   Charging for an account I can’t access. I have been paying $6.99 monthly for this app that I can not even login to because it says my “account is no longer active.” If you choose to inactivate an account, you should also no longer be charging that person for your app!!!! I will demand a refund! Scam!!!!

   Disastrous - deleted events from work calendar. I was so excited to try this app and set it up. Unfortunately I followed the app’s advice to connect my Apple Calendar which was connected to my professional Outlook. It said two-way sync was only available with a Pro account, which I didn’t sign up for, so I figured deleting events from Success Wizard would just remove them from the app (it displayed all the zoom details and notes, making the calendar unusable). I soon discovered that rather than simply delete the events from Success Wizard, it deleted them from my Outlook and sent declines to the organizers! I unknowingly declined several work events and recurring meetings. I’m still cleaning up the mess at work. Success Wizard support offered no recourse or solution, just a helpless apology. User beware.

   Pls don’t kill the good things. Why’d you have to go and replace the older widget? It was very useful to complete a task directly from the Lock Screen. Pls bring it back!!

   Worst Support Ever. I loved the layout of this app and spent all kinds of time setting up goals, milestones and tasks. I felt such relief to get all my to dos in one place…until my data started going missing. I thought the error was on my part - like I was entering data inappropriately or not saving it correctly. I methodically went back through the process 3 times until I finally “got it”. This app didn’t save my updates and the laptop and phone versions wouldn’t sync. The support staff didn’t solve my concerns and only seemed to ask more and more questions instead of sharing a backup of my data that I requested many times. I expressed my frustration and asked for my subscription fee to be returned. Suddenly, I got no response to my emails anymore. Worst app (if you can’t trust it, what’s the point) and worst service. Don’t waste your money or time.

   sneaky charges. When subscribed from their website, they do not give prior notice or send invoices afterwards and just charges you silently. They also cancels your premium account immediately if you cancel recurrent payment and you get NO REFUND NOR THE SERVICE YOU’VE BEEN CHARGED FOR. ABSOLUTELY SCAM.

   Lost All My Data!!!. Spent hours planning and putting in tons of info and after 3 days it delete half of it! Then I looked again and it was all gone!

   The app not working. After using the app for a while, the app starts to work abnormally. 1- repeat tasks: When the task has sub tasks and your completed the main task, all the sub tasks become not complete. 2- iOS version completely not working when a repeat task has subtasks but, on Android it does. 3- Ipad the subtasks are not working, so, anytime you save a task with subtasks is not working 4- ipad start the day not working. It is so frustrated to depend on an app, and all the sudden stop working as it suppose to be.

   Not free.. Looks like a nice app but you are very limited to what you can use. It’s not free- they want a subscription. It’s unfortunate , I’m sure more people would use this if it were free

    Horrible constantly loses tasks, etc.. I have so tried with this app because it looks great in theory but the programming is so bad that it is constantly losing the very few things I need it to keep track of. Today my to-do list had the two new recurring activities and was missing one that existed before I added new ones. When I added the activity AGAIN, it deleted the ones I added last night. This happens often that recurring tasks and activities just disappear and it’s been easily a year and multiple updates that I have tried to use this app. Done. It gets uninstalled today.

    Tried to log in, no connection. Downloaded new app. Tried to register but received error message that there is no network connection. Reinstalled and rebooted. Connection good, all other apps work fine. Like to try the app but can’t.

    You still have bugs...a lot of reviews warned about that. Could not even create an account. Signed up with email and chose a password and the green bar came up and said “Account created!” AND simultaneously gave an error message that Log-in failed, email not registered. I was not in the login page mind you, I was on the sign up screen. So, I tried logging in hoping it still captured my info since it said my account was created and of course that didn’t work either.

    Not free !!!. I thought and wrote every thing about me just to learn that it is not a free app at the end. Wasted my time. Very disappointed.

