   Terrible experience considering you have over 9000 users. I normally do invoices from my laptop, using an Excel template for free, decided I wanted to get stuff done on the go so I’m parked outside a customer’s home about to use your app and invoice them right away and your app flagged me as being fraud or something And would not let me proceed. The screen said this supplier has been flagged for anti-fraud policies.

   Terrible Customer Service. I have tired multiple times to have someone reach out with me. I am not able to log into my account. I have been trying for weeks.

   I can’t log in to my account. It has been over 24 hours and I still have not received any real help. Every response I get appears to be automated AI replies that do not resolve my issue. I am unable to log in to my account and continue receiving an error message “418” and “magic” when I try to access it. I paid for a full year subscription and expected better customer support than this. It is extremely frustrating to be locked out of an account that I have already paid for, with no real assistance. Terrible service so far. I hope someone contacts me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

   Read the fine print!!!. They give you 7 free invoices then they want you to pay $5.99 (basic) for 3 invoices a year.

    Makes you pay after 5 invoices. Great app but unfortunately isn’t free after the first 5 invoices, other than that highly recommend!

    Intuitive app that's made sending invoices incredibly easy and professional. Very easy to learn learn/intuitive app. 5 Stars .. I AM having issues trying to figure out why it's not sending out the emails with the invoices that I've made. Can someone help?
