   Lyrics function gone!. What happened to the lyrics finder? I had the old free version and it was part of the reason why I bought this app! After the update it's gone! Bring it back please!!!

   Doesn’t sync between devices!!. It’s a general music player nothing special there. I purchased the extra package so I could listen in between phone and iPad and it doesn’t work. I contacted support and tried what they asked of me and nothing. Support stopped responding to me. Huge waste of $20. Just stick with one of the free apps.

   iPhone 16promax. Upgraded iPhone from 13 to 16 Promax. First time launching it is frozen. Now if I delete, lose all playlists… probably will do that as last resort.

   Doesn’t work well. Last year I switched from android to apple and had to find a new cloud player. This one doesn’t even come close to working as seamlessly as the android one. I had a playlist of at least 1000 songs and I skipped 10-20 about 10min into the playlist and somehow reached the end of the playlist. My playlist got messed up and I went to redo it but now I can’t even access OneDrive to redo my music.

    What's going on?. I was using the Cloudbeats Offline Player and I upgraded. All of a sudden it installs another instance called Cloudbeats Cloud Player which seems to only play mp3s from my cloud location. No m4a loading or playing. Is that right? Or to play other file formats, I need to import iTunes on my phone? I expected it to play every format online. Why????

    Purchased pro and cannot use features. Launching after purchasing pro still displays paywall for features like downloading music. Have tried restarting app multiple times. Do not recommend purchasing this app.

    Now clear how to add and play iCloud files. There is no + button on the top left corner anymore and I cannot add in my iCloud files without it. What is going on?

    Bad Update. Something happened and now I can’t play music when using another app or locking my phone. I ain’t paying for multitasking. I’ll just go back to Apple Music.

    Needs improvement. Should have a tab for songs/titles. Needs a select all function. Clear queue Etc. should be able to edit songs (title, artists) etc. easier way to delete songs. Waste of money

    I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with this app. I use it on my iPhone and iPad to play music I have stored on OneDrive. The app will play a song, but the next song played starts playing several seconds (sometimes half way) through the song. The shuffle feature is also poor. In my experience, the same songs get played on each use of the app. I don’t recommend this app at all and I’m going to look around for a better one.

    Was good till facing a huge bug. For some reason this app drained all my cellular data when I was listening to supposed to be already downloaded music: 1.Used to have a scanned Google drive folder and downloaded some songs. 2.I removed the folder on Google drive and backed it up somewhere else. 3. This app automatically messes up the downloaded list. I can’t find most of the already downloaded files and— this is what I assumed— apparently when I play those remained files on the list it actually has to re-download it from God knows where. It drained all my family plan data and it’s just the beginning of the month. This is ridiculous.

    Should be easier. I am using a cloud account to listen. There is an absurd requirement that music must be playing to import files/folders, so you need to turn off the screen lock, and then play a song on infinite replay until the scan process completes. I think the entire setup process needs work. It does play and organize the music well, although there is a scrolling bug. Update: this app stinks and I want my money back, along with the hours and electricity wasted. It can’t import my library from a OneDrive account. Update: this app developer should provide a refund. The app is useless to me as it won’t import my library. Bummer.

    Fail. Don’t recognize all the songs in my Onedrive no matter how many times I install or refresh. I hope my ill-gotten $7 is enjoyed.

    Can’t handle more than 100gb without crashing. Waited 2 days for my library to sync and now the app freezes and crashes and is unusable. Can’t even get a refund for the app…

    Latest version 2.36.0 a piece of crap. Allowing Dropbox access doesn’t work just loops around authorization over and over and goes no where. Customer support just as bad as app!

    What is going on?. I have a playlist comprised of music from both Dropbox and OneDrive I have yet to have finish a whole song without it stopping randomly to buffer and then switch songs all together. It buffers and then crashes. Asking for a refund and uninstalling

    Used to be great - NO MORE. This app used to be wonderful. I was able to tie it to my OneDrive music folder and have all my music albums at hand all the time. I have the PAID app so I am even more disappointed that it has turned to crap. Every time I try to get music it says “Track Loading Error.” I was advised by the developers to sign out of OneDrive and sign back in which I did. This fixed the problem temporarily AND I had to reload all my music in my library. Not cool! Please fix this app!!!
