   Disappearing names. My invoices are losing customer names and costing me money and time . When I tried to get customer service assistance the chat keeps crashing the app . Will be looking into alternative options moving forward. Keeps asking for a review when I'm in the middle of invoicing. After my subscription is up I'd rather do it by hand .

   App does not allow to Attach pictures. When I attach saved pictures to Estimate the App closes the Estimate and entire Estimate disappears/ get lost , can’t find it / Have to restart from the beginning. Sucks

   I lost all my invoices!. Apparently, the app crashed and I’ve lost all my invoices and payments due. There’s no customer service so I’m stuck having to figure out who owes what and how much income is come in?

   No support. I can’t contact support, I click on support and it does nothing. Every time I send an estimate or an invoice it deletes the contact information from the document and then I need to edit the document to add the contact information back. This has been going on for months and none of the updates have done anything to even give me the ability to contact support about this. Fix it and I will change my review, but until then you this app irritates me and I will probably just end up changing to something else

   Save your money. I was a subscriber since 2019 and loved it for the first couple of years, but around 2025 things started going downhill. Like any company, they got super greedy, prices jumped to nearly $30 a month, features that used to be included were pulled out and turned into separate paid apps, and the value just wasn’t there anymore. On top of that, customer support became painfully slow, it could take hours to get a response. The final straw was constantly having trouble accessing the app at all. Paying that much and not even being able to use the service is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere.

   Not so great anymore. App is good in getting all your information together for invoice, but my clients names ALWAYS disappear anytime I have to make an edit, it’s very very frustrating and I can’t seem to fix the issue even with updates

    MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!! You dont want 2 pay 4 this app unless it gets fixed!!!! Not worth the headache!!. Since the last couple updates this app has been buggy and increasingly worse to the point that after using for several years we are going to have to quit. It started by not saving the names on the invoices after a change while still in the file. But I just noticed today that it is deleting all the names from almost all previous invoices!!??? I tried to use the support option within the app but it doesn’t work either. This is good-bye unless I’m contacted with a fix immediately, bc obviously you can’t run a business with this kind of nonsense going on, it’s extremely aggravating!!!!!!!

    app is currently unuasbale. literally can’t function on this app with all the billing names of invoices constantly disappearing it’s driving me crazy i’m fighting not to switch as i’m comfortable with the app but if they can’t fix this bug it’s not usable normally bugs get fixed fast but it’s been weeks

    Money hole App. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now . This app is a money hole and that’s being minus about what I should really say. They charge 1499 a month to be able to add clients send out estimates keep track of everything. But you can only have so many clients saved before they’re asking for more money a month to be able to add more people to your contacts. Still in search of another app that similar to this before I stop using Billdu

    Support is Horrendous. Support for the application is horrific. If you have any issues or upgrade, the application may not work and trying to get someone online is next to impossible.

    Was great until you need help no one answers. I have been using this as a premium subscription for a while now I cannot send invoices so I cannot collect payments either and there is no one to help you minus a AI bot. This isn’t acceptable I have been suing this for years now I will have to find another company

I have this app long time but lately every update you can nut work with it and when you send them a message to fix it it looks they don’t know what they do for last tow update they can’t fix the problem and they told me to throw the app and install it again and I did that and still same problem, write now the app is very slow I can’t work with it. do not buy this app.

Program does not save information at times When I leave a estimate or invoice I have to continually reenter customer name because it does not save it Should be able to switch invoice back to estimate if needed When changing customer name on an estimate the program continues to repopulate original original name

    App and customer service awful!. Do Not Use them!! Nothing but crashes and if you try to get support good luck they are never in and it’s all chat or email and they take forever to resolve any issues!

    Update screw things up. Getting frustrated. Updates always seem to cause some issue with what was once a great and very useful app. Not sure if they even test before release. Leave it alone guys. Customer service is usually 24 hours out. A live chat would also be helpful to answer quick questions. Billy the bot can be helpful.

    I can’t get my account back and no number to reach out for help. I got kicked out of my account, I tried getting it back since I have all my invoices etc and I can’t get in or get any help , this is frustrating because it doesn’t let me log in and when I type my email it gives me a trial option only . Not having customer service doesn’t help at all

    Garbage app.. Upgraded this app for $120 to add clients and it refused every time. Should be allowed to rate -5stars to 5 stars. This is a -5 star app. GARBAGE.

    Very poor support. I requested help, there was a few messages then nothing. Dead silence. I tried to contact them again and nothing. I guess the problem isn’t anything they want to be bothered with.

    Extremely disappointed. My husband downloaded this for a jumpstart to our small business. We have used this app for two years. As our business has grown, we needed something different and more advanced. The email address linked to the account was mistakenly typed incorrectly. The email linked to our account was a nonexistent email address. I tried everything I could to change it with no success. I attempted to cancel the subscription for 3 days with no luck. I reached out to tech support to help with no luck. They said they cannot cancel my subscription but that I need to cancel via apple. However the email address is non existent. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION! If you lose access to the email or it’s not typed in correct, you will be screwed.

    Canceled and they still took almost $300!. We canceled billdu before the renew date. They still took the money out of our account and refused to return it! Do not use!!!

    Not good for large volume. We have over 2200 invoices from few years we’ve noticed after around 1000 invoices the system becomes laggy and even worse deletes invoices even if you save it or delete parts of them luckily, we have a screenshot back up of all of them

    STAY AWAY!. I was using this for our company and it was a dream for a couple months. Then, our invoices started sending as corrupted or with missing info. I reached out to customer service and I was offered a 20% discount for a subscription despite their admittance to technical issues. Fair warning, proceed with caution. They also threaten to delete all of your prior invoices if you cancel subscription (and considering they save corrupted, it’s up to you). I’ve had to screenshot everything since it is the only accurate way to use this app. I will not be renewing!

    Do NOT RECOMMEND! Save your time / money. To start off the app has no life customer support . I had all my data randomly deleted from two accounts I had with them . No way to contact a support member to try and restore all customer history from over 2 years .

    Love the app (but always dealing with bugs). First off, I’ve used this app for over 5 years now and have paid for premium for the entire time. I absolutely love Billdu more than any other estimating app, and I’ve tried them all. My issues- it always seems to be bugged, new ones pop up, they take care of it and then new bugs come up again. It’s frustrating. The newest issue is that all my estimates keep getting deleted even after being saved. If they aren’t getting deleted, it will constantly delete the name of the person to which I’m doing the estimate for. I have to keep going in and typing the persons name in again and if I work on that estimate at all it will constantly keep asking me to input the name again that I already have saved into the program. It’s outrageously annoying and I wish there was a way for me to convey this stuff to Billdu but there’s no way to do that. Also, I’ve had a couple of times where I go into the app and all the estimates that I created in the last week are just gone. Deleted. I spend a lot of time working on these and it’s outrageously frustrating that they just get deleted. I figure that all the times the site is “down for maintenance” it will fix these issues, but I’ve been dealing with these issues for quite a while now with no update to fix. I’m now contemplating leaving Billdu and finding new software to use. I’d rather not, but I am still hoping that this can be fixed. Please fix this Billdu. 3 years ago the app was perfect and then after trying to add all this new stuff to the app, it just seemed to cause so many issues. Hopefully it can get fixed.
