time I spent on an activity over a period of many months at a day granularity, but this app does not provide it.

    Pricing is Deceptive! ( Awesome App ). Now let’s be clear I don’t mind paying a subscription in fact I prefer it, because that means the developers are more likely to stick around so I’m cool with subscriptions. When you first click it’s says $4.99 one time payment which made me a little nervous but I’m like I want to try it so I picked it up. Then I find out if I want to be able to sync my data across my iOS devices and web I need to pay for 26.99 a year or 2.99 which works out to $35.88 before tax. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I’m sure it’s not just mean since the developer is directly using a psychology principle called “anchoring” meaning I’m thinking I’m getting one thing to find out I’m need to buy something else plus it’s a subscription it’s the old bait and switch method. The price plan should be $7.99 for the first month and $2.99 after, you still get the same effect and your anchoring in a positive way vs negative one like right now. Here I am a person who’s not against subscription apps heck Apple get like $170 month from me in subscription alone what’s another 2.99 month if the app does what it say? You really should at the very least thinking about this, because anchoring a person with a one time purchase at $4.99 then telling them if they want the most important feature they need to pay for a subscription isn’t cool! At least I feel like you did the bait and switch on me when you could have gave me the facts up front especially if your going to lock the most important feature behind a subscription pay wall.

    Keeps asking me to rate it. It’s a good application, but I don’t appreciate repeatedly being given pop ups asking me to rate it, after I’ve paid for I. Again and again and again. And again, and again. Don’t interrupt me when I’m working!

    Created better tracker in Excel. So I tried this for one day. Free is worthless so I upgraded to Pro. Still limited but I’m not going to pay for premium. I donated $5 to learn I can do better with an Excel spreadsheet.

    Seriously?. Loved this app and have been using it for years. Now i might have to stop because apparently its impossible to toggle dropbox sync off. Anytime you turn it off to try and login to premium it turn itself backon again making it impossible.

    Poor design. I downloaded this app to help me keep track of my time but when you open the app at the bottom of the app we’re you create a tasks you can’t due to the fact there’s an ad in your way of doing it. Poor design

    Unusable. There is a pop-up ad right over the “create task” button making it impossible to push the button and actually create a task, and you can’t close it, so this app is utterly unusable.

    Unable to create an account. I paid for the pro using my iPad and I have been asked to set up an email account on my device, I can’t email the report and no instruction how to do so to set up an account. I have an account with apple.

    Widget is no longer useful. After updating to iOS18, the fully functional widget turned into this useless single-task version that launches the app instead of allowing you to enter time from the widget itself.

    Said it was “Simple”. Hit the app because it said it was simple. To me it was confusing. Also said it was “free” but there are numerous parts you can’t use unless you upgrade to “PRO.”

    ATracker intermittent. I purchased the ATracker so my reminders and calendar would sync but it has been problematic and doesn’t work very good. There is no way to force sync which is desperately needed since reminder entries don’t do it on there own.

    Dropbox sync does not sync. Paid pro for sync, doesn’t sync. And I have to pay additional money to get upgrade again to actually sync? Come on…

    Time zone issue. I have very much enjoyed using this app. I especially appreciate all the customizable features concerning tasks. I was a bit surprised and definitely frustrated and disappointed to learn the task times are inflexible concerning time zones. I travelled to a time zone 5 hours apart from my home time zone. I tracked all my activities in local time zone. When I returned home, all those activities confusingly adjusted to current time zone. This default feature is not adjustable. I find this to be quite inefficient, confusing, and renders the tracking useless. It is not helpful for me to see these activities apportioned to the wrong time of day, and sometimes reassigned to the wrong day. I refer to historical tracking. This simply renders that historical information as incorrect, therefore useless. Time to look for another time tracking app.

    A issue. I'm experiencing an issue with syncing my ATrack records to my calendar. Although I've enabled the "Save entry to calendar" option in the settings, only a few entries are appearing in my calendar. I'd like to know if: 1. There are any additional settings I need to configure to ensure all entries sync correctly. 2. This is a known bug in the system. Thank you for your attention. Will definitely change to 5 stars which this amazing app deserves when I got a reply to this issue.
