   No Search?. Nice app accept you have to scroll through the whole list to find and item. How can an app in today’s market not include a search option. Especially one that is just a list.

   New Design Update. I absolutely loved OUR GROCERIES “until” the latest update. It’s terrible! Why changing something so much that was working just fine?! The old saying applies here: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “.

   No longer works with Alexa. I’ve tried relaunching this on my Alexa and it won’t work at all. I love the app but that function to talk and add while I’m cooking was my favorite part.

   Lost Alexa Connection. The new version no longer responds to Alexa. Alexa replies that there isn’t a grocery list, but I’ve been using it for years. The only change is your update. Please fix this.

   One star. Please put Our Groceries back as it was. I have had the app for several years & it was one of my favorites, including all my apps. For me, the green makes the page hard to read. I have a list of items to take to annual family reunion (not to be on grocery list). It now appears above the grocery list & I have to scroll to add to, read or remove an item after I put in cart. I am so disappointed. Why ruin a good thing?! I am seriously looking forward to for another app option. 😢

   Bad update. The new update does serious damage to what I’d seen as a classic, gloriously stable app. There are so many changes, none of which I would have chosen. I do not need a chunky name-of-list banner in huge font taking up screen space when a list is opened. I do not need a row of fiddly little buttons at the bottom of the screen giving me easy access to features I do not ever use. I’ll only hit them accidentally, and then have to navigate back from unfamiliar screens I never wanted to see. I do not need the sole useful button there (add to list) to be smaller than it was. I do not need a scrolling inline add-to-list button. It wastes space while needlessly duplicating the fixed button. There should be a bit of space between the crossed-off items and the button that deletes them all, but they’re run together. In theory I wouldn’t mind the color themes if you’d included something fairly subdued or neutral… but you didn’t. Developers, please repent and un-ruin this thing.

    Horrible!. This latest revision (March 2026) is terrible! I opened the app (which I use almost every day) to find a completely foreign design. With no explanation other than "it’s easier". For whom?absolutely no idea how to navigate this new monstrosity, as there are no ‘directions’ to go to. The screen is green (awful to look at) and previous notes I’ve made are now at the top of my grocery list. I DON’T WANT THEM THERE! I can’t get rid of them or move them, unless I delete them word by word. I have to scroll through all of these notes to get to the groceries I’ve put on the list. Who came up with this disaster of an upgrade? You had a really good App that I’ve used for about 15 years, with decent improvements along the way. This latest version is horrible and I no longer want to use it. I guess I’m on my way to look for a more ‘user friendly’ grocery/list application.

    Our grocery shopping list. I tried out this app. It was very nice for putting my food on there for the list. What I was hoping for was that I could scan each item I bought and find out how much it cost and then find out a total amount at the end of how much my groceries were, but it didn’t do it.

    Can’t add family. Downloaded this to help my mom out, and to make it easier for lists of things, the add family feature for iPhone latest update doesn’t work. She can share her long with me, I click on it, it opens the App Store, then opens the app, and nothing else happens. Even tried pasting the info into login. And nothing.

    Missing Huge Option. I have a simple requirement, or an app isn’t helpful to me. I search on a store’s website, and snap a photo of what I need (as there are multiple sizes & brands). This app provides no option to that a photo of a an item from the store’s site. That was the death knell so I deleted the app after 3 minutes.

    Alexa No longer supports multiple lists. This has been my go to app since it was launched- love the way whole family could have their individual list AND we could all sync up lists! I have shared with multiple new subscribers- However Alexa no longer supports adding to more than the first list!!!! Argh! Please fix!

    Grocery list. This app was absolutely great for a couple of years. The only negative was my fingers would touch the screen when I was holding the phone in the grocery store. In the past few weeks, however, the app is almost unusable because unexplained items , maybe they’re called ads have been added to my shopping list, confusing the whole usefulness of the app.

    Crossed up items are not sorted. Once you buy an item, you can cross it off and it goes into a crossed off section. So good so far. But then when you need to buy it again, you have to go hunt for the item in the list because it's not sorted alphabetically nor any other logical manner. A grocery list of all possible items is easily 100 to 200 items long. This lack of capability makes this app, not very useful at all.

    Too many interruptions. It takes forever to get to the point you can add “bread” to the list. Full of ads and nonsense. There’s gotta be a better list application.

    Changed app without any warning. I have been using “our groceries” without fees for at least five years. When I went to review the list at the grocery store today, it had vanished. Now they wish to charge users a fee. I’m OK with that if they had warned people that this would happen and gave them a date by which they could sign on to the new terms or find a new app. No notice, no list. Starting from scratch again. Extremely annoyed.

    Will not share. Cannot get it to share the list with my husband. tried many things deleted and restarted could not get it to sync. Wish there was a different way to get it to sync with a partner.

    Once Wonderful, but no more.. In what I suppose must be a desire to change things to use different features this app has fallen from a favorite to very irritating. I monitor my iPhone storage and I watch as the size of this app, still small, is growing in size. I attribute it to storing of duplicates. It used to be when an item was added to the physical grocery cart it was swiped off the list-to-buy to below on the same list and appears as lined out. Now they also go to an apparently shared trashed list where they are found by the search and where they can be swiped back to the list-to-buy area. That trash area grows with multiples of duplicates. It is not at all obvious how to purge the duplicates there. (Swiping them sends them to a list-to-buy area.) There are other irritations. I am now testing other shopping apps in search of a replacement.

    Useful but annoying. It’s not that it has pop-up ads, it just has annoying popups that come up all the time. I’m not spending money on a list app but the app is useful for what it is and keeping things organized. As long as the pop-ups aren’t on the screen.
