   Won’t let me login after sending a link. Honestly annoyed. I’ve tried more than four times to log into my old account through a link, and it won’t work. Going to delete this app after I write this.

   Can’t log in. Loved this app and kinda depended on it to ease my anxiety so I could sleep quite frequently. Now all the sudden I can’t access my account and I can’t make a new one. I tried resetting my password but it just sends me a link that leads me opening 9 million apps and still can’t get in. So disappointing. I haven’t been able to sleep it’s 8am already and no sleep. Idk what else to do

   Can No Longer Log On. Got a new phone and can no longer log in to app. Tried restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app - nothing.

   No landscape support for iPads. iPads are primarily used in landscape mode and you have zero support for landscape mode. There are over 800 million iPads and most are used in landscape mode due to comfort on your lap or bed, prevalent case design, or keyboards. When will this be fixed?

   Money Hungry. I’ve been a using the Lumosity app for sometime...very disappointed that you guys separated the Mindfulness features and are now charging an additional $60 dollars, as if the original app isn’t also $60. That’s ridiculously high...please fix this

    Won’t work with existing account. It wouldn’t let me create a new account because I have an existing account with my email address already on their legacy app. It didn’t let me log in with the existing credentials, so I clicked the forgot my password to reset the login. It sent me an email clearly stating the link was good for 15 minutes and only works once. That takes me to a web page which then takes me back to the app. The app says something didn’t go as planned please try again. I can try the first email or try to reset it again with the same result. So, the instructions conflict with each other and... don’t work. I’m sure the app is great, but you have to be able to use it to tell.

    Let users try first. Don’t like the fact they want to do a 7 day trial off the bat. Let the user try a free version and if they want to pay for the subscription and upgrade they can.

    It won’t let me in!. So frustrating. Makes you set up an account before you can test it out. It recognized my email as having a Lumosity account so it switched from “create an account” to “login to your Lumosity account.” No matter what I do I get an error message. Used the forgot password link. Reset my lunosity password. Logged in using new password. Logged in using Face ID. Waaaaaaay too much effort and I’m not even in yet. Does not bode well for the quality of the app.

    Pricing scheme drove me away. 1. Create an account (give you my email?) before I’ve even SEEN your app? No thanks. I’m sure you have thousands of bogus emails in your system because this is a really dumb system. 2. Only a 7 day free trial? Needs to be 30 days if you want to hook new users. 3. Pricing at $60 per year only. Hah. Seems like you’re afraid that new users will quit in < 1 year so you’re maximizing revenue on a crappy product. I can afford your fees but your scammy pricing drive me away before I even tried it. DELETE.

    Create Account just to try??. Trying out an app before choosing to purchase it means removing the barriers to entry before the user commits, but that’s not just money. Privacy has really come to the forefront in the last handful of years, and while it’s nice to know I can try an app before paying a few bucks to commit, deciding to give my personal information is a far bigger decision today. For a user who is just in testing mode, why do they require an account? Really? That mode can’t be all on-device until they make the choice to purchase? I think you could easily design your app to do that. Then you can place account creation together in the same process with payment, when the user decides to commit; you can even make it part of a welcome process. As it is, I couldn’t even test out this app. Their free trial requires an account before even trying it. Side note: Sign In With Apple would completely moot all of this.

    Don’t get your hopes up it’s not free. Just another one of those apps that is only a trial for 7 days, and you can only do one day at a time. Don’t download this junk.

    I can’t even open it.. I downloaded the app, tried to sign up and I realized that I already had an account. Sent the recovery password email. I clicked the link and send me to a web browser with a only option “OPEN BUTTON “ . I clicked the open button and open the App Store with the option to Open the app, I clicked the Open app button and it open the app requesting password..... I downloaded the apps the get relax and now I have a anxiety crisis and the only thing I want is to cry. Thanks.

    Can’t get past the beginning. I haven’t been able to get past the “What Brings You Here?” step. The app stalls. I waited, and waited. I walked away, did stuff, came back, still hadn’t gone through. I followed the instructions in the help online. I powered off my phone, deleted the app, reinstalled it, I made sure I had a WiFi connection. Nothing. I wrote customer service. They told me I probably have a slow WiFi connection. I don’t have trouble with my other apps. I tried again a different day. Nothing. So, sorry I’m done. Time to delete it.

    Help me, please!. I would not rate this app so badly if I could get out of the “what brings you here” screen. When I select my choices and say whether or not I want reminders, it started loading. And loading. And loading. AAAAAAAnd loading. I waited about twenty-five minutes before I gave up. What should I do?

    Lumosity Mind. The exercises are great but if you want to take something in-depth, you have to pay monthly. There should still be free areas in this new app - retried people do not have a lot of income. Thank you. 🌈

    Wonderful , but costs. Very disappointed that it is a separate cost from Lumosity. Have been a member a long time and the mindfulness use to be part of the main app. Not sure I am willing to pay an additional $60 a year for something that was once included.

    PW reset function is broken. Apparently I have a previous Lumosity account but when the app sent me a recovery link, something broke in the process (I tried three times). I see others have had this same problem. Click forgot PW button App advises recovery email sent App offers (nice touch) button to open email Click open email button, email opens Click link in email Get sent to App Store page where you can only click ‘OPEN’ Click OPEN App opens and you’re stuck on same log in page Ironically seethe with rage after doing this three times If this is a built in bug to make potential customers realize their need for meditation, well done! Mission accomplished! 😀

    Way Overpriced for what you get,. especially considering they don't even have any meditations for pain. It's been two years since the last update when they could've added meditations for that. They're out there, and there are so many free meditation videos on YouTube. It's the same price as My Net Diary and some other robust apps that I've seen. They have far more capability. You don't need anywhere near that level of programming for an app like this, so it should be much less expensive.
