   !! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!. The creators of the app have went ghost and stopped creating sleepscapes over a year ago. The ones that are on the app are great but nothing new has been done and no word of it ever will. Don’t waste your money.

   don't be fooled. they can tout "#1 app", but too bad they don't specify when... I'm thinking >3 years ago. don't get me wrong, the app is nice/fun & does calm the mind to induce sleep. however. it costs $40/year and they are not updating this app. obviously that's asinine. they haven't updated it in over a year. so once you've done all of the picture-scapes, there's nothing more, just disappointment.

   This app is no longer updated-NO NEW CONTENT. This used to be my favorite app. It helped me fall asleep five times faster than I normally would, and I had no issue paying the subscription fee because of how much it benefitted me. Then after some time, the developers went silent and clearly abandoned this app. Is this my issue? Not at all. Projects come and go and not everything can last forever, but what’s absolutely disgusting to me is that this app is SUBSCRIPTION BASED with ZERO new content having been added in so long. And the price is outrageous for limited content—$70 PER YEAR? Are you kidding me?!Maybe if there were regular updates, but for something that hasn’t been touched in forever, the developers are out of their minds charging so much for an app that went cold more than a year ago.

   DO NOT GET YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. My original review was 5 stars, I loved this app and used it every night. I even purchased a whole year of premium to be able to access all parts of the app. It was such a scam - they claim to do monthly updates to stories and scapes which is a straight up lie. any update they made during the year+ long subscription i had was just minor bug fixes. no new stories or scapes as promised. so shady. i would have saved my money and just bought the 3 month subscription, but the deal they flash to get a discount is extremely predatory - especially because at this point there is no way the employees are unaware of these bad practices. They also love to hide bad reviews, but please notice the 4 star reviews all say the same. a lot of people had to go back to their original review and edit it like me. After about 3 months, I went through every piece of content MULTIPLE times - to the point where it no longer worked to help me sleep, because I had listened to each story so many times already. The stories were really the main reason I got the premium, and now that I no longer use this app, I am not surprised to see they have not added new content in over a year. A whole year - during your annual membership, that means not getting ANY new content. Insane. I wish i had just gotten a 2 month subscription, but they rope you into the annual one by giving you a "special offer." DO NOT do it - the app has not released ANY new stories or sound scapes in literally 5 years. they ignore customer feedback, which truly sucks - this was genuinely one of my favorites and had me onna good sleep schedule for while it lasted.

   “Give me your money account, THEN see if you like this”. How about I see if I like this THEN I share my personal account info? I don’t get why a so called free trail needs my info first as if to say you don’t have confidence in their own product so let’s put a hook in the mouth first. Give me three days first then ask

This was a five star app and you were starting to add really interesting sleep scapes and now there hasn’t been an update in over a year very stale unless you’re a brand new customer for somebody that paid for a lifetime membership at a time when you were releasing content on a regular basis, it’s extremely disappointing.     Loona. This is what upsets me about stuff like this. Soooo many people could benefit from something like this but you have to pay for it. Money talks. Not everyone can afford to spend money on an app even tho they could really use the help. These developers talk about wanting to help people but they’re just really in it for the money. These types of apps that could genuinely help people like me, should be FREE. But because I don’t have the money to pay for an app I don’t get the help I need. It’s not helpful if us little people can’t afford it.

    Don’t let the free trial button fool you. I thought this looked like a unique app and thought I would give it a try. I saw there was a free trial option and decided to give it a go. Little did I know that when I went to cancel said “free trial”, I would immediately be charged $124….even more than the annual fee previously advertised. This seems pretty scammy to me…tryer beware.

    Used to be good. Real sad about how this company fell apart. What is there is amazing and a treasure, but I enjoyed new stories and it’s been over a year. They laid off most of their staff according to linked in (not recently), so it’s very unlikely to happen.

    Disappointed. I have been using this app since 2023. It was great when it started, but has quickly fell downhill. No new updates, no nothing. Why pay for a subscription when this app has gone dead? what the heck are people paying for? What do you expect people to pay for when you’re not rolling out any new update or new content. just a money pit save it don’t waste it. Also, the cut and paste ‘developer responses’ are very shallow and don’t provide any actual answers.

    Overpriced, no update. They raised the price to $20/month, which is $240/year. They haven’t uploaded a new sleep scape in almost a year. The app is practically dead and they still have the audacity to charge $20 a month. They also do not respond to any email or social media message.

    Lures you in and costs a fortune. Tried the legacy subscription, which used to allow coloring, and now have access to very few items. This is an extremely expensive app that charges for every detail. It’s so frustrating.

    Do not buy. This app is a scam, ripping people off of their money. this app charges you $80 and you don’t have the price listed. You don’t find out to hit your card $80 per up for a Numbers app. How do I get my money back if someone knows please tell me if I can give zero stars, I would. oh I forgot the $80 is a month not a year a month to color by numbers.

    Once was fantastic. So this is now my third review….I originally signed up for Loona when it was advertised on IG YEARS ago and held a subscription for several years. they used to be wonderful I. Releasing sleepscapes which was their initial platform foundation; releasing new coloring sessions and stories frequently. I have not had my subscription for a year and just tried to check in (had to pre-subscribe “free trial” it to even see what the offerings were, and there has literally been ZERO new releases. They have decided to piggy-back off of Headspace and just tell stories without the coloring aspect. This has become an AI driven platform that no longer possesses the true nature it began with that made it so unique and beautiful. If you want a good sleep story, use your music subscription or a podcast. Don’t pay for empty promises. Loona, PLEASE go back to what made you special in the beginning. It WAS worth it! Now it just seems like an easy way to make money with little effort. Also, my 2 previous reviews have been deleted, along with a friend’s negative review. It would appear the creators pay to have negative comments deleted

    Love(d). This app was so amazing. Now it’s been 6months since they’ve updated, even longer since we’ve had new sleepscapes to color. I use to tell everyone about the app now I say nothing about this app, I tell them about the sleep stories on other apps that regularly update.

    Fraudulent charges. I downloaded this app and the second I saw that it was a subscription I did not sign up for it and I immediately went in and canceled. They are still trying to charge my card to $99.99! Which they have no right to do and no permission to do so I had to actually open a claim Against them.

    hasn't updated with new content in at least a year. i love this app and i've been using it since like 2021 but i'm not gonna renew my subscription because there hasn't been any new content in at least a year, probably longer. it's such a shame because it's a really helpful app but i can't justify the price tag for the same stuff year after year

    Bait and Switch. First, this app should reveal that it is actually not free to use. It is by subscription by he month so the expense is ongoing. This should be stated up front. Instead, I filled out many pages of questions before being told that after a week, I would not be able to use your app. Second, when asked about my age, you left out my age group - over 70. The highest you go is 60 even though you are claiming that you want to design content just for my age. This is discrimination against old people. Why would you do that? Maybe cause you know that our income is limited and we will not be able to afford a monthly subscription fee, so you do not even acknowledge that we actually exist. I was hoping to relief stress and anxiety and you actually made it worse!
