   Worst app ever. I’ve had this app about five minutes and I was stupid to pay for it. I’ve never used a more difficult and frustrating app. You have no control at all and you cannot reset a fast if it’s logged wrong or starts at the incorrect time. Rip off!

   Not impressed with the subscription push.. I had used this app for years without a subscription, but had a lapse of usage, so when I went to log back on, it wouldn’t even let me log in without signing up for a subscription. I don’t appreciate the fact that it now is mandatory, when I was perfectly fine with the free version. Will not be using again.

   Long-standing glitches. This is an easy and straight forward fasting timer app but I’ve had this for years and have never been able to go back and edit a fasting entry (if I made a mistake on the time or something) without the app freezing and shutting down… it would be nice if the app actually let you edit fasting logs.

   Have to sign in every time. I subscribed quarterly and paid my 20 dollars and am very unsatisfied that I have to sign in every time. Also there is no place to edit start fast and end fast. I usually do a 65 to 70 hour fast. And I find this inadequate. I plan to try to get my subscription back from apple. If these items are not addressed. Maureen Fogel

    Not free anymore. You used to be able to use the app for free and this was my favorite fasting app but now you need to pay $6.99/week or $20 every 3 months.

    Misleading Subscription Choices. The app only allows for monthly, billed quarterly at $19.99, or weekly billed at $6.99. The In-App purchased shows an annual billing of $29.99; when given the option to purchase this one does no appear. This is very close to being reported to the FTC for false advertising. This should be resolved today!

    Bad idea. First, there’s a reason they don’t offer a free trial because once you buy it, you realize how horrible it is. Poor customer service I wouldn’t purchase this app if I were you.

    Help.. I started the app and now it just shows two plans and I can’t get them off my screen, basically I have to pay to do anything. And when I try closing the app and re opening it they just pop up and I can’t get read of them it’s actually pissing me off because there isn’t even an X to press anywhere.

    HORRIBLE UX, no way of IPhone Login. I am paying a $19.99 subscription but there is no clear way for me to login through my iPhone based on the subscription that I am already paying for. It has no record of my phone number nor email address! I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and it continues to walk me through their invasive sign up and continues to requests that I pay an additional subscription under the new information they are tracking for me. I originally deleted the app because there was no way to UPDATE my weight or restart my fasting journey after stepping away for a while. I wanted all of the history deleted! Now I am signed up for a 3 month service paid through iPhone app, and I have no way of logging in to my account! I know they didn’t ask for my phone number or email when I originally signed up because they just ask you to pay!

    Does not let me cancel subscription!. I’ve had this app for 2 weeks and it wasn’t working for me . So I tried to cancel it and it says to go to the website . They have no website ! And here on the App Store they say to go to my Apple account but it doesn’t give me the option there either ! They honestly should just have a end subscription option in the app . Smh

    No response !. I paid for the 3 month plan. I have reached out to customer service and no response, and is so upsetting because I needed assistance with the app ASAP! I’m so frustrated I deleted the freaking app. If you are quick to collect money also be quick to respond to the customers!!!!

    Can’t Back In!. So I deleted the app after I paid (I have a subscription for three months) but deleted it just so I could start my Fasting journey over. By 1 day. I’d messed up the first day. Now it will not let me back in unless I pay again !!!!!! So what the heck!?!? And there is no where I can call or reach out to for help. As it will not let me in, unless I pay!!!!

    Overt racist symbol?!. Seriously, by now we ALL know the “okay” hand symbol as taken by white supremists. Maybe change the open page hand gesture to a thumbs up. 🙄
