   No support, High cost, Platform impossible. I have been using (and paying) monthly for about 6 months. Ive had issues and no one EVER responds with answers. Its really frustrating. Its like buying a car that quits working the next day and then no one will respond to repair it. Why even offer the support if you dont care? You wont get any more of my money!

   So very disappointed. I had this app literally a year ago when my husband and I were talking about moving back into his place and what we wanted to do with the house. I was able to do whatever I wanted from deleting walls and such like he wants so we can get a perspective of it at the least now a year later and he here to actually help me with how it looks and what he’s wanting to do for design and I cannot delete or breakdown any walls I am very disappointed loved this app up until that recent mishap

   THIS APP IS SO ANNOYING!. so I installed the app and then it took me back to the App Store then I got back to the app. I started designing my future house but everything was going upstairs and shuffling around for some reason. So I put every thing back where it was which took 5 hours..... NO BATHROOM BREAKS! then it shuffled again and again and then it was 11:00 or something. AND IT SHUFFLED! I think this app is a piece of crap. Please fix this!

    So much for free. Free - Total lie! The only thing free about this app is being able to download it. As soon as you try to use it, it states you need a subscription. Being removed from my iPad now.

    GREAT APP !!!!!. I have tried all the interior design apps and I didn’t like any of them but I really really think this one is great the only bad thing about it is you have to pay to render but besides that I really recommend getting this app!!!!

    What happen! Great app has been sabotaged by recent upgrade. Horrible!. I have LOVED this app for several years. So user friendly with great images. Suddenly it has self destructed with recent upgrade! Horrible!

    Not a fan of the upgrade. I’m not understanding the point of this upgrade. It has made a lot of the common tasks more difficult to accomplish. For example, in the old version you could easily switch between the different views with buttons that were located at the top of the screen. Now every time you need to change the view you have to use a pull-down menu. It increases the time it takes to do just about anything, and it’s very frustrating.

    Confused 🥴. In the reviews I read it says all the furniture is free and it’s really great. I just got it and I can’t get any furniture, all I did was make sizes and different rooms like contractors plan. I would really like some help to know why this isn’t working.

    No support. Very disappointing so far. I had an issue with rooms not rendered at right angles. The support site makes signing up impossible. If I get it figured out and it works, I’ll change this review.

    Disappointing and Frustrating. I was so happy when i found this app. I was quickly able to figure out how it works which is generally not the case for interior design program. I purchased the pro program. A lot of the features shown on YouTube were not appearing. Which is strange considering the “pro” is the highest purchase option. I email for support and no one ever got back to me. There is another glitch now in the system that does not allow you to upload pictures under the material tap. I have tried everything from restarting the iphad and app to now deleting the app (which isn’t urn resulted in me losing about 30 hours worth of work). And it still does not work. This is very problematic as a lot of the furniture styles and colors are dated. So i am unable to upload pictures of finishes you lose all flexibility. Considering all the information and responses not the support page are at least a year old. I do not imagine anyone will be reaching back out to me for help. If you are an interior design professional I recommend staying away from this app. It will be both money and time lost. This is such an awesome app. I wish the developer would maintain it. I would have gladly kept my pro subscription and even paid more for the product if it was properly maintained and updated (reliable).

    Please help. Ive been using interior design and out of no where I am n able to import my own materials anymore. I deleted the app and reinstalled it losing all of my work and the button still isn’t there allowing me to bring in my own materials. Please help.

    So the renderings are not getting up to the servers.. When I submit the renderings it just spins and spins I never see and upload status bar it just stops. I can’t render anything and I purchased this product and the monthly subscription so that I could get these renderings done. I’m dead in the water and Tech Support has not emailed me back as of yet. I will update this if anything changes.

    Help Button?. I just downloaded this program earlier today. It advises me that I can access streaming video tutorials by tapping the help button. The only problem with that is that there is no help button to be found. I’ve clicked on everything on the entire screen and still haven’t been able to locate a help button. Too bad. This looked like a promising app.

    Game room. I got the app to design a game room/media room. Really doesn't have any objects to accommodate that. Very limited objects. Can't get stairs to connect to 2nd floor. No guard rails for upstairs balcony. Too basic

    App has not been updates since May 2015!!!!!. Do not buy, developer abandoned the app, it has not been updated in 2 years.

    Bugs :-(. This app is amazingly buggy. Very frustrating to spend hours entering items and then have it bug out and delete all the doors in a house. I paid $10 for this app, the app designer has now made this free and created a new paid version. Pretty sleezy for those of us who purchased early!

    Update please. This app needs serious updating. Please work on it. I purchased it over a year ago to design a pool house and master house, but options are limited, cannot cut space for stairs to second floor, cannot put two floors/levels side by side for ease of viewing, and many more issues. Feel like I wasted my money. This app should be free.

    Disappointed and now poor ):. I'm using this for fun, and the features they have for interior design are just okay. No decent marble options and there isn't even any granite. BUT, here is the major problem; It is EXTREMELY difficult to move around, and everything is CRAZY sensitive. you have to be in the room in order to edit the things inside of it and in order to move something all you have to do is tap it, but in order for you to keep it there you have to tap it again to lock it, so you most likely will wonder where your stove went and then later find it in the pond. they also give you no option to put the walls down and you can only turn around if you are zoomed out. So basically you're using half of your energy to not screw up. it's a "one step forward and two steps back" app. Thought It was just frozen when I was trying to put chairs in my kitchen but the real reason it wasn't showing up was because I was "technically outside" so 23 dining chairs ended up in my backyard. Just not a functional app and I wanted to rip my hair out. I could go on and on about it but I will go cray, so buy it if you want to go insane but otherwise just wait until they make it somewhat decent. I wish I had the 8 bucks back because I really need a drink now
