   Worst Nightmare Apps. Bad choice, all my notes since I got the apps 5 years ago are gone after updating it and it took a while for the support team to respond to my emails with zero problem solving suggestion. Not even deserve one star.

   Deleted all my notes. Updated itself then deleted all my notes from every class I’ve taken since starting college and it refused to update anything to iCloud even though I bought the upgrade

   Horrible. Do not download this app. While writing notes the app acts as if it has just “refreshed” itself and deletes what you’ve written in the last 10 minutes. It also just randomly deleted FOUR pages of notes I spent 3 days writing. If I could give it no stars I would.

   Mad MAD!!!!. Why on EARTH did y’all get rid of the wide ruled paper option!? I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT the pro version recently so I could open more notebooks and utilize the wide ruled paper option, as it’s really the only one I use!!!! And now I’ve just wasted my money and have to find a new app! THANKS! 😖 I REALLY liked y’all’s set up!

   Ipad Pro M4 with ipencel Tracking Bad. I tried to use this app. When trying to write with my ipencil on an iPad Pro M4 Chipset 13 inch display The writing location is about 3 inches from the touch contact on my screen. I could never use this app. Plus no option to turn off Finger drawing. Useless app.

    Wonderful but poor execution. Tried it but was disappointed and delete it. The instructions said to swipe to move from page to page but got blank pages instead of the next instruction page. Sometimes, I got the next instruction page. When I tried the lasso and surrounded the doodle the instructions told me to create and tried to move it, it did not. Then, I moved to a previous instruction page and another lasso moved to that page and would not disappear until sometime later. When I moved back to the page where the lasso was introduced and I was told to create a doodle to use with the lasso. It finally worked and was able to move it around. Another hassle was, the screen has some lines that moved across the screen in a second or so every few seconds. Terrible. Deleted it. I need something that works and helps not hinder my work.

    Keeps crashing after the last update. This is a good note taking app in general. I have been using it for a long time. But, today suddenly it started to crash when I want to add a new page to one my notebooks. Also, there is plenty of space on my ipad but it keeps saying that I am low on disk! Please fix these bugs!

    Will ask for a refund!. This app has bugs.. first try for 2 minutes…. I use apple pencil 2 on ipad pro and the writting is shifted far away to where i pointed pencil to write.

    Update is horrible. Prior to the update I bought the “pro” version. When they updated it became less user friendly and glitches on every use. They now have a higher upgrade available - more investment in a company and product I don’t trust. I would have given it at least four stars before and now struggling to give it one star

    Update Ruined Everything. Used this app all the time last year in high school, and was excited to use it again this year for my first year of college. However, the app updated without warning and everything is horrible now. The app crashes constantly, the pen writing lags now, and everything freezes up if I rest my hand on the ipad because it thinks I am trying to flip between pages. The new backgrounds are ugly. I miss the old grid and lined paper, it was less harsh on the eyes. The new grid lines are pure black as opposed to the previous soft blue. TL;DR What was once a simple way to take notes is now a laggy mess that hurts my eyes. The update ruined this app. Will not be using it again unless they fix it.

    App Update has screwed me over. I’ve used this app for the past year for school. It works pretty well has good options. But I updated it this week and the app refuses to open. The image pops up but the app automatically shuts down. I can’t take any notes or get to my old notes. There’s no where on the app site to get support. Very stressed that I can’t get to my lecture notes and disappointed in this app right now. I thought perhaps it was because I hadn’t updated my iPad so I updated that to try and fix it and the app still won’t open. I’ve also turned off the iPad entirely to restart everything and it still won’t open. Can I please get support with this issue??

    Update messed this app up!. I have used this app for a year. It updated sometime last week automatically and simply does not work. It mistakes my writing for wanting to switch pages and then after doing this freezes up and closes out of the app. I don’t know if this is because I’m left handed but it worked fine before. It also won’t allow me to zoom in as far so I can no longer fit a units worth of notes on one page! This has been extremely frustrating and difficult to work with I think I am going to have to find a new note taking app:(

    Update needs reversed. App is unusable! I am unable to write on the new notes as the pen is not calibrated not even close…the app aborts when you try to add a page to an existing notebook using the swipe feature. The + feature to add a page doesn’t even work. The app is now useless to me only as an archive for my existing notes.

    Update messed it up. I used to love this app, I even paid to have access to all of its features. It was perfect to take notes as a college student and even helped me with doing homework. But the once simple and sleek app is now complicated to use and simply looks tacky. My biggest complaint is that after the update the app is now requiring 98 GB of space to run properly. Now, I have a 128 GB iPad, of which I am using about 38 GB. It would seem that I have plenty of room left on my iPad, which I do, but not according to this app. Every time I try to use it now with it requiring 98 GB the app crashes, which is really annoying when trying to take notes in class. It has basically made it so that if I wanted to continue using this notes app I would have to delete everything else off of my iPad and use it solely for this one app. In my opinion this is not worth it and just plain ridiculous. There’s no reason for it requiring so much space on my iPad to run properly as it was never an issue before the update. I will be switching the notes app I use, and I suggest others do as well.

    New update is bad. New update is terrible. The menus are not easy to navigate. The note papers you would use, or now not the right scale. Example: I would use the graphing paper all the time, and it was pretty consistent with an actual size. Now the boxes are all huge, and the paper feels much smaller. I do not like this update. Not easy to navigate. Perfect example of fixing something that isn’t broken

    New Format Isn’t Good. My app updated overnight and overnight I do not like the format or the settings. It looks much more cartoonish and early 2000’s Microsoft paint. I think the version should be reverted to the previous.

    The update messed it up. It was a fine app. I paid to use all of its features and I’ve used it to take notes in college for a whole year now. It did it’s job, it was easy to understand and I enjoyed not having to buy a physical notebook. Then the update happened. I can’t write a sentence anymore without the new features getting in the way. The new “simpler design” made everything more complicated and honestly it just looks tacky. ALSO the update decided to erase one of my notebooks since I had it open before turning off my iPad. A whole classes notes, gone, and all I have now is a crappy update and no way to get it back I get putting in the lasso tool, but everything else that changed was unnecessary and takes up WAY too much space

So you have to buy something to actually write I mean WHATTT we want this so we can write NOTES not to draw and I’m in middle school and can’t buy anything on my stupid phone so stop making us pay because I need notes for school and every other thing I tried didn’t make me pay DON’T GET THIS OR BUY ANYTHING ON IT 😡😡😡😡 I’m so disappointed
