    Worst experience, poor services. I have been using this app for a couple of months, but unfortunately, my experience has not been very smooth. I frequently encounter issues such as lagging and audio not working properly. These problems make it difficult to use the app effectively and affect the overall learning experience. I hope the development team can address these technical issues soon and improve the app’s performance, as it has great potential. I would really appreciate a more stable and seamless experience in future updates

    its not free! misleading advertising. The advertisement on facebook clearly said that it is completely free, the girl in the ad says “I do not have money” and the robot replies “It is completely free see it for yourself”… but when I downloaded the app, it says it has a three days free trial followed by charges!

    It’s not free. Recordings to the adds that I watched, it says download the app totally free, but after I downloaded it, I surprised.. it is not free at all, and they have a payment list, and they asking to choose one of their plan and how you will pay, so don’t believe them, it’s not free.

    Misleading. I subscribed to Better Speak on a “3-day free trial” and chose the yearly plan. I was led to believe I would not be charged until after the trial. Within a few minutes of using the app, I realized it did not work as advertised (very slow AI, frequent errors), so I immediately went to cancel during the free trial. However, I saw that I had already been charged for the full year before the trial ended. I canceled almost immediately and did not meaningfully use the app. I am requesting a full refund because the billing behavior was misleading.
