   Ripped Off for Previous Program Purchases. I purchased multiple meditation programs when the app was headed by Deepak Chopra. App changed hands & I had access to my programs. Inner Now is the latest incarnation. They discontinued access to my previous programs. Inner Now is a shyster rip off. Buyer beware. Calm is a far superior app.

   F-. Once again, the Inner Now app continues its failures. Despite having subscribed for three years, the app logged me out this morning and required a new sign in. This failure cost me all of my saved meditations and deleted thousands of participation record. Inner Now’s repeated failures have thrown me down to 0 sessions, 0 days. Thanks Inner Now!

   My purchased library has disappeared!. I asked what happened and was told to check with Deepak Chopra’s app. I subscribed to this app because of my library. Now I have to find where my purchased library was moved to.

   I can’t have access for my purchased meditations. My purchased meditations disappeared. I really needed to meditate specially before going to bed to fall asleep. I remember I used to call several times to restore it, but my life is so busy. I didn’t have a chance to call it’s Lifetime meditation. I have more than 20 I’m sad writing this review middle of the night.

   Stay away from this app. All previously purchased meditations are gone. Customer service is awful. There appears to be no interest in rectifying the situation. I have never before complained about an app. This is a horrific experience. I purchased CALM; it’s terrific!

   Disappointed. I’ve been a member for years & it was my favorite app. I’ve been patient throughout all of the transitions & enjoyed years of purchased programs that are now just gone. So much for lifetime access. Deeply disappointed.

   Buggy: updates have not fixed the problems. Update: The updates are still not working and I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times. Although the paid meditations appear to be back within the app, the meditation counter is still not working, the meditations don’t end automatically at the end of the session and they don’t count toward the days or minutes in meditation. For $70 a year, this is unacceptable. The latest update shrinks all of the displayed text, and at the end of a meditation, doesn’t automatically end out of the meditation, causing you to have to end manually and therefore doesn’t count the meditation time. It ends up canceling my streak and not counting my meditation. Not to mention that all of my purchased meditations are now missing. We’re talking hundreds of dollars worth of meditations! This needs to be fixed ASAP! The previous version was far superior to this.

    The new app upgrade is terrible!!Love the variety of topics!. I do not understand why it says to leave a review snd the space is already filled in. The comment here below mine was pre written and does not reflect my opinion. I am very disappointed with the new app upgrade. I was unable to access gir over a week. When I could it no longer had my Deepak 21 day manifestations in it. When I contacted InnerNow they told me I had to contact Deepak myself. And the app needs to be signed into daily. I can no longer just click on it. And the meditation stops in the middle, will not play at all or plays on a continuous loop. If this was a monthly subscription I would cancel NOW. This has taken all the zen out of my morning routine. Please fix these problems. I would greatly appreciate your time and attention. love the daily meditation. It is often what I need in that moment. But I really enjoy the longer program type sessions. It allows me to delve deeper into a subject and gain a greater understanding of where I am stuck and how to get unstuck. It has been fun exploring new people these last few months. But I really just love Roger and Deepak the most. Thank you for illuminating a new path for me. It has saved my sanity and life at times.

    Not happy with the changes immediately after my yearly fee was taken. I had invested in several meditation programs and without notice, this app no longer allows me access to those sessions. It charged me the yearly fee, then removed my previous purchases.

    Sleazy - Purchased Meditations Deleted. Many people (including me) paid good money to purchase meditations and they were simply deleted. Pretty sleazy.

    App locked/fails to open &-support 100% Unresponsive!!. Since changing its name to InnerNow, the app often shuts down, locks me out, or renders my account inactive even though paid the full year price. Don’t waste your money. It’s inconsistent at best. A shame because the meditation guides are exceptional. But it doesn’t matter because I can’t open the app and use it.

    Subscription is not being honored. This app is not functioning and has not function for weeks, it opens to a blank yellow screen. $70 was paid for a year of access through October. What is the plan for this app? How will you compensate your subscribers?

    meditations purchased w/“lifetime access” discontinued and deleted. useless customer service. Complete lack of integrity and trustworthiness for an app in this space. After spending hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours in this app, my purchased content has disappeared without warning or recourse. Inner Now’s Customer service response to two emails requesting help: “The program you purchased is no longer available. We realize this may not be the outcome you expected.” Umm, no, it’s not, not when I was sold the program with lifetime access, and it was a program I accessed weekly, if not daily.

    App no longer working and no support. I had been using this app for years. With a recent update the app was asking me to login as a new user every time and now won’t even recognize my email. Their support has been very unhelpful and not timely in response. I’ve now waited 3 days for a reply to my most recent email. Very disappointed as it was a very important part of my daily life.

    Moving on. Canceled my subscription after being locked out, like the countless others here reporting similar occurrences. My email address won’t work to get my access back, and I already felt gross using the app after Chopra’s refusal to answer questions related to Epstein. Bye.

    March 2026 App no longer works. I like many others have purchased meditations and can only see them on this app but the app no longer works after the latest iOS iPad update. March 2026. I am getting no help from customer support other than to delete the app and reinstall. I’ve done that over and over again for the last several weeks and it still is not working. The very weird thing is that the app does work on my iPhone, but as of this morning and it’s latest automated update that it did when I opened it, now I have nothing in my purchased folder. So I can’t get my paid for apps off my iPhone now either. Terrible customer support on this issue, can’t speak to anybody. I hope they figure out what their problem is with the new iOS update and resolve it. Another test to pass. Namaste.

    Major Issues. This app has been experiencing major issues lately. Every day when I try to access it, there is some glitch. I have to delete the app and then reinstall. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks.

    Buggy uggy. The most crash prone app I’ve ever owned. Frequently being locked out of my subscription. I’d say this app works for me about 40% of the time meaning 60% of the time they’re stealing my money.

    Doesn’t work. I’ve used this ap for years and all my previous purchases disappeared and when I reached out to support they said they no longer support them. I told them I wanted a refund or I would go to the BBB and now they say to reinstall it and they will be there. I did that but now the app doesn’t even open up. I do not recommend this app at all.

    Epstein Cloud. For years this app has helped me find peace, but now it makes me feel queasy due to Deepak Chopra’s connection to Epstein. Repeatedly inviting a convicted sex offender to visit and bring his “girls” is not something that can be dismissed as “poor judgment in tone.” I will not continue to pay for anything that puts money in his pocket.
