   No support help. I have a dot supplies email, app refuses to accept as a real email. Contacted support nothing but silence from them. If you have a dot com or net might work for you. If you have one of the other thousands of domains good luck.

   No option to add pictures. The app it’s okay, it doesn’t have an option to add pictures or title estimates. It doesn’t save deleted estimates ether. If you’re looking for something with all this features this is not the app.

   App isn’t opening.. I am still have the same error occurring. The app isn’t open and it is not working properly. It worked for a couple days and then it stopped.

   Overcharged me for the upgrade.. I signed up for the $19.99 annual unlimited plan and they charged me $29.17 instead. There is no number to call and that’s a red flag for sure.

   Cant get any help. I had high hopes for this app. it has great potential I really like the layout of all the documents. The only problem is when sending an estimate or invoice through email. It does not send it through my business email, It sent through my personal email. There’s no option to change it. I need help and I have sent emails to the support team, but I haven’t got any response is very clear that this app is ran by company that only cares to make money and could care less about providing a quality product.

   Invoice and estimate maker. Do not use this app. Your invoices are not stored anywhere but on your phone so if you happen to have a manufacturing defect in your phone and can no longer access the invoices then you lose everything. Biggest pain I’ve ever been through in my life for my company. Never again.

    Doesn’t send emails. Says it sends the estimate, client never receives them. Customer support is absolutely worthless as well. Waste of $10.

    Trina the app. Well, I created to proposal and sent them to the client, simple enough. However, they never received them no problem that could happen. So, went back to the app so I can send it again but the proposal had not been save and there is no way to find them. But the app asked me to upgrade annually for 19.99.

    Can’t get ahold of support. App crashed. It will not open. I have the latest update. My phone is on the latest update. Have emailed support multiple times to no avail. This is a huge loss for me! I do not recommend using this app.

    Does not send emails. I bought the monthly subscription to use for my business. Went to email a customer and they said they never received it. So I tested it and tried to email it to one of my other emails I have. The email was never sent. No matter what I do, the emails won’t send. Thought it was a great app till I realized emails won’t send

    My invoice app disappeared. I have this app for 6 months already and now the app just disappeared from my phone, I tried reinstalling it and it tells me to start all over again and pay again. I lost my customers, my logo, and it did get paid I have it in my email. If someone can help me I will be grateful.

    they don't care to fix any problem with the app. I have problems sending the estimates / Invoice, I have months and I have already let them know and they do not solve anything, they do not even answer

    Can’t get any help!!!. I have been sending several requests for help. I accidentally locked myself out of my iPhone and I can’t restore the invoice I had on my app. All that work for nothing. There’s not even a log in page to pull any information. It’s sad!!! Disappointing.

    Potential with glitches. SVG Invoice and Estimate Maker is a great concept, and for the most part is a very good system for small business applications. However a couple of glitches have scuttled my faith in this software. The telephone number window never shows up when entered so I have to enter it under an additional window. Also when I went to back up my data it completely wiped out everything all my Client List and Invoice List. And most egregiously I have tried repeatedly to contact customer support without any success. I probably will not renew my membership.

    Zero Customer Support. Tried several times to resolve an issue but received zero customer support. Scroll down the reviews and you will see I am not the only one. Terrible way to run a business. Very disappointed

    Sorry, but I had to apply one star so I could enter this review.. It appears that customer information cannot be changed once it is interred into the database. Not acceptable. Unfortunately I am out the 20 bucks. But that is all you will get. In case I am wrong, I will keep the app on my iPad and someone shows a way to edit a customers data.

    Extremely disappointed. This app doesn’t allow you to log into multiple devices under the same account. I’ve reached out via email to the developers regarding this issue multiple times with no response back. Extremely disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this app!
