   I cannot attach picture. I am getting so frustrated using this app, first he did not recognize my subscription so I had to pay again. Then every time I want to send a message and attach picture I have such a hard time!!

   If this is the best, God help the others!. I have been using this app every day for months now. There is almost never a day that the app does not breaks down and has issues! I have tried to get support to no avail! You have to monitor the app while it’s working and constantly redo and/ or resend texts! There has got to be some updates to end the constant problems with this app! I struggle through it every morning because I’m afraid any other app could be worse! Please, please do something! Sending out my Daily Devotional should not be this difficult!

   Merging Contacts. My contacts are stored on iCloud in my iPhone. I can’t get this app to pull them up . I went to help and they didn’t respond.

   Basic is $72. They give you a trial and tell you that if you like it, the basic version is $5.99 a month. When you go to sign up, it’s $5.99 a month if sign up for all of it up front. It’s $19.99 a month if you go month to month. I find this misleading and want nothing to do with this company. 1 star.

   Doesn’t Sync. I have two groups that are both visible on the main page of groups, but when you go to link them, neither of them appear for each other to sync. Paid $25 and basic feature doesn’t work. Now have to manually reconcile the groups which will take hours

   Sucks. This company is horrible. I did not agree to one year subscription only used it for a little while. They charged my account $77.21 today. Try to get them to respond in a chat when it is in regards to getting your money back forget about it.

   Used to great- GARBAGE NOW. They have updated this app to go BACKYARDS in ease of use. Used to have a group, you could choose select contacts in that group to send a message… not anymore. You have to delete the contacts out of the group instead of “un-select” them. It is WAY slower now in operation as well. Gotta love updates that are steps backwards. Can’t wait for the dialup version of this app to roll out.

    Marked as spam. I was marked as spam for using this service. I sent a greeting and my pic to my coworkers, clients, business partners, friends and family and somehow now I cannot send iMessages or FaceTime. Not cool that someone flagged me. That’s not cool. Hoping can get it resolved. Only use the app once and now this. Sucks. Need a refund.

    Do not purchase.. This app does not work as advertised. I was blocked by carriers when sending messages. The support team stonewalled me for months on a refund and then conveniently obliged when the refund was outside of the Apple App Store refund window. This app is borderline a scam.

    Poor. Don’t know how anybody can use it, doesn’t allow you to look at details of the contacts, go to start a message. Graphics is all wrong. Can’t even view the whole message you’re sending while editing. Tried sending message then wanted to send each message separately.

    Where’s my account statement?. Trying to find when I joined this group can’t find any records whatsoever. Phone app does not link with the laptop app why not?

    App Error. I am unable to create a contact. Therefore I am unable to send a message or use the app. I spoke with their support and was told it was an app issue and that I would be reimbursed the $194 I paid. I’m still waiting for reimbursement and still unable to use the app.

    Desktop app not able to schedule messages. Messages cannot be auto sent via this platform. Best to use an all encompassing CRM which I am switching to since messages have to be sent manually

    App NEEDS WORK!!!. Clumsy App .... Requires too many permissions to access contacts and permissions that most users are very cautious about. Why cant the app send to the uploaded contact list ? Why am i getting failure messages ? Why is the contact experience delays in recieving any text even 1 at a time?

    Used to be free. Update 5/20/2025: It is a review - nothing to be constantly replied to. You can also stop responding because you are only showing yourself in a poor light as a developer to others. I will not delete my review because need to know that the app is not great.——— Update 5/17/2025: This is now the third time I have asked you to stop harassing me. I have already reported you to Apple for harassment. Do I need to contact a lawyer as well? Download your own app to get those messages. ———Update 5/14/2025: Accountability. Especially since this is harassment and mockery now for all to see. —————Update: 5/12/2025: I first downloaded this app in December 2022 and paid for one year in January 2023. I did not renew after that year. I have still being using the app without notifications of a trial or threats of losing my groups. I am not sure what this has to do with limit of characters? It literally said to subscribe now to not lose groups. It is not a free trial for ten days. My first review said how I had already got the notification that my free trial ended so how did I get another one based on my 5/8 update? Also, when in the app, it tells me I can use it for free. So how is there no free version if the app is telling me that? I have the screenshots of the notifications. Please stop trying to make up lies and excuses. Honestly at this point it feels like harassment with the gaslighting you are doing. You literally keep touting how you are the founder yet you seem to know nothing about what the end user is seeing. Maybe instead of replying to me you should reach out to your team and download the app without subscribing to see what others actually see.—————————- Update 5/8/2025: I highly doubt not appreciate the developer’s response. Who starts with “firstly” in a nice way? I never said I would be charged without a subscription. When you go to the tiers, it only lists two paying ones. There is zero information about a free version. So it is not unthinkable for me to think that there is a free version when I am receiving notifications daily about how my “free trial is ending” that I have never signed up for anything and have used this app for years. I seem to not be the only one complaining about this recent change. So yes, it is new. Oh but when I log in today, my free trial now ends in six days. Even though I received a notification this morning that my free trial ended four days ago. Which is it? The notification I received literally said to subscribe now or I will lose my groups. Why would I lie about this? What do I possibly have to gain from lying? So do not tell me “no.” I know what I saw in the notification. It sounds as if, the founder does not actually know what is being pushed out to people by the response I received. —————————- I am not a fan of this app anymore and will be searching for a new one. I have been using it for years and the past couple of days, I keep getting notifications on how my free trial is almost up. I was very confused since I have used it for years and never signed up for a trial? So I looked into this and it appears to now be a paying app on a subscription basis and so everyone that has been using the app is screwed over? The latest notification is how today is my last day and I need to subscribe or I lose my groups. Listen, I understand how apps need to charge sometimes to stay in cycle, but I do not appreciate the threat of you must pay or you lose all of your stuff that you have had for years. Especially without any notification or option to have a reduced rate for those who have been with the app with years. Plus, the last time I used it, I had to send each message individually. For all that, I can go into my texts and do that. I do not need an app for that. For this reason, I will gladly give my money…to someone else.

    Hacked. After using this app, I am no longer able to text my cellular carrier can’t fix it and neither can Apple my phone can only call And receive iMessage. I can’t respond to any text or iMessage.

    Terrible. Never actually works on the first try. You have to constantly keep playing with the app for it to actually start sending messages. And only send some of the list l. I manually have t text my list still. It’s a useless app.

    Needs to be fixed. I used to like the app. But for some reason the minute they changed the cost of it the slower it got. What used to take me 10 minutes to send 200 or 300 text messages or emails now took me 45 minutes.

    App no longer great. This app was once great - simple, easy to use, and relatively inexpensive. Over the years it has become bloated, buggy, a pain to use, and too expensive. A classic case of “over engineering” to ATTEMPT to create additional value. Many other apps out there achieve better results with simplicity and less expense. The “classic” app is still available, but it’s still too expensive and buggy, and a you need to jump through hoops to get to it.

    Use to be great. There was a major update and now the app crashes more than it opens. I have the latest iPhone with the latest update. I just renewed recently and am afraid I wasted my money. I’ve used this app for several years, but it looks like I’ll have to find something else.

    You ruined a simple and easy to use app. I loved this app and used it for years? I run a small, service based business. If I wanted a complicated CRM I would use a CRM that provided this service but to also had some of the extra tools that CRMs offer. I loved Hit em up because it was simple, it was easy to remove individuals as needed without altering the groups. Now, you made this app complicated, it’s cumbersome and not at all worth the slightly expanded abilities. I will probably never use it again. I would have paid for the simplicity. So disappointed.
