   Review Review Review. Ive not had this app long. Prolly not even for a full week but I can’t stand that every time I unlock the app , I get hit with a prompt asking to review. It happens even when my phone turns off momentarily. I happens every time every time the app is opened. I can’t give this app a very good review bc ive hardly had time to use it. But since it’s so insistent. Here’s youre damn review.

   Password recovery. This app is so useless! I forgot my pin ,I tried all pins I use but it won’t open!…no forgot password option…I deleted the app maybe I’d be able to have access to my stuffs!!! Can’t believe everything is gone!! I kept vital information about my life since 2021!! Only for it to be gone in a wink!!😭😭😭

   Awful.. You cant just keep saying "maybe you entered the wrong password by accident or forgot you changed it". I have all my passwords written down in a notebook, including the one for this app! I update it the second I change the password so I know I didnt change my password but it wont work. Update your app so we can reset it otherwise its useless.

   Please write your password somewhere. If you forget your password it is a wrap , you’ll have to delete the app cause you won’t gain access to your entries ever again

   Lost AN YEAR’s worth of diary entries. I used to LOVE this app and wrote in it basically every day starting last October. I even had the premium membership and intended to use it forever. Because of a glitch with my phone, I had to factory reset it. I expected my entries in the app to be intact if I just restore from my iCloud as I had paid for lifetime premium. I was wrong. A year of my life, documented, has been lost. Just like that. It’s completely blank. I am inconsolable.

   .. Please quit prompting to give a review EVERY time you open the app. Otherwise app has been great but the harassing for a review makes it frustrating.

   harassment. The app was fine until I was nonstop bombarded with prompts to write a review. No matter how many times I tried to say no, they would come right back trying to shove it down my throat. A bit ridiculous in my opinion, your consumers should not be forced into rating the app.

    Lost entries. I wrote so many personal experiences earlier this year. I opened the app and can’t seem to find any. Super disappointing. I didn’t realize you have to pay to backup to your iCloud once it offloads you lose everything.

    Good until it wasn’t. Randomly locked me out and said my password was incorrect when I know for certain it was not. I wrote it down and use the same password for another app. Really unsure why this glitch happened.

    Can’t recover password. I’ve email this app developer for over a month now and still no response, I’ve forgotten my password and there’s no way to recover or changed it and no help anywhere.

    A few years of it has been lost. The restore option did not work as expected and lost a few years of logging events, every time I tried to restore it from iCloud on a new phone, less and less events shows up. The customer service has not replied

    no password recovery??. I love this app for what it is but once I forgot my password to get in because it’s been a while and there’s literally nothing you can do to get back in if you don’t know it. If you guess too many times it just locks you out. I can’t believe there’s no feature to ask you a secret question or to send something to your email. Anything. It’s so stupid.

    Good app. Love it. No undo button.. I’m feeling feisty right now because I love this app and its simplicity but there NO UNDO BUTTON. I accidentally erased a whole page worth of important text and now I have to re write it and I’m so angry it’s lost because there’s not an undo button…

    had this app for years, but….. i’ve used this app almost daily at this point for 3+ yrs. i no longer have a the star feature available which really REALLY sucks. i have no way to favorite journal entries as the star at the bottom of the entry had disappeared.

    Almost everything is locked behind a paywall. I got this to write down thoughts, and I really liked the locking feature and the simplicity of the design. Little did I know almost everything was locked behind a $12.99 paywall. Everything that is locked: ICloud backup, Fonts, Night mode, Export, and lock pro and search pro. Really disappointed, was hoping it would be better. P.S. no one is paying 13 dollars to get the features for a diary app that should be free. That’s just ridiculous

    Really??????????. This app does have some interesting features, but it is not a very good app. It doesn’t have any guidelines or anything like that and it is not designed for multiple things. I don’t recommend it.

    Can’t login. I had this app before. Stopped journaling so deleted it. I just reinstalled it thinking it would start fresh but it asked for my 4 digit password. I use the same one I used before but says it’s wrong. I try others and still wrong. Theres no way to reset on app. No options at all. Checked developer website and can’t figure it out either. Useless if you can’t even reset. In response to the developer: the issue is that I can not locate any way to change password or alternatives to access account if you forget your old password. I can not even just create a new account. So right now the app is not accessible to me.

    Lost Diaries. Everything I’ve written before is lost! Somehow every page is empty. It shows that I did write something that day but it’s just a blank white sheet. Disappointing!

    Really liked this app. This was a really nice app to have. I wrote everything into this diary. I reset my iPad and deleted all my apps, restored them and ALL my notes were gone, everything. I even bought it for $12.99 because I had so much important stuff in it. Now it’s all gone, every time I try to restore it, it’s say restored but it’s not. I’m so sad it’s all gone all the memories I wrote it gone. 😢

    Dates all shifted back a day. I opened my app today and every entry is posted a day earlier now. For example, I posted about May 1st being a fresh beginning and it’s showing on April 30th. This is every day in my diary now. Please fix!
