   Payment is needed for everything. I won’t lie and say this app is the worst but you can’t even send the invoice or take a screenshot without the app asking for a subscription.

   Medicore at best. I’ve used this application for over a year and recently switched to something else because this app just sucks to be honest. I am always having problems with it and my current issue is that on the web version, I cannot add pictures to estimates because it gives an error.

    Beware of unauthorized charges. I was charged even though I cancelled 4 days prior. It auto renewed my subscription. Beware

    bad. They have no customer service, if you have a problem with the app, they can't help you. I do not recommend it.

    How the f is this “free”. Just another app that wants to lie to you it’s not free when you need to actually use it. Yeah, you can play around for no reason at all but the second you need it then you have to pay. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Doesn’t do what it claims. I went through the whole sign up, agreed to the free trail. Was excited to try out this estimate based off of the photos and I could not for the life of me find anything of the sort. Only place I could even add photo was as an attachment to the invoice/estimate. I’m so disappointed because this would have been a game changer for my cleaning business. I do like the fact it gives you a break down of all things related to cleaning a place but there was no where to enter any information as to what size this Mock place was, it’s got a great concept going just needs bells and whistles polished up some more

    Always had issues with it.. This app always has issues and customer support is horrible. Charging $13.00 plus tax per month for an app that always has issues is nuts.

    Not worth it!. This app has been nothing but problems lately and I can’t get any cooperation fixing the issues! Save yourself some aggravation and frustration use another app!

    Expensive subscription.. I understand app developers need to make money but I feel like this one is price gouging. I am not paying $9 a week for this app.

    False advertising. Advertisement for this app came up on fb. Featuring a mechanic, doing a brake job on a car. With him basically saying how he charges better prices etc because of the app. So being a mechanic I downloaded. And there is literally 0% support/ knowledge of anything to do with automotive maintenance. The A.I. literally starts preparing a sump pump invoice after you’ve coached it through thoroughly about it being a water pump job on a Honda. Complete waist of money. Uninstall!!!!

    Not free. You can’t do anything unless you pay $10 a week to use it. It let make the invoice and just stare it, you can’t send, save, screenshot or nothing unless you pay either $10 a week or $100 a year. Better off using a free invoice maker website online.

    Won’t work on MacBook. About the same as the rest. Won’t work on MacBook and that’s why I originally purchased the app. Can’t talk to anyone unless you email if you have a problem.

    Like every other app- “gotta subscribe”. I like all the tools and aspects of the app until you have to subscribe to an 8 dollar a week subscription just to email an invoice. I might as well plug the apps own subscription into the apps own expenses tool and see how it likes that.
