   DO NOT PURCHASE STOLE MY MONEY. I originally bought the full version of this app because I wanted all of the items it listed. I believe it was $20 or $30 to purchase. Sometime after purchasing the full version they switched to a subscription based version and took away access to many of the items I originally purchased the full version for. Seems like an extraordinarily greedy establishment and I will be looking to take my business to a program that is more honest!!!!

   Disappointment. What a disappointment. I've supported this app for years and have paid money for full access but the recent updates and constant subscription price increases have pushed me away. The app feels like it's getting worse while costing more. It's hard not to feel like loyal users are being taken for granted. Shame on the owners for putting profits ahead of the customers who helped make this app successful. I'll be looking for alternatives.

   Good luck. Poor interface. No initial use tutorials and several click and drag functions that don’t make sense. Ok idea, poor execution.

   Infuriating Interface. Never mind that using this app on a touchscreen is already miserable, the disabled ‘undo’ button makes this the most frustrating experience possible.

   the new update sucks. ever since I updated this app, I have not been able to login to anything. It has given me an option to reset my password in anytime I put in my email. I never get any email. So please fix it. I spent money to get the ultimate version and now I can’t do it. Please fix it! Have a good day.

   'just ads and tricks. First thing it shows are not features but straight ads which then quickly pushes you into getting the subscription. Mind you before you even get to do anything or know if you like it. Go to start a new project BUT WAIT!!! You need to watch a ad first! Wouldn’t know if it’s good or not because that was the last straw. 🤢🤮

    This is bad. I thought this app was good until it deleted my project I just spent a long time on this project and one day. I just opened the app and boom it was gone. I was heartbroken and I really wish they would fix that problem so it can be a good app again.

    I want my money back!. I got this app years ago and have been using it ever sense for backround for art. I purchased gold to get access to EVERYTHING as that was PROMISED when I bought it! Now they have this awful subscription service that completely undermines the people who bought gold! I either want all the furniture available as it was PROMISED to me when I bought gold or my money back! Horrible app 0/10

    Suddenly invasive. After years of using, it’s suddenly requiring registration and names and email and threatening subscription s— I BOUGHT it in the first place to avoid being hassled. Not cool.

    Where is my gold package purchased? Useless, so gutted because I used to like it!. I have already emailed and now reading like me many other long time users get ripped off their investment, can clone my project and add items that i have already bought, that is ANTI-BUSINESS. Same application, just the logo changed color from yellow to green. I want my access back! Please that is the honest thing to do, allow legacy and loyal users to continue using what they paid for.

    Bait and Switch Bought FULL Deluxe GOLD Version, Dev Switched to Subscription…. I bought the Deluxe Gold Version of this app a couple years ago… I spent 6 months, and hundreds of hours creating a home of my dreams… I was supposed to be grandfathered in since I purchased the deluxe gold version before it switched to subscription based… I have repeatedly tried to log in with my Apple account ID, and it keeps saying that my password is wrong… I send for a password reset, and nothing shows up… I have wasted 2 hours trying to log in and regain access to my this app that I payed for… Note to developers, subscription based apps should only be used for professional users that use an app for professional purposes, such as professional designers and home builders working with clients… Professional home builders can afford a subscription model… For those of us using the app for fun, WILL NEVER PAY YOU A SUBSCRIPTION, EVER, THIS IS A HOBBY, AND IT’S NOT WORTH $80 A YEAR… If I knew you were going to switch to a subscription model, I would never have wasted my time or money on this… Send me a password reset now, before I contact an attorney to file an antitrust lawsuit…

    I’m furious.. I’ve had this game sine 2018 and I’ve loved it so much, just a few months ago they decided you have to pay monthly. I paid all upfront nd none of that mattered enough for them apparently so now if I want no ads I have to monthly. So I can’t design houses anymore. I want a lifetime subscription of this game. Or else I’m going to bring this to court because I have all the receipts.

    Give me my money back. I paid for all the features several years ago because I wanted an app that had no subscription fee. A couple years later they silently removed items from the packs I paid for. Now items that I previously had (AND PAID FOR) are behind an $80 per year paywall.

    New subscription services ruined this app. I have had this app for at least 5 years, loved it up until recently. It was just a creative outlet for me, I enjoyed making plans and I paid the $10 for the Gold level around 3 years ago. During that time no new features were added that was fine by me. Now with new app updates and new bs subscriptions you lost access to something you have already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous to lose access to something I already paid for, then to be forced into a new subscription? Kind of a crummy way to thank people who paid for that access prior to… At least let me keep my items I’ve paid for and offer me a reduced cost introduction subscription.

    Terrible (please change it back). Do NOT get this app, I used to love it but when it updated it is constantly putting pop ups on your screen and makes you buy EVERYTHING, I spent hours making a project just for it to not be saved, find a better app

    Garbage business model. I bought the Gold License back in the day so I could use all the features of the app, now they changed the app out from underneath me to a subscription model. Just go online and find a free app to use and don’t give these idiots one red cent.

    Don’t DOWNLOAD THIS APP! FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.. This app was great until it was sold and another company took over. I had previously purchased a tier to get all the upgrades for free. With the new company that took over, I no longer have access to the old unlocked items that were free. They now have it locked behind a subscription. Now they even have ads on the screen which makes the app gross to look at. I don’t recommend this app. Thanks to the previous owners for making the app enjoyable but the new owners are unreasonable and I won’t be returning.

    I am so tired of subscriptions. I’ve had this app for a while (bought the gold plus version when that was a thing) and I even have it downloaded on my laptop because it was a great tool for visualizing homes and apartments and rooms when I was redecorating or when I needed to visualize for a story (hobbyist writer). I hadn’t opened it in a while and was shocked that when I did, just about everything was locked behind a paywall. I’m tired of everything going to a subscription model, but I was willing to pay for a subscription to get the new stuff until I saw the price. Like 23 bucks a month or 80 dollars a year is absolutely wild for an app like this. I hope the business model changes back to what it was so I can go back to using this app in peace. This subscription nonsense is for the birds. I’d happily pay a few bucks for DLC’s or added content, but I cannot justify 20 bucks a month for this.

    Greed and Disappointment. I paid for gold when I was like 10 when it was $10. I would understand an additional fee due to the market and general app content upgrades. But up charging from that to a 79.99 per year is disgustingly disappointing. It was honestly the best app in its category because the price was reasonable for an average person and complicated programs like Sketchup or Rhino aren’t accessible but charging rates like that claiming it’s for the updates and things that have been happening anyway this whole time is ridiculous. Revaluate your morals or just make another app and leave this how it was and update it like normal people. You clearly are in it for the money so offer an “advanced” app for people using it for business purposes or architecture models and make that a subscription. Making this app a subscription makes is genuinely worthless to the average consumer.

    Disappointed. I had been using this app since it came out. I used to love it. It was a fun way to express my creativity and enthusiasm for interior design. In 2019 I purchased the one time purchase full version. I loved the app even more after that. I had access to all the furniture, appliances, outdoor items etc. I’m sure you can imagine my disappointment after the update that took all of that from me. And now it’s a subscription service? I won’t be using this app any longer. I paid money for nothing.
