   BE CAREFUL!! DOESN’T STOP PAYMENTS. I just want to personally say that this app has caused me so much issues with my bank!! I unsubscribed, removed my card and have still been getting charged for 1 year!! I attempted to reach out but the customer service & no response. Please be very mindful when subscribing, if possible try to avoid for your own sanity. Was one the phone with my bank for an hour trying to block there payment. Eventually had to change my card. DO BETTER!!

   Stuck in a loop. iPhone 12 on iOS 14.4. Latest version of the app gets stuck on startup in a loop on the screen. Can’t play.

   No option to sign into tv provider. No option to sign into my tv provider account so I can get free premium with no adds...says I have to pay even though I already have an optimum account ... ridiculous. Not paying 4$ for no adds when I already pay for my tv provider and can get it ad free on my tv screen. That being said This app is useless until there’s a sign in option/free premium for people who have the supported tv networks. Apparently it used to have u sign in through your etc Provider according to the old reviews here but now it’s gone? ????

    Disappointing price point. The unit is expensive and at the price should include a large bank of popular music. In the day of free music everywhere the ”monthly” subscription for this I find grossly expensive. At the subscription price it should come with a free singing machine. Disappointed to find the free snips of music include I. The app are truncated.. Delete, delete, delete! Unless this works with some of my other music apps, Apple or Amazon it will be returned.

    More new problems, annoying commercials, old problems not fixed. September 24 2019 Stingray has copied siriusxm by forcing listeners to hear a loser announcer advertising station names - how completely annoying and embarrassing when using at gatherings or even by yourself when you already know what channel you're playing. Plus, the "trying too hard to sound cool" voice is just about the lamest, looser-est voice I've ever heard. Problems such as limited blocking and problematic loss of playback in USB connection still have not been fixed. I've deleted all channels that have the incessantly annoying and loser sounding announcer from my channels. Won't ever update app. Thanks to Stingray for not even allowing users to turn off annoying channel announcements. Just another insulting annoyance. How lame to make friends hear repetitive, lame channel names. September 9 2019 Still the same problems. Seems worse now - app quits multiple times when trying to play songs. App on iPhone STILL won't load blocked songs. App claims I've "lost connection" and then claims I haven't blocked any songs - but website shows blocked songs. August 21 2019 Some problems corrected BUT version 7.2.16 has new problems! The problem with Stingray is the app programmers DO NOT understand how people use the app in real terms. New problems are: cannot access list of blocked tracks, error messages stating "I haven't blocked any tracks" appears after message saying data connection was lost - regardless of data connection type! AND: What could Stingray be thinking by having a maximum number of LIKED or even BLOCKED tracks????? This makes zero sense at all when wanting to curate my playlists via blocking. Previous version had similar problem but after several attempts, it would finally list blocked tracks - not possible in new version. Stingray did solve a major problem regarding listening via wired usb in vehicle which I am thankful for but now there are new problems with 7.2.16 because Stingray doesn't have a real-life user on their team to illustrate real-world problems and deficiencies in their app. July 5 2019 - EVEN WORSE NOW!!! Version 7 STILL DOESN'T FUNCTION PROPERLY!!! This has been a problem since version 6.1.1. The app won't play on its own! I still have to play a SiriusXM song or Amazon song to make your app play anything while plugged into my vehicle via USB! My vehicle doesn't support Bluetooth streaming. Even if I'm playing a song from Apple notes or ipod feature on phone, only then will stingray play a selected channel! Now with version 7, app is even worse in that the next song won't play as it did in the previous version as though it was buffered while current song was playing! It will neither skip to the next song or play the next song when the current song is finished!!! What is the problem with Stingray that it cannot copy the previous build so that my factory sound system works with your app???? This didn't happen in Bluetooth connectivity in previous versions and will check Bluetooth functionality when able to. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STINGRAY! March 8/19 App is flawed, USB connection to a vehicle causes app to spazz - won't play songs. If I play SiriusXM and then press play on stingray, it will play what I suspect is an already buffered track and will skip to following track which suggests it too is buffered already. Skipping to an unbuffered track causes app to spazz and fail. This never happened before 6.1.1 as far as I can tell - it happens only when connected via USB in vehicle and I've tested this theory out in cell and wifi mode while parked at home to try to understand why this app is faulty under specific conditions. Very disappointing. Thankful that SiriusXM has added mash-up channels that play 'skip' tracks by re-selecting channel, still only allows maximum of 6 'button pressed' skips but at least, re-selecting those channels allows for rudimentary unlimited skipping. Perhaps their song catalog has improved with Spotify takeover. Mar 5/19 Late afternoon: Still a problem with v6.1.1. It is when connected to 2012 Chevrolet Traverse that app fails. Was always stable in previous app versions, now whenever connected to USB in the vehicle, songs won't play on any station, just flashes album repeatedly. Please roll back version of app so connectivity is restored - why would app interface change and cause instability on some vehicle sound systems??? Mar 5/19 The latest release(6.1.1) is fatally flawed. The app won't play songs. Previous update was fine but the February update has damaged the app fatally. In cell network mode, the app fails. All it does is flash an album and song image momentarily and repetitively and won't play any music. Too bad as it finally seemed that stingray was the best music app - can't use it on the iPhone 6s running ios 10.3.1 - I don't want to update iOS for the same reason I don't want to update apps, they're often less productive after updates, loss of features and capabilities or aggravating to navigate and use. Please allow previous version to be installed, stingray has been ruined, should have left old version installed.

    How do you look for you favorite song I don’t even understand. I don’t know how to look for my favorite song I typed in bury a friend it showed up nothing then I looked up Billie eilish and it showed up the artist but not the songs to her. I’m so confused??????

    Won't stay connected. Was so happy with this app but since the last couple weeks will not stay connected to Bluetooth keeps cutting out finally I gave up. It's the stingray app that is the problem because other music apps stay connected with my iPhone 6. Game over for me on this one...I'm out...good bye folks hehe got better things to do with my time than fuss with this haha

    Confusing. My husband and I have downloaded this but it asks if you want a free trial? I thought this was free? Do we just sign in? And then it works? I have been listening on my TV while prepping for Thanksgiving and have really enjoyed it and it suggests to get the free app? We are confused, please advise, thank you

    Why do you need my TV provider???. Downloaded the app but it won’t let me do anything without putting in my TV provider for some God-only-knows reason. What the heck does my TV provider have to do with anything? I got this to use with my kids New “Singing Machine” karaoke machine, which is supposedly a partner of Stingray, in order to subscribe and play their music on the karaoke machine. What the heck does this have to do with my TV??? (And even if it did, they don’t even list Comcast/Xfinity as a provider—never heard of them I guess, only the largest TV provider in the country. But thank God the West Alabama TV Cable Inc is supported.) App is useless, and evidently so is my kids’ new karaoke machine unless I plan to move to West Alabama.

    Zero stars!!!!. First, I downloaded the app and you HAVE to sign up to use it. After that, you need to enter a tv provider (not sure why a tv provider if this is a music app)????!!!! My tv provider is not one in the long list so I guess I cannot use the app!!??!! Terrible.

    The App won't even load!!!. Everytime the app starts up it says I need to update, and while it does provide the link to the app store, clicking on in simply gives me the option to reopen the existing app. It's a never ending cycle!

    No mic on iPhone 6 with 9.1. I wrote their Customer Service regarding the mic not being there to give it permission to listen in settings. They asked me to give the app permission. The app and their CS are useless.
