   Bloated apps. I would not recommend, bloated operations. I just want to add my lists and organize. I don’t want a tool that consumes too much management time. An easy drag in other apps requires too many clicks

   Not working on Vision Pro. The app crashes on the Vision Pro seconds after it opens. I have asked many times for many months for this to be fixed and I am only told that it is being worked on. I use this on all my platforms and cannot use it on the Vision Pro. PLEASE FIX THIS !

   Doesn’t work. Spent all day trying to get it to work, done and moving on. Developers have some serious issues to address!

   Every useful feature behind a paywall. Just when I thought I found the perfect app for social media planning….literally every useful feature is behind a paywall. Without the annual subscription you’re better off just using your notes app

   Colors. Please give more color options on dark widgets. Not a fan of the blue at all, but the light widget hurts my eyes. Just provide a color picker and let people choose what they want.

    Sneaky Advertising. I love TickTick and use it all the time to keep track of my ToDo items. However, today I got a warning that my account was being downgraded and that I needed to renew my premium subscription or else lose my data. This was nothing more than an advertisement in disguise of a scare tactic. Absolutely disgusting hence my one star review.

    Crashes On Vision Pro. I just wanted to be able to have my todo list visible when I’m working without having to take up screen real estate. I’m pretty confident that it used to work on Vision Pro about a year ago. As of now it crashes on launch. It did let me sign in though. Very frustrating that it doesn’t work. I guess I’ll open in safari.

    Crashes on Apple Vision Pro. Like other users, I’ve discovered that it crashes within seconds of launching on Apple Vision Pro. It’s unfortunate because it is my go to app on my MacBook.

    Dishonest w/ no customer support. When signing up, it gave an option to be reminded before trail period was over and being charged for the year. I was not reminded and my card was charged. I reached out to customer support the same day my card was charged, in hopes of getting a refund, but have so far been ignored. Not even a denial, just ignored.

    Monthly premium is a rip off. I have used both the premium and free versions, and while I generally like the app, it’s absurd that a monthly premium subscription doesn’t include all features like the calendar.

    Click the widget regularly or get burned. I rely on the widget to show me my bills, showed all caught up all week until I opened it and saw 4 missed payments because an ad for upgrade needed to be dismissed. Way to go UX team…

    海外用户你们还管不管了. 整这么多花里胡哨功能，就不能把海外用户ticktick登录问题解决了？每次都要切换到滴答清单才能登陆就算了，还能忍。新版本直接连切换选项都没了？花这么多年premium钱支持你们，到最后用了这么多年的会员账户连登录都登不进去，真滑稽透顶

    No thanks. Didn’t have it 15 minutes. If I have to pay or sign up for free trial to look at the calendar this isn’t an option not a free with premium option.

    bad ux. The link to enable 2FA requires two taps to activate. No dark mode. Duplicate welcome lists. The product owner obsesses over idiots instead of fixing problems for normal users.

    8.0 Update. 8.0 UI update is a net downgrade decreasing usability and readability. I do not need a large H1 markdown sized header at the top of every list that goes away when I scroll. Nor do I need a search bar that is sometimes there, sometimes not. There already is a search functionality. For example: If I go to Inbox and scroll down the list and then back up to the top of the list (like when viewing a list of tasks) the addition of the large header and search bar moves where all of the individual task items are from where they were originally. Very frustrating from a long time user. Seems like change for the sake of change.

    Fix this bad UX in widget. Why does every task on my ‘Today’s Tasks’ widget say ‘today’ like I can’t see the giant ‘Today’ on the top?

    All style and little substance. Glaring interface gaps make this not worth the price. Have been using for about half a year now and while there is a lot to like, the seemingly obvious gaps in interface options are irritating enough to have me looking elsewhere. The inability to choose what time intervals you want your constant reminder in (and the fact that they are not constant) seems almost …insane considering what the point of the app is, if your task can’t be completed in 5 minutes with a very loud alarm going off every 30 seconds good luck. Being able to have an hourly reminder for tasks that may take the whole day feels so obvious and yet they’ve chosen to not offer that despite their user’s requests. Not being able to organize my daily list by newest to oldest… i mean… just why?? Why would i not be able to do that? It feels like they’ve made their product and have zero interest in making sure it is able to help with any kind of diverse task management. Oh also if you have multiple tasks with reminders set at the same time your push notification will just say “3 tasks” instead of what they are… and no option to change that, what gives? All style and no substance sums up my experience with this app

    Missing key feature. Great app potential, but you must rely on third party apps or native calendar app to create an event. If you try to create an event in this app, it becomes a reminder, so it does not transfer to other calendars as an event. I asked the developers in-app for an explanation for why I cannot schedule an event in a *calendar* app and they said they’d consider that feature in the future. If that system works for you, it is a great app. If you need to create events, the app is nearly useless.

    This app horrible. There’s a difference between nagging and outright obnoxious. This app is the later. I would not mind if snoozing a task on one device actually synced in a reasonable time on other devices, but it doesn’t. I’ve walked into a separate where my iPad is and the alert is still going 5-10 minutes after it was snoozed on my iPhone. Yes, they are on the same network. Rescheduling tasks also becomes a frustration since it doesn’t always move after confirming the new date/time. I really regret spending the money on the upgraded version of this app
