   have to pay to use. Ridiculous to make the whole app a thing you need to pay for. Your audience is mainly mentally ill people, why make them pay for a simple app?

   This app scammed me. I paid for this app. I wanted them to remind me of my daily goals. I go on the app one day and everything is completely erased. How are you gonna erase all of my stuff when I pay for this app? I’m sorry, but that’s a scam. I really enjoy the app up until it just deleted everything for no reason and I can’t get it back.

    Glitchy, buggy, inconsistent, and no guidance. Recently, this app I’ve been using awhile has become increasingly unusable and therefore irrelevant. I’m seeing similar reviews with how glitchy and buggy it has become. I thought the most recent update would help, but it did not. For me, it will no longer consistently register achievements, purchases, and accomplishments, and I see little ways to grow and strive/be provided with new resources and tools to help with my adhd. There is little to no new interaction with my cub, and I’ve looked all over Reddit/the internet to find ways to increase any personality points even after following through with new goals, staying on top of routines, finishing daily goals/tasks/reflections/lessons, etc. This whole app just seems to be at a plateau that goes against it’s intended purpose of aiding adhd. Not at all happy and not at all planning to renew.

    Took 40$. Upon downloading the game I accepted the free week trial, the next day I went into the Apple Store and canceled the subscription. Mind you the free trial was 1 week so I canceled it with plenty of time to not be charged however when the week was up (I had already uninstalled the game and forgotten about it) they charged me $40 for this subscription that had already been cancelled and I can’t get my money back. Do not recommend this app

    Disappointed. I had been using the app, and was in a 127 day or so streak. All of a sudden, the app won’t even open. I tried seeing if there was an update, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. Still won’t open up. Prior to that, articles that had been unlocked from doing daily journeys, would then show as locked and you couldn’t use them. The app has been very glitchy, yet I continued to use it.

    Does not help me. This app does not help me at all, it’s cute to play with the little panda and decorate its room-but you can’t even choose all of the options because they make the app too big for your screen…I can’t choose wall or floor patterns or a few other items that I’ve only won playing…

    Spend 10 minutes to be told you HAVE to subscribe. From the features I saw during the insanely long and now very intrusive setup, this app isn’t worth anything. They REQUIRE a subscription. And they ask so many intrusive questions it’s making my head spin that I actually answered the questions.

    Fun until the app loses all your progress. The app is a fun way to motivate yourself to get things done but as you advance the glitches become more and more apparent. Things I’d purchased using points in the app started to disappear one by one before being completely erased around level 14. The setting applied to your cubs room constantly reset to default settings. What was motivating for a few weeks just became a daily source of frustration instead. The app has a lot of potential but the glitches and lack of support from customer service ruined it for me. Learn from my mistake and don’t waste the $30+ until these issues are resolved.

    Don’t do it.. I spent so much time setting up goals for myself and trying to take care of this panda, and then one day he just disappeared. Everything I had set up was gone and all of my progress was lost. This was within a month of using the app. I reached out to support and they said there was nothing they could do to restore my progress. I asked if I could get a refund because I paid for a whole year, and the app only worked for less than a month. They told me I had to reach out to Apple for a refund. Apple declined the refund. So I paid for a whole year of this app only to use it for three weeks because they don’t back up any of your stuff, and they can’t restore it or tell you why it disappeared to begin with.

    missing key features... no response from support. i was really enjoying the app and was so excited to subscribe after the free trial, until i realized it has no option to view monthly tasks or to view all of ur tasks. so if u want to edit ur monthly tasks, it needs to be within the 2 weeks that it is at present. i tried emailing support to see if i was just missing it, but never got a response.

    Waste of time. As a person with ADHD that this was marketed towards, why would it waste so much of my time setting up only to ask for money at the end!? Frustrating and useless.

    Paid subscription doesn’t work!. I purchased a paid subscription today and it isn’t unlocking the subscriber features. Under settings FAQ and a couple other items can’t be opened either. I sent a message to Cub and no response. I need this issue resolved or I want a refund! I just cancelled my subscription but was still charged.

    Misleading Subscription. Be careful. I was duped into paying for a year of this app before ever even using it. When I realized (within minutes) what had happened, I went to cancel and request a refund. It was denied and now I’m stuck with a useless app. I much prefer Finch (it’s the same general concept…and it’s FREE).

    Warning! Fraudulent charges!. I fear this app is a scam. It offers a free trial and then charges you before the renewal date they specify a charge will be made unless the app subscription is cancelled. Additionally, I cancelled my free trial before the date and was even still charged after the cancellation. I’ve had to dispute it with my bank when apple refused my refund. My bank notified me to be more careful with apps like this as a lot of them are scams. Edit: I HAVE NOW SPOKEN WITH APPS DEVELOPER AND APPLE AND AM NOW CERTAIN THIS APP IS A SCAM I downloaded the app and started the free trial on 11/26/24 and decided I did not like it as it was a copy of a another app I was going to use instead. I deleted the app AND cancelled my subscription on 11/26/24. They charged me on 11/26/24!! Apple said the charge went through because they were billing me for 11/26/24 - 12/3/24 and I did not delete the subscription 24 hours before the 26th?!?! How can I do that when that’s the day I downloaded the app?!?! Not to mention there was NO free trial! These people should be ashamed of themselves for doing this and taken money from people. And Apple should do better at monitoring their apps as I’m seeing this happen to a lot of people with this particular app. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Another update due to developers response on this review: I am not that person that from March. I tried the apparently fake free trial in November. And I already contacted you and showed you screenshots of the evidence and you still didn’t refund me so I’m having to dispute it with my bank. This company is not to be messed with. Do not give them any personal information as they will scam you out of it. If you look at other poor reviews, they all state that their money was incorrectly taken from them.
