   Elite Plumber. When I try to open the app in another device it doesn’t show all the invoices,items and costumers. And when I tried to modify the pricing on the items Is a headache until it gets done.

   Way too many bugs. This app has become a buggy nightmare. There are screens you cannot get past such as “sharing contacts”. I do not invoice my friends but until you click “share” you cannot resume your invoicing. My phone number was wrong by a digit, so I went in to fix it and it says “invalid phone number”. I am cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I wouldve stayed with them forever if they simply kept the app updated.

   NO FREE TRIAL. Offered a FREE TRIAL and then charged me. It didn’t even let me know it was going to charge me, I found the charge on my bank statement. Not willing to give me a refund. I would move on, there are plenty of other apps just like this. Nothing but trouble.

   Fail to send invoice. I have been using this app for ling time and paying for it. In the last few times I have tried to send invoices it won’t send them! I tried contacting customer support and the only answer is thanks for contacting us we are checking the problem!

   I might go to a different app. I really don’t like that it sends the invoice/estimate as a link and not an email attachment. And also that you can’t have it send from your email. Also the user ability is tricky, especially when sending the document.

   Unprofessional. Half the time my invoices aren’t received by clients and I end up having to send just screenshots of the invoices which at that point doesn’t give them a payment option via invoice

   Horrible app with many bugs. This app is horrible I pay for subscription but have missed deadlines for invoices because there is so many bugs and support refuses to help or fix all these issues , the amount of money I’ve lost because of this app is insane please don’t waste you time or money on this

    Horrible just get the nice software and thank me later. Their software started glitching sending the wrong amount to people. After multiple back and forth thinking it wasn’t a big deal with their help. The app deleted 25+ of my invoices. NOW I AM FORCED TO GO BACK THROUGH TIME SHEETS AND ORDER NUMBERS TO GET PRICES AND TOTALS CANT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW MAD I AM RIGHT NOW ALONG WITH THEM NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE IT EMAILS ALL DAY.

    App not sending emails to my client. This app has not worked for me in the last couple months. I’m having trouble getting paid because of it,yet I can’t find a category in the report an issue section to indicate my issue. The invoices are not going through to my client. I shall have to cancel and hire a new app if it’s not fixed.

    Lost 3 months of invoices. App randomly logged me out and wouldn’t recognize any of my attempts after upgrading subscription, lost 3 months of invoices absolutely devastated

    Fix this! Keeps charging on every use. Everytime I use this there’s a glitch where it acts like it doesn’t recognize. Then it lets me make invoice. Then it kicks me out, forces a sign in and charges for a monthly even though I’m on yearly. Then it for es me to remake the invoice again. Fix it or I’m out- not worth it

    Terrible. They have redone the app and it is TERRIBLE. it is not user friendly, and I have lost my invoices now 2 times due to the app not syncing and saving my data. Contacting support is a lost cause as well, I had a specific error that said “contact support-do not log out or reinstall the app” and support asked me to log out and then reinstall the app if problem is not resolved. Let’s just say, their “support” caused me to lose invoices. Unfortunately I paid a lifetime subscription and is money down the drain. Have switched to a different app and am MUCH happier!

    Invoice maker. For as much as this App is going to charge, let’s limitations make it useless. The WORST $9.99 a month I could possibly spend. It will be cancelled.

    Useless. Hate it with a passion. I have been trying to log in for the longest. Same thing, my phone was damaged, couldn’t access. Asked for the code to log in and they send it all late, doesn’t work or simply don’t reply. No contact number where to call. All they tell me, to reinstall. I do but how do I log in if y’all don’t reply within a timely manner? Horrible!!!!! Kurt trying to get my data saved and will look for another application that has better customer service and can actually fix the problem.

    Scammers. I bought a yearly subscription but I’ve still been getting charged by the month from this company , apparently they caught me off guard and somehow stole my money , app all works when it wants to not when you need it too

    Lost all the Info. Stay away. Worst invoice App. Due to the update that they prompted new version of the App did not transfer any of my info. No warnings, no precautions. And they still trying to charge subscription for it. Stay away.

    🥺🥺🤬🤬🥺🥺. I love the look of the invoice, how to set it up, everything but when it comes time to use the option share, the app will say generating document and then crash! I would love to keep this app but I can’t go much longer without an invoice maker and so far the other 3 I’ve tried, I don’t like! Please help me figure out why it’s crashing so I can keep it!
