   Personajes. No me gusta que existan dos simples personajes con su estilo raro. ¿Porque tener que pagar 100 dólares al año por un simple personaje de IA?,Sugiero que no haya límites entre personajes. Y si no lo mejoráis lo desinstalaré.

   Customer Support is abysmal. I paid for this service through an instagram ad. They took my payment and while setting up the account the process crashed and gave me a reference code to contact support. Support is an ai chatbot that gives me the same prompts, when I asked for a real person it says they referred it to an agent but I have had /no contact in almost two weeks. I asked for a refund and silence. I don’t think I’ve ever had this bad an experience with any app. I cannot recommend this based on my experience.

   False presentation. They using nice advertisement but real tutor is like from 90-s. I requested refund in January. It is End of June. Refund never arrived. They say it was sent to me through Link. I raised a ticked with Link, attaching transaction info and Link reply that it was never in their system. Fraud Praktika? Not trustworthy team works in Praktika for sure. I have to raise a ticket with Apple, I guess.

   Support is awful. I am in a Spanish course but the app keeps trying to teach me Japanese phrases. I contacted support and they gave me a few things to try to fix it but said it would likely take several weeks before a fix was implemented because that is the turnaround time for their software devs. So basically I paid for a year of service to learn a language, and can’t learn that language.

    Subscription Theft. I did a 7 day try out and then they charged me for a full year at over $100. I asked for a refund and they said there was nothing they could do for their own app . Directed me to apple support instead of doing the right thing and refunding me. Now I am out a lot of money for an app I’m really not going to use . Would not recommend .

    Voice Change. I’ve been using Praktika for months and Skye’s voice changed. I deleted the app and reinstalled it losing all data and her void still wrong! It is quite distracting.

    Very annoying.. Im going to give the cut and dry truth here: this app sucks. The AI asks you to translate words you had not been taught, yet. Sometimes it speaks solely in the language you’re learning and you have to go out of your way to ask the AI to speak in your native language so you can understand. The AI’s voice sometimes is super creepy and I hear growls and glitches. Even the lesson titles are in the language I’m learning and I don’t feel like I’m actually learning ANYTHING. This whole app completely blows. Don’t waste your time and just use a mix of Duolingo and Airlearn.

    Terrible. Repeat themselves constantly pronounce my name wrong in each session I have to remind them how to say it. App said it supported teaching in my language and it doesn’t. Do not recommend they would not refund me even when I canceled within minutes of purchase. TRASH

    Terrible. This app is terrible. It turned me off within seconds. The avatar is creepy. The voice is creepy. I cannot imagine me doing this once let alone every day. Trying to get a refund.

    Not for me. The AI teaching was interesting but was a bit too fast for me even when I asked her to slow down. Then they automatically charged me $34.99 for three months when it clearly says it is $8 per month. Do the math. And Apple will not give me a refund which is BS to me. I’ll go back to Duolingo.

    Can not understand mis annunciated words. Scam-Horrible app.. I tried to cancel the subscription you cannot to that on the app or change you subscription unless your upgrading. So, it works if you’re giving them more money, but you cannot downgrade or cancel!!!! The app could not decipher my mid-annunciated words. That’s why this app didn’t work for me., Canceling was a nightmare, it will take more money from you, but it will not cancel or down grade your subscription. It was such a hassle. I had to call and talk to a live person. Not to mention when it does the upgrade it doesn’t tell you how much you’re paying. It just says congratulations You’ve upgraded to premium. Worst app I’ve ever used.

    dysfunctional. I bought a membership, but I couldn’t login and there was no way to contact anybody so I had to go to the credit card company to get my money back. It was kind of a nightmare.

    No Upfront Pricing. Put your pricing first instead of wasting peoples time with the app before hitting them up for $$. The app spends about five minutes or so asking you questions to onboard you. Then has a brief like 30 second conversation with you which didn’t seem to understand a word I said. Then wants you to sign up and then show you the pricing. The limited and I mean, limited less than five minute exposure that I had to the app didn’t make me feel confident enough about even subscribing. They’re more worried about on boarding and getting a subscription out of you before giving you enough time to determine if the app is even worth your time and money. And I don’t need another free trial that I might forget to cancel. This model is flawed in so many ways.

    Unable to ever log in. Never could access the account to use it. Customer service is AI based and not timely. Could not get into account despite recovery method and never received password change links to the account email. Proceed with caution. I was really looking forward to using it .

    Charged for Free Trial. I was charged $99 for a free trial. Signed up for a 7-day trial, but was charged after 2 days. Cancelled and tried getting a refund but they will not provide it. Now stuck with this app is not like it’s advertised. The chatbot gets their accents confused and starts talking in a different accent as the one they’re supposed to have. The conversational feature that shows in the Ads does not exist, you just tap to send a voice message and it responds - basically just chatgpt, but with a voice which reads it out loud
