   An error. There’s an error. I haven’t even used it yet. It says how many days that I’m committed after I chose it, I tried clicking the button wahoo, but it doesn’t work like I can’t click the button

   Charged before trial ended. Hard to trust an app that charges you before trial ends. Do not purchase this app if you have anxiety. Taking advantage of people with anxiety… shame.

   Be wary of automatic charges.. Download for free, not really. Be careful. After you download then the app tells you that you will be automatically charged for the year subscription unless you remember to cancel. Sneaky business practices. Induces more anxiety rather than eliminating it. Fee should be advised up front before you download. Not a free trial or a free app if the app automatically charges you.

   Be careful of the plan you pick. I mistakenly picked the 79.99 thinking it was a week free trial. It's just before Christmas and it's 79.99 I don't have to spend on an app. I'm not saying the app is not good. I'm just saying that I really don't have the money right now to spend on something like this. I wish the developers would make it easier to pick "Trial with no money due now".

   1 Star. I purchased the monthly subscription for $6.99. Once the purchase was made, I couldn't go into the app. It was like it wanted me to pay the full yearly amount in order to move forward. :(

   I don’t know why. I found this app and thought it might help with my anxiety but it gave me more anxiety I paid $6.99 to use it monthly and it won’t let me use it. It says I have to try it for free for 7 days and then pay 70 something later i don’t know why it won’t work when I paid monthly for it and the purchase screen won’t get off my screen very disappointed in this app :(

   Scam artists. I downloaded the trial and every single day of the trail I had an attempt to collect $87.02. Thankfully my apple is connected so a single account that I transfer money into when I need it so they were not able to take it. But they were relentless in trying to take it every single day I was getting decline notices even though I cancelled the trial. I have reported this app to apple and the FTC and sent them screen grabs of all the attempted charges during the trial.

    Scam. Do not recommend.. I first downloaded this app when I thought it would work as a general app. I open the app and instantly I click for the free entry. THERE IS NO FREE VERSION. It’s completely useless and fake. Instead of letting me into the app as intended a paywall comes up. Unacceptable. There are so many ways to fit a paywall into an app, but this is not one of them. I find it ridiculous and frankly sort of ironic that out of all apps, one that is purposefully designed for helping people you immediately have to pay to use. I’ve heard that the actual app on the inside isn’t great - and I would have talked about that as well but there’s no point since I couldn’t even get there! Useless, garbage, disrespectful, terrible app. 1 star is the lowest I could rate it but I would have rather put 0. Ridiculous.

    Thankful. I woke this morning so thankful even i can walk I can breath I have acid in my stomach but it’s getting better.. I will be more strong everyday..god will never leave me alone and will not taking everything seriously from now on life , pain , depression or anxiety..because I know nothing is permanent..pain is not permanent, it shall to pass

    I need more than what is given. Unless you’re willing to pay your life insurance in money, DO NOT GET. The only free lessons are breathing, so if you need body image help, dietary help, exercise help, PMS🩸help, labeling help, or any other standard form of help, YOU HAVE TO PAY. Unrealistic and Useless. I personally have a really hard time with social anxiety, and I have to PAY for support! Do not get. Totally and utterly DISGUSTINGLY HELPLESS.

    Breathing broke in the last update. The guided breathing, which is the only reason I use the app, doesn’t make any sound now. If I have it in my pocket I can only feel the vibration and nothing else:(

    Need Better Trial, Less Pushy Sell. Right off, they want you to get a year subscription. Not only that, they give you a one time $20 off the yearly price that goes away if you change screens. This is before getting to try the free version or giving you info about the paid version. Yes, they have a free trial, but I don’t want to have to do a free trial to see what it’s like. I did 2 of the daily activities then had to deal with the free trial page again. I deleted the app. I need anxiety relief, not something to cause more anxiety.

    Forced sign up, hard sell, notifications. What part of “help me with my anxiety” includes “create an account after we ask personal questions and we will pester you with notifications about wanting your money”?

    Scam. An instant scam for newcomers, the first thing you see when you try to open the app is a paywall for the premium option, which is unacceptable. I’ve seen many an app that is polite enough to let me poke around and judge whether it has value before trying to dive into my wallet, and this is not one of them. The developer is an incompetent businesswoman to say the very least, and she’s pretty ignorant of what I’ve seen others say about the paywall instantly giving them panic attacks. There are far more intelligent ways to put a paywall into an app — a lock icon next to the premium content would be far more appropriate — and the 7-day free trial is not long enough for those of us who can’t afford the app on snap judgment to make a call on whether we can rebudget our finances to make it work. I wish the developer luck in finding a business model that doesn’t make this look like a scam to newcomers because that’s exactly how this looks: Like a scam. Not recommended on all counts.

    This app is giving me a panic attack. I opened it and signed in with Apple since that is the first available option I saw and it tells me I get a week trial before it is going to charge me $60! How do I stop that from happening? My doctor told me some of the functionality was free, but it wouldn’t let me go forward without signing up and now it has my info. Will deleting it stop that from happening? I can’t afford a $60 app!

    Too money hungry for my blood. There's more than one way to make money on an app. If I've never used this app, but they want me to agree to pay a specific amount of money for a specific period of time, unless I explicitly cancel the service. They don't disclose this until you've given them personal information you can't retract. In these situations, you know what I do? I delete the app immediately. I have used plenty of software that is polite enough to wait until I had a reason to see it as valuable before trying to stick its hand in my wallet. I wish the developers luck in finding or developing a business model that doesn't make it look like a scam to newcomers. I will refrain from pointing out the irony except... This is supposed to help people with their mental health issues?

    Review of 1st Day of using app. Started with the Sleep Audio and way to short to even start to relax. Then the app took me to a journal to write 3 things I did big or small during the day. I used the microphone and it just got stuck on one word “Today Today Today Today......” stressing me out more than before going on the app. To be fair, I also have a migraine and this probably wasn’t a good time to try a new app.