    Doesn’t even let me sign up.... Paid the $25 and now it won’t even let me sign up. Then I try to find their webpage and it looks like it doesn’t even exist or is shut down. Says “success wizard.com.dms” and has a photo of what looks like a file and says “open in outlook” this is not good. If someone is out there please help

    The WORST App EVER!. It looks like this would be such a great app. After downloading on my iPhone, I immediately setup an account. Well, I tried to setup an account. It spun and spun. NOTHING! It never would setup account. Then I tried to read the Terms and Conditions. Well, forget that, you can’t read them. I closed the app and tried again and again. NOTHING worked! I uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing worked. Next, I tried all of this on my iPad. Same results. Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME! Save yourself complete frustration. 😒

    Monthly Fee. I am not a fan of apps that charge a monthly fee for advanced settings. My desire was to utilize this to input and track goals quarterly over a year, if you want to put more than three goals then you have to pay for advance settings at a monthly rate.

    Looks promising but serious bugs. This app has some serious bugs and can’t believe such obvious issues are not addressed yet. Keyboard covers many text fields and not able to enter anything there. Please fix this.

    Not recognizing. I was looking forward to trying this but in the signup process it keeps telling me I'm lacking network connection..all other internet based apps are working fine, it's just this one that isn't recognizing. So I can't even get in to take a look.

    Clunky and cumbersome, now can't even log in. I've been using this for a week and finally gave up, asked for a refund. Someone else had written that the UI was like out of the 80s, and I didn't know what they meant til I tried it. It was clunky and cumbersome and unintuitive. But that wasn't my last straw. It suddenly started forcing me to login every time I tried to use the app on my phone (pointless!!) and it keeps saying my login is wrong. I kept trying to reset it via email, and no matter what I did it kept saying the login didn't work. Had the app been super cool I would have tried harder to get support on fixing the problem, but I'm so underwhelmed with the whole thing that I just want the $3.99 back that I paid to try it out for a month.

    Frustrating!!. It's ironic a company that is marketing personal productivity tools should produce apps that are so confusing, time consuming and frustrating to use. First of, why create similar apps with different names? The " Get it done wizard" is just a simpler version of the "Success wizard". Why not call the "Get-it done" app "Success wizard lite"? I downloaded and paid for both only to realize the success wizard is all I needed. As far as usability the apps are very time consuming when it comes to inputting your goals and related activities. Drag and drop capabilities would help a great deal. Another feature they should include is undo and redo options. You accidentally delete something and you have to retype everything again. Finally the pages do not flow logically. Now to add salt to the wound, a week in after purchasing the two apps I decide to stop the annual automatic renewal subscription on the Get it done Wizard app, no problem, they send me an email saying they are sad to see me go and all my information will be deleted after short period of time. A short period being a week. What they don't tell you is that they will also delete your info on the app you still want to keep active. Apparently seems like they link all apps you purchase to one account. I have paid full years subscription. Why delete my account and secondly why should I lose all my information on the app I still kept active? All the hours I spent inputting and recording my progress are all lost. And we talking about hours, daily meticulously recording my activities and goals. App has such great potential but poorly thought through especially in the dept. of usability and customer satisfaction. What a let down!

    Cannot sign up. I'm obviously connected to the Internet to be able to post this review but the app will not let me sign up for an account saying "no network connection". Obviously this needs to be sent back to the developers. Very disappointed, it's getting deleted now.

    Not user friendly. This thing is pathetic! You can't set general time like do something once a day or 3 times a week and you can't delete goals. At least not in any easy to understand way.

    I cant figure out how to use it.. I am no stranger to self-help apps, habit apps etc. but I have never come across something this convoluted and arcane. It ambitiously asks you for a lot of data fields, but how you fill the fields, and then how you look at your results is a matter of considerable conjecture. I have put a solid five or six hours into trying to make this thing work, and am now going to delete it, out of frustration. I might be missing something here, but things that are supposed pop up on Saturday and Sunday shouldn't be popping up in my REMINDERS on Tuesday.

    very pricey. not only you pay for the iOS version ( ipad, Iphone $3/month) but also you pay for the windows version ( $20/month) ($36+$240= $276 year) for about $276/year is way too expensvie. I think you guys need to review your pricing structure.
