   Lifetime member without the perks. So, I bought this forever ago with the lifetime member subscription but since the update, it says that I need to download the items not on my phone (despite the subscription status still telling me I’m a lifetime member), only the sounds never download and restore subscription doesn’t seem to work. I’ve seen others with the same problem so yeah, no. I’m deleting the app until they fix it because this is a rip off and the devs clearly aren’t listening to anyone.

   Lifetime access false advertising. Been using this app for a long time, but the recent update takes away the lifetime access and you have to pay again to access it. So I'm very confused at why this is, not very happy with this kind of tactic. Should have mentioned it in the update description.

    Not Worth the Download. Unless you’re looking to spend $60 a year on this app, it’s pretty much useless. You get a whole FIVE, 10-15 minute meditations (that are very, very basic) and you HAVE to subscribe to the annual plan, there is no month-to-month one. I’m very disappointed

    Was 6 stars. So I got this app around maybe two(ish) years ago and loved it. I suffered from extreme anxiety, agoraphobia and had panic attacks almost every other day. Life was pretty excruciating. After trying the sample meditations I started to notice that my attacks were coming a bit less often. I went ahead and bought the full app (that’s right, bought, not rented, not subscribed, bought, for a one time price) as well as talked my wife into trying one of their sleep/clock apps. Everything was great. Over time after meditating around the same time every day, my anxiety almost disappeared. I eventually did most of the meditations multiple times and with my anxiety not quite gone but better than it had been in years, I sat it down for a while while I waited for some new meditations. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t use the app for a long time after that, maybe 6 months or more but it never left my home screen, I never uninstalled it or anything. Eventually my anxiety started bothering me again back around Christmas so I pulled out my handy dandy anxiety busting meditation app only to find that the app that I BOUGHT for just a couple of dollars had been taken back from me and that I could now rent it BACK from them for a ridiculous amount of money a month. My progress is all still there, I’m just locked out of it. I understand the devs have a right to make money and to charge whatever they see fit. I just don’t think it’s right to sell someone something only to take it back away from them and try to rent it back out to them again for thousands of more dollars. If it was to be changed I feel like the changes (a monthly subscription fee) should have only applied to people who downloaded/installed the app AFTER the decision to change it from a flat price to a subscription fee had been made and not forced upon those who had already paid for the full version. I was originally gonna leave a review around Christmas when I discovered what had happened but was just blown away and I guess hurt. I didn’t want to talk or even think of it. Smh

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT subscription terms. As stated in the App Information section WORD FOR WORD: “RelaxMeditation also offers a lifetime subscription for $19.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to RelaxMeditation forever.” My message to App Support: “I’m trying to purchase the $19.99 lifetime / unlimited subscription but can’t find where / how to?” Their response: “Hello Kristen, thank you for reaching out to us! I really apologize about this. The offers and prices displayed in the Store are not accurate, as they display all of our past and current offers for all of our apps. [...] We do have a special right now, and it offers 60% off the regular price, for 99.99 USD. [...] We also offer a yearly subscription, for 59.99$, and it includes a 7-day free trial period.[..]” 60% off- at $99. No thanks. Good luck with that.

    Can’t use it. I had purchased lifetime access. With last update I was locked out I have contacted developer multiple times I have followed their instructions on how to get access back.... now no issues is I can’t actually down load ANY meditations without internet access. DOESN’T work over cellular service!!!!

    Time to delete. I’ve been using this app for awhile, and I absolutely loved it. A mix of isochronic tones and a gentle breeze through a grassy meadow was enough to send me off to sleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. However, with this latest update, they want me to pay almost 50 bucks for something I’ve been enjoying for free........I’m calling shenanigans!

    This helps bring peace. This app is very helpful in canceling out the sounds around me and bringing mr to the state of peace we all crave. Different sounds for different moods gives me a wide variety to help me through certain times. Whether I am craving nature or peaceful melodies, they are all here in this one app. I have used this app in the past and when I came back I found there were some things missing from the content I used to have. While I wish I had them now I am also certain that the longer I use it, I will find replacements that are far more beneficial. It gives me a great way to start the day.

Last time I get this purchase (I buy)for $19.99 only 1 payment but this month the ask me again to buy this app for lifetime access only$19.99. (The meditation it’s really good and the steps perfect but the problem they play with the price that’s not good I call Apple store to tell them about this be careful they will charge you without knowing. And maybe there is technology error I don’t know but that’s what happen with me I wish they can read it.

    NOT HAPPY 😡. I bought the full version for this app within the past 2 years only to pull it up last night to see ads. I was told that when I bought the full version that it “unlocked” all features of the app. The price for the new “LIFETIME” version of the app? Only $29.99. Yes that is right. I did not put the decimal in the wrong place. To use all of the mixes of sounds that I had made and knew worked for me I would have to buy the “LIFETIME” version. I did and I am taking a pick of this review and will save it along with a copy of my receipt. If this happens again...which it better not...I am contacting Apple!

    Scam. I paid for a lifetime access for this app bc I use it every single night to sleep. Suddenly I am cut off and have to RE SUBSCRIBE an additional $20 for another “lifetime” access. This has happened to me on an additional noise app. Unreal.

    Lifetime subscription unable to be restored. My lifetime subscription I purchased a year ago is unable to be restored in the settings. Be aware of this before you purchase that subscription. Now I’m unable to access the meditations I once had.

    They have Scammers technique of charging.. I bought this app for about $20. Almost all the meditation courses were included. But recently they made some changes and now, If I want to continue courses which I bought, I have to pay $19.99. This is scammers technique, get more from the same customer. Of course, they don’t have a phone number that you can tell them about. That is why I end up writing about it in reviews.

    My access to relax meditations was revoked and customer service doesn’t understand my issue.. I had purchased the lifetime subscription about a year ago and then my access was revoked. I have emailed back and forth several times with the company but they don’t really understand my issue. I’ve tried everything they’ve asked of me to restore it but it doesn’t work. When I asked to speak with someone regarding this, they say they don’t do phone support. I cannot get a satisfactory response from them thru email. So frustrating as I made over 15 mixes and now I don’t have access to them anymore.

    Disappointed. I’ve had this app for a few years and back then, I bought the lifetime subscription. Now, when I try to restore my purchase, it says that my subscription expired in December of 2000. I’ve done everything from deleting and reinstalling the app along with restarting my phone and nothing has fixed it. When I had everything, the app was absolutely wonderful. I don’t know what happened or why it’s happening. Lifetime isn’t really a lifetime I guess.

    Updates Maybe?. It’s a fine app. The meditations are nice and the sounds are okay, but there have not been any updates in what, three years? Would be nice to get something new and fresh instead of just having the same old library of guided meditations.

    Like the app but parts don’t work. I truly like the app but it’s irritating when you try to add a sound and it’s not download it nor will it download. It ask you if you want to add the sound and when you tap on yes nothing happens. Makes me wonder if I got ripped off

    Relax and meditate. Bait and switch. I bought this a few years ago as a lifetime member. Now many of the features I liked are now available as an upgrade. No customer loyalty. Buyer beware
